Soho Grand Hotel

Couldn’t be happier every time we stay here. We come 3 times a year for work and our friends at the hotel make the stay so amazing. Shoutout to Denzel and Danny who greeted us every morning with laughs and a boost to our exhausted selves in the morning. Arthur and Nelson greeted us back to the hotel every evening with nothing but the best vibes. Miguel at the Grand Bar was the best and always made us laugh. And thank you to Alexis who couldn’t be more lovely and helpful when it comes to assisting us with booking our stays every time!! We love you guys! -Nat&Jerusha

Our absolute favorite hotel. We’ve stayed here I think six times at this point, including the night we got engaged. We’ve stayed in the smaller rooms to the ones with the balconies, and they’re all beautiful. The service is top notch, the rooms are always PRISTINELY clean, and the beds are the comfiest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We especially love the lighting, I know it seems random but it truly feels like a luxury hotel at yes, pretty high prices, but for New York City, the sizes of room, the service, the location, the valet, and the quality of the room, it feels like you’re getting what you pay for, rather than being horribly overcharged like other hotels. The location is great, you’re able to get to everything fairly quickly, but it’s SoHo, so you have to know what that means before booking: semi far away from tourist locations. We only stay here when we come in from Jersey, and we love the valet service. The room service from the SoHo Diner is great too. We only stay here when we come into NYC

When we go to New York, we ALWAYS stay at the Soho Grand. The incredibly convenient and easily accessible location certainly helps, but it is also the coolest place in the City and in the best neighborhood (for us, at least). You are greeted professionally and immediately relieved of any stress you may have brought with you. You walk in are are transformed to a place of calm, yet turbo, and can begin to prepare for your epic night! |The staff are all professional and proud to be there. They truly look for anything they can do to make your stay perfect for you. |Soho Grand makes New York a better place, at least gives you an option that few, if any other hotels, are able to.

My wife and I had a lovely time staying at the Soho Grand Hotel. It was located in the perfect location for us to explore the area. Rooms were clean and updated with a fully stocked mini bar. The lobby and lounge area has a comfortable, classy vibe. The bell hops were so friendly as well as the rest of the staff! Would definitely stay here again.

Soho Grand has officially become my New York home. I have always gravitated toward shiny new hotels with bigger rooms, which usually means sacrificing location, but this time we chose location, location, location and it paid off. You are right in the middle of everything, close to the subway, surrounded by great shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it makes popping back to the room between outings so easy. The rooms are so thoughtfully designed. Every inch of space is used beautifully, and our stay was incredibly comfortable. The mattress was amazing, the sheets and pillowcases felt luxurious, and the shower setup is great, with both a handheld and a regular shower head. We booked connecting corner deluxe rooms on the 10th floor, a king bed in each, so the kids had their own room. It worked perfectly for our family. I expected the rooms to feel very dark, but we actually had nice light coming in, especially through the bathroom, and the corner room has a surprisingly lovely city view. Housekeeping did such a good job. Our rooms were kept truly spic and span, and everyone we ran into from the cleaning crew was kind and warm. Front of house service was just as good. A huge shout out to Jonathan Ragin, who helped us with our luggage in the elevator throughout our stay and was consistently friendly and helpful in a way that genuinely made a difference. Everything about this hotel feels intentional, from the design to the amenities to the vibe in the lobby and bar. After this stay, I am done chasing “bigger but farther away.” Soho Grand hits the mark on comfort and nails the location. This is my new spot in New York.

The SoHo Grand Hotel was an absolute delight to stay in! There was a bit of a snafu with our reservation upon checkin, but Tyra at the Concierge desk was wonderful and professional in handling everything with as much consideration as possible. Even the party going on Saturday night was not disturbing our rest at all! On the contrary, it was quite interesting to see young locals dressed to the nines and making the hotel buzz with life! The room was quiet. Our view from the high floor during the second half of our stay was breathtaking! We will absolutely go back to the SoHo Grand Hotel.

We spent 5 days during the Christmas holiday at the Soho Grand Hotel in New York. Our room was cozy and so very comfortable, with an amazing view. The staffs warmth and professionalism is first class. The ambience and design of the hotel is warm and inviting. The holiday decorations were so captivating to the eye, so very festive. The hotel has several dining options which make it so easy for a guest if you would like to dine in,

This was our second time at the hotel. The bell staff is top 3 we have EVER encountered. They were professional, fun and personable. The guys working during our stay (12/20-12/21) were top notch! That being said, there were a few hiccups. We had to call numerous times over the course of 2 hours to get bedding for the sofa bed. And once the sofa bed was pulled out it was clear the area under the sofa had not been cleaned in a long time. I did bring these issues to the attention of the front desk. We love the location and the staff, so we will stay here again. However, the hotel commands a premium price, and it wasn't quite a premium experience.
