Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Staff are friendly and welcoming and look after the guests well. The rooms are beautiful, and it is well worth paying extra for two balconies. Breakfast was good, plentiful food. There's some lovely bars a short walk away from the hotel as well, and easy drives to some lovely restaurants for variety. My only feedback would be that the hot plates weren't too effective so hot buffet could be a bit warmer, and it would be nice if there could be more cut up fruit, but I think while the hotel is still reopening it is understandable to reduce the waste not to have so much. Best of luck to the hotel and residents of Puerto Naos for the continuation of reopening of the area.

Nice hotel when it is not under construction during your stay. Breakfast buffet was so bad that we didnt even try the dinner. Always empty , cold eggs, no variety. We also would have liked to know everything surrounding is still closed because of the eruption 3 years ago. We chose this hotel - although its location- because of the lively shops and restaurants surrounding tje hotel . But it was a ghost town and then also the hotel under construction and the very bad buffet..

Nice location right at the beach. Noisy windows kept banging in the wind at night keeping me awake. Nice sunny balcony with sea view. Nice green pool area. Good breakfast and dinner buffet. Incredibly slow check in procedure and a lot of administrative work just to borrow beach towels.

A massive hotel with all of the facilities that you would expect for a hotel of the size. Very close to both the sea/the beach and the town centre, so in a handy location. It had two pools and a decent sized number of loungers around them. The entertainment was okay but was more designed for pensioners from what we saw. It is better than the drive from the main road would have you believe. The rooms are large and reasonably well equipt though ours could have done with shelf in the bathroom and ideally one in the shower as well. The shower was good/pwerful. The downside was that the bathroon smelt, but this may have been the type of water being used to flush the toilet. Lots of people seemed really happy with their stays and were return visitors. We thought that the hotel was good/okay, but let down by a few minor points: In most cases the breakfast and evening meal food (buffet items) were much colder than you would expect, but we did find out that there was a Microwave to warm things up on the last day of our stay, hence they must have had this comment from a number of people. Things like the drinks machine were often out of juice and this was early on during the meal, hence it points to them not being checked regularly. The waiting staff at meal times were a real mix from helpful/friendly to downright grumpy. To counter this the reception staff were all just very nice and helpful. Well done to them! If I was to stay again, I would go B&B rather than half board.

Had our two weeks vacation here at the end of the August. Beautiful location with beautiful sunsets in the evening. Rooms are nice and clean, personal is very friendly and helpful. We had half board and we were happy with food variety and quality. I Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn't feel very welcome here. Maybe that's because I'm way younger than the main guests (mainly Germans - 50+). The crew were very stressy / busy all the time. They didn't even say: hey welcome, nice that you're here. The building is quite old, sixties style. Needs some renovation. I had to pay €3 per night to use the safe. Although the room was ok. After some days I found out that the breakfast was included, I didn't know that (the breakfast is ok). The crew didn't tell me anything about the hotel when I arrived. Bit crazy. The good thing about the hotel is that you can easily walk to the town, in 5 minutes. And there's a supermarket right in front of the hotel. Oh, I booked a sea side room, but it wasn't what I expected (see photo).

Hotel location right at the beach and the promenade. View from the pool to the sea and the sunset is unbeatable( see foto ). Room: beds very good, rain shower in the bathroom had full power. Food: enourmous selection. Dining room very noisy but open air terasse with around 170 seats compensated the above disadvantage. Personal very friendly and in the case of the reception staff knowledgeable of at least three languages ( spanish, english, german )

Nice staff and locale. Unfortunately we only discovered the air condition the very last day, and thats our mistake. Small room with nice closet space. Huge breakfast hall, with a a lot of choices. Over to the bad stuff. I would like for the balconies to be a little bit bigger. The biggest drawback of this place is the hard beds, it's such a shame. All in all, great little place. You got everything you need at a walking distance. I recommend this place for older people. Although it won't be my first pick for a recommendation. Unfortunately I will not come back. Side note: There are some horrible restaurants nearby, unrelated to the hotel. You'll know what I mean if you eat there.

Yelp
Whoa! This review is about 2 years overdue! I didn't realize I didn't complete the draft! Sorry! If this is not the biggest resort on La Palma, then it is one of them! The resort is beachfront. However finding it might be a bit of a journey. Don't worry, I'm only saying this if you are a tourist and driving yourself. But all of the local taxi drivers know it like the back of their hands. The island is filled with banana plantations and the roads are small and maze-like. So you're driving in an alleyway of which both sides are...banana plantations. I loved it! I was in heaven since I'm an agriculture buff and love bananas! The resort is a bit outdated. However, it is comfortable and has all the amenities for a nice stay.

Yelp
Positives: Room was wonderful. View of town and the ocean was magnificent. We paid a little more for a "Superior" room... well worth it. Huge balcony. Requested hypo-allergenic pillows were waiting in our room. Disappointments: Parking was a problem. "Free Hotel Parking" is an Unpaved Public Parking Lot two kilometer drive away from the hotel. When I enquired about valet parking, I was met with a blank stare and the staff repeated that the public lot was free. Wi-Fi inside the hotel ranged between intermittent and useless. (Once off the hotel grounds, free wi-fi is available in most of the local bars and restaurants.) Last pet peeve: No anti-scald showers.
