I found this to be very clean place with lots of space. Its is a great and historic part of the city. Very nice with a mix of modern and classic new york styles. the stairs were wide and generous and the bathrooms were clean and modern with three options. Theres a natural wood floor i found enjoyable. I would imagine its highly transformable.

It is a gorgeous open space that leant a truly unique feel to my students' video. Howard is welcoming and professional, but the space itself allows for truly unlimited possibilities. Between the two floors you can create whatever feel you can dream of.

The bathrooms are disgusting. There are also some gross dressing rooms on the side. The indoor waterfall was leaking water near the staircase which created a really dangerous situation.

The worst customer service and company to rent an apartment from in new york city. They tack on fee after fee once you check out of the apartment. Pictures of the apartment are very misleading and are not truthful. I strongly recommend against renting from any of the soho loft apartments.
