Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel

We had an excellent stay at Sokha Hotel & Residence. It’s a beautiful, large 5-star hotel, but with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The view from the rooftop bar is incredible – probably the best in Phnom Penh. The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing in the sun or swimming a few laps. There’s also a large gym and a very impressive spa. The hotel offers many restaurants, from Japanese to Italian, and the breakfast buffet is huge with everything you could wish for. The service is outstanding – very friendly and hospitable, making you feel at home even in such a big hotel. Our room was enormous, with huge windows and breathtaking views of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers. We had a large, round bathtub with an amazing view of the city and a giant, comfortable bed – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Overall, a fantastic stay in a hotel that perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were genuine and down-to-earth. Always smiling, always willing to help—You can really tell. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and right by the riverside, which really a relaxing view. Waking up to that scenery every morning was just perfect. Would definitely stay here again — easily one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in.

We booked a family-connected room with river view(it was clearly written in the voucher), and expected a scape which the river is widely visible. However, the room we got had a view of a parking lot with only little amount of river visible. So we called the lobby to change our room, but the new room was much cheaper residence room. Because we thought the room at thr first was much more valuable, we stayed in the room with small amount of river visible. I was not satisfied with tje service the hotel offered.

I stayed at Sokha Hotel for a 7-day business trip, and once again, it truly felt like coming home. Every time I return, the warm atmosphere and genuine hospitality, and the clean and comfortable room make the whole stay so pleasant~||The door team, especially Chanty and Sokhom, along with a few others whose names I don’t remember but definitely remember their friendly faces, greeted me cheerfully every single day. Their energy and positivity always set the right tone whenever I walked in or out of the hotel.||At the reception, Mr Senh, Ms Khema, Lisa, Lida, and Voleak, are always so passionate, patient, and full of smiles. Being greeted by them instantly brightens the day~it really makes a difference after long business meetings!||The management team, including Mr. Sok, Seyha, and Lyna, plus a few others I recognize by face but not by name, are always incredibly professional and resourceful. Whenever I had a request, they handled it quickly and efficiently, truly top-notch service!||This time, I also tried the limo service, and it was a fun surprise. The limo is long, spacious, and feels like it’s ready for a party inside! The driver was Mr. Sokhom (the same door staff), and he was very professional, making the ride smooth and comfortable.||Overall, Sokha once again delivered an amazing experience! It continues to be my go-to hotel for business trips, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

This is a 5-star luxury hotel located on the Chroy Changvar peninsula in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, directly opposite the Royal Palace. It is connected to a shopping center and is known for its extensive facilities and river views, we had an awesome view from our window 🪟 with the river and Royal Palace view! The place has a full-service spa with massages, body wraps, and aromatherapy, two outdoor swimming pools (including a children's pool), a fitness center, sauna, and steam room. There are 5 on-site restaurants and 3 bars/lounges, a nightclub, and a poolside bar. Options include Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Asian, and Western cuisines. The hotel is conspicuously constructed and has 549 spacious, air-conditioned rooms and suites featuring modern decor, free Wi-Fi, fireplaces, and heated floors in some units. The property includes a business center, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and a large grand ballroom suitable for events. The hotel is a luxury, family-friendly, and LGBTQ+ friendly destination with a quiet and upscale ambience away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We had a wonderful experience and the staff were extremely cordial and welcoming! Would totally recommend stay here 👍🏼

This is our second time staying here, and even though it was just for a day, everything was truly great. From the beautiful view to the spacious and comfortable bed. A special thanks to Lida, who was such a lovely and helpful woman during our checkout. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back again when we get the chance, such a wonderful hotel.😊

I had a wonderful stay at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel. The room was comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the pool area was very relaxing. The staff were all friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh !

The staff was so nice and I loved the huge pool. Also they had a big gym and a spa with an ice bath and a hot bath they also have a sauna they even offer a laundry service the hotel was huge and they have things for the whole family . They also had three restaurants to choose from Mostly everything was great but when we went to eat more than half of the Italian menus were not available but the food was ok especially the Japanese food was vary good.
