Lovely hotel, great location in the centre and we returned after journeying north. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We spent time on the roof terrace and in the small but adequate pool. |We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a good range of fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses. Eggs were freshly cooked as requested. All served in a delightful breakfast room. This hotel deserves 5 stars for the warmth and comfort it provided.

It’s a hotel with good decorations and spacious rooms. The location is quite good, close to popular areas. However, I wouldn’t call it a boutique hotel, we payed for the most expensive room and the amenities were not great, some stuff only for person even though we were two. Also the mattress was bouncy. The breakfast was only cold options and after asking the only offered to prepare some eggs, but there’s no menu, so if you don’t ask you are one offered them

Friendly and accommodating staff, large room, comfortable bed, with pleasant living area outside room. Pool is on the small side and the crowd of inhabitants the day we were there was on the sprawling side…so we couldn’t use it. Valet parking is very useful.

Well located hotel within easy walking distance of the centre and shopping district. Very attentive staff, good sized and nicely appointed rooms. On the downside, Wi fi is awful the connection drops out literally every few minutes. And, there is an ambient droning noise throughout the public spaces in the hotel (possibly aircon) which for me was so loud in my room I couldn't sleep, hence the 2stars. To be fair fellow travellers weren't bothered by the noise. The hotel didn't provide complementary bottles of water but did have water filling stations in 2 places.

Really enjoyed both our stays here. Staff are excellent. Rooms are good. Parking is great. Food was too - we ate at the restaurant. Far better to be ten minutes walk from central plaza than in it. Would gladly recommend it. Hotel is just starting to fray around the edges. Needs to be well maintained. One of our best stats in Argentina. Coffee at breakfast isn't the best and maybe some eggs would be nice but otherwise could not be faulted.

Everything was as we expected and were promised by the hotel. All staff are great even if no everyone spoke English they did their best to help. The valet parking is great as we did not need the car for two-day stay so we were totally happy to know that it was securely parked in the hotel's parking. The location is great with a walking distance to anywhere anyone may need in Salta. Next door great coffee shops, convenience stores, pharmacy, park, shopping area, etc. Wifi worked well and the laundry service is very swift and cheap. The rooms was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place outside of all the tourists hassle. ||||The spa area was closed - it was winter, so not a big deal. The breakfast could be the only place we would like to see the improvement for our next stay there - more vegan options and better coffee, please.

A slightly dated 4 star hotel in the heart of Salta yet in a relatively quiet area too. Rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning though is quite ancient and it's either set in freeze or stop. It's quite noisy too so useless at night. Well appointed large bathrooms. Staff are attentive but a bit aloof too in the Argentinian way. Breakfasts is disappointing for the category and you're better off going outside, plenty of excellent coffee shops nearby.

It is a beautiful hotel. Only the airconditioning has two settings: off and “Arctic-freeze”. Noticing this at check in I told the receptionist who did do nothing with my remarks. |Back in the evening, as there was no fan I tried to get a nice temperature by opening the window. In order to do that I had to move most of the furniture. Even though outside was 19 degrees it did not help. |I asked for another room (1 am). |It had the same over-active airco. |Back to my room I tried to block the vent of the airco with toilet paper and moved my bed away. But still the airco was blowing over my head. So I lifted the other matress to make a shield (3 am). Still, the arctic freeze did prevent my - by the time overheated body- to catch sleep. Airco off again followed by an airco on some 15 min later. Finally after one more “off” sleep got the better over me (4:30). Until at 6:30 the street noise became unbearable. ||I was there for the recce of a rally which would have stayed two nights at this hotel. ||Upon check out the clerk was not interested in the non functioning airco. Most of the rooms have the same issue he told me. ||Oh, and for those planning a winter stay. The heating has the same on-off principle. ||A shame. Because, at first sight, the hotel looks absolutely great.
