Sole Provisions

My experience at the Marlton store was great. Finding comfortable shoes that are also stylish can be difficult for some people. Toni was the salesperson that helped me. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about their shoes and my comfort. She was patient in listening to my concerns then addressing them. I am a happy satisfied customer.

After struggling to find shoes that fit, I stopped in, thinking I’d get more help than at a large chain store. Totally wrong on that count. The sales clerk could not have been less interested in helping me and just looked blankly at me when I asked for suggestions on shoes to try. The other staff member didn’t even acknowledge me. They spoke over me about store business and pretty much ignored me when I left. Won’t be going back.

I wish there were more than five stars to rate my experience at Sole Provisions this afternoon. Tony was SO knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in helping me find shoes for my multi-problem feet. Many thanks!

What an amazingly pleasant experience at the Marlton Vionic store with Kelsey! She was so pleasant and helpful in my quest to find a comfortable great looking black sandal on sale. Not only did she show me every black sandal on sale, she was able to describe the fit of every one and I walked out with two black sandals and a pair of sneakers! Love this store for great fitting shoes and sandals! Kudos to you Kelsey!

My daughter and I stopped in so provisions for the second time. The first time I went there I bought two pair of shoes. I like them so much that I went back for third time and Rosanna was our sales person. She was absolutely amazing. She had me try on every shoe that I was interested in and if I felt it was a little bit not right she got another shoe out and nothing was too much for her. We wanted to help her put the shoes in the boxes but she was fine. I definitely will be back when I know Rosanna is working mainly because of the time she gave us making sure we were satisfied with our products and we know we will definitely be back again. We love the sneakers now I have three pair of sneakers that will make myneuropathy so much better thank you for having such a great employee.

For the record, I have had 2 fantastic shopping experiences both times I've visited this store, and although I travel here from an hour north, this will now be my "sole" shoe provider. For my visit tonight, Kelsey took care of me. It is hard to convey just how knowledgeable she was about the full line of women's footwear, and how much I respected her impressions and suggestions. Her guidance was so much appreciated in helping me make informed decisions. After carefully measuring me (one foot is half a size smaller than the other) and discussing the few styles I expressed interest in, she intuitively presented me with additional styles that I loved and were the right type of fit for me. Although we started off with only 1 other customer in the store, the door started chiming with multiple parties entering and she effectively, efficiently and graciously took care of us all! I was so impressed. Thank you to Kelsey for sharing her knowledge and being willing to invest the time in helping a customer be fully satisfied, and thanks as well to the company for choosing such knowledgeable and personable representatives as Kelsey and also Toni, who helped me on my previous visit.

Wearing new work 👟 shoes and feeling great!! I walk a lot at work and by the end of the day my feet and back used to be soo sore before I found Vionic. But even great shoes get boring. So I stopped in the store and got some new shoes to keep me moving. Gaby was amazing at finding the right size and color. Gaby also was fabulous helping my mother find the shoes she wanted in the right color - by calling another store and being sent directly to her. Amazing service and amazing shoes! Win-win!

Elaine and Jeff have the patience of Jobe. If you have a bunion or problem feet, they will work with you for as long as it takes to make sure you get the perfect shoe for your feet. Really glad they expanded to include other brands. Danco and pikolinos.
