What an amazingly pleasant experience at the Marlton Vionic store with Kelsey! She was so pleasant and helpful in my quest to find a comfortable great looking black sandal on sale. Not only did she show me every black sandal on sale, she was able to describe the fit of every one and I walked out with two black sandals and a pair of sneakers! Love this store for great fitting shoes and sandals! Kudos to you Kelsey!

Wearing new work 👟 shoes and feeling great!! I walk a lot at work and by the end of the day my feet and back used to be soo sore before I found Vionic. But even great shoes get boring. So I stopped in the store and got some new shoes to keep me moving. Gaby was amazing at finding the right size and color. Gaby also was fabulous helping my mother find the shoes she wanted in the right color - by calling another store and being sent directly to her. Amazing service and amazing shoes! Win-win!

Terrific customer service! Rossana brought out 12 different pairs to try on. She was patient and helpful. Bought 3 pairs!

Very disappointed that I went through the trouble of ordering shoes online that reported were available to only be told days later that they were indeed unavailable. I will not be shopping there again.

I had such a great experience with Nikki today. I called first and explained my foot issues and need for slippers. She checked to ensure there were some in stock in my size, then I came to the store.She was so patient and knowledgeable. I also asked about slip-on sneakers which she was able to fit me with. I also purchased some compression socks that feel great. She never pressured me to buy anything. Thank you Nikki!

Rosanna orchestrated a pleasant and fruitful shopping experience for me. She recognized me from a previous visit to the store. Rosanna brought several styles in my size for me to try on. She made recommendations and ensured I had my free gift (shoe bag). I appreciated the customer service, attentiveness and the celebration of spring snacks. Kelsey from the Marlton, NJ store in the Promenade is awesome! She first helped me on the phone. When I arrived to the store, she brought many options for me to try on. She was so patient and acted as though I was her only customer when there were a lot of shoppers! I will return because of her!!

Ordered a pair of the navy Beach Malibu canvas slip ons from a store in Pennsylvania and they arrived yesterday from this store in New Jersey. Both soles were dark so the shoes were obviously worn. I paid full price for NEW shoes so they will be returned
