I really enjoyed my stay here! The location near the train station made exploring the city super easy. My room was surprisingly spacious and spotless, plus the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was basic but just right for me, since I wasn’t expecting anything fancy at this price. I loved being able to grab tea, coffee, and snacks anytime from the lobby. For the price, this place exceeded my expectations!

I visit Taiwan for a conference in Hsinchu, and it was a first ever visit to the country, and staying at Hotel makes our visit memorable. The location is great, the rooms are excellent, and the reception by the staffs are very warm. Special thanks to Ms. Rainne and Ms. Weina Chen at the receptionist who helped us various times during our business stay and the lady manning the egg station on the breakfast buffet who are very kind and welcoming. Staying at this hotel made a quite stressful trip to an enjoyable one. The warmness really stood out! Also it's very close to a river park, it feels like a great place to take a stop and feel the nature. I particularly enjoyed that.

Good well-maintained hotel. Nothing exceptional but service overall was of a high standard. I was able to check in early which was a plus as I had to go through to Taipei for the evening. The room's amenities are good except for a shortage of power points at the desk. Good sized desk. Bathroom was fine. Bed comfortable.|Worst piece of furniture was the sofa - rectangular and uncomfortable. I've found these elsewhere in Taiwan - they are truly awful and should not be allowed in hotels.|Breakfast was good and the dining area is spacious.|Laundry facilities available but you have to pay to use the machines.|Not too far to walk from the main station or to Big City.|Happy to recommend it.

Great location if you want to take a walk in Hsinchu downtown.

Nice hotel for a business trip. The people at the reception are quite friendly and speak English. The room was comfortable, but the fan was a bit too loud. I enjoyed the proximity to the railway station (around 7-10mins by foot) and the nearby food options in all kinds of local and international restaurants. A little downside may be the school opposite of the road, as there is noise coming from the school in the early morning.

Typical 3 star business hotel. The night staff during check in were incredibly rude. Housekeeping is only every 3rd day, except for towels which is daily. The hotel refuses to answer the phone.If nothing else available, the hotel will do for a night, but only as a last resort. There are many better options available in the area for the price.

Pleasant stay at the hotel. Walking distance to chenghuang temple & dongmen market. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel staffs are friendly & helpful.

Good hotel but a little bit pricy compared to similar ones nearby. There wasn't that much restaurant or small stand around walking distance of you try to find various food selection by walking, however it has quiet and nicer environment since it is just next to an elementary school.
