The staff was so nice and I loved the huge pool. Also they had a big gym and a spa with an ice bath and a hot bath they also have a sauna they even offer a laundry service the hotel was huge and they have things for the whole family . They also had three restaurants to choose from Mostly everything was great but when we went to eat more than half of the Italian menus were not available but the food was ok especially the Japanese food was vary good.

I stayed at Sokha Hotel about a month ago, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely heartening.||A big shoutout to Ms. Srey Nich, Mr. John, and Mr. Lyna, who I believe was the manager. They gave us tips on places to visit and made our first trip to Cambodia truly enjoyable, their guidance was really helpful, and they were amazing!||Not only that, but Mr. John also accompanied us around the hotel, showing us the lobby and even taking us down to the swimming pool before guiding us to our room. Their warmth and friendliness really made us feel welcome.||The view of the palace lit up at night along the riverside was stunning. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was beautifully served with plenty of choice.||I can’t thank the team enough for such a warm and heartfelt welcome. Definitely a stay I’ll remember!

We had been traveling many countries in South East Asia such as Philippine, Singapore, Malaysia,Lao.. this is my first time that made us feel amazing because of staffs were friendly and well trained, the receptionist gave me more than my expectations. The atmosphere was great and room was spacious but in the room was a bit dark I like more brightness and the foods were exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you everyone who made our experience even better. Valued for money

I always stay at Sokha Hotel, and I would like to especially thank Mr. Seyha the Manger for his outstanding service. His support was seamless, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We're extremely grateful for him and his teams at the Front Desk.|I even got an upgraded to CLUB Suite as I remembered for my 10th visits.||Large hotel, big room and stunning view from the room. |Highly recommend this hotel.

We were staying near the palace and saw this huge hotel across the river. What a good view you'd get from there...|So we crossed the river by the car ferry (very cheap) and just walked over. It's July, and there are hardly any guests here. We had a drink and a snack, all very nice, and then at 1800 we went up to the roof top floor 20.|WHAT A VIEW, the best in Phnom Penh!| A Friday night on the rooftop sky bar, amazing views, but still just two people, very strange.|I highly recommend crossing the river.

I came here with a business trip for UN and we had huge event here with the government. My room card was already cannot used at around 11:30 on that day. When I checked out, I wanted to go down at around 12. 30, it seems the hotel cannot wait to kick me out by calling me and knocking at the door like crazy, while the rooms are not that full actually. My flight is a bit late at night. So I stayed at the lobby for a while charging my phone, and I took a nap by sitting on the couch because a bit tired. After a while, the hotel staff told me you cannot sleep in the lobby. Having been to more than 30 countries I was never told so. So I have to be awake by showing them I am using my phone. The room is good, the location is good, just not sure I have the right service as it seems the customers are not treated kind and with some empathy here. The elevator cannot close the door and it took them a while to figure out the problem while I told them at least 3 times. I am a frequent visitor of Phnom Penh and I thought of coming back again to this hotel. But now I am hesitating.

This riverside property offers breathtaking views of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of both local and international options. The staff were extremely courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s location offers a peaceful retreat from the city bustle while still being just a short ride away from key attractions.

I have stayed at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel many times, and this is my first time writing a review—because my recent stay truly deserves it.||The room, as always, was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful view that makes winding down after a day in Phnom Penh so enjoyable. The bathroom was spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained, giving a sense of luxury and relaxation.||The dining experience was another highlight. The restaurant’s food was consistently delicious, with a nice balance of local and international dishes, all prepared to a high standard. Service during meals was friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasant one.||I would like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff who made this stay so memorable: Seyha, the manager, for his professionalism and warm hospitality; Khema at reception, for her kind welcome and helpful assistance; and Chanty, who greeted me with a warm smile at the door and, together with Khama, personally escorted me to my room—a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated.||Sokha Phnom Penh continues to be my preferred choice because it offers comfort, quality, and service that go above and beyond. I look forward to returning again soon and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.
