Our stay was absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed every single minute of our time together in your hotel. The reception staff were amazing and we would especially like to say how brilliant and very helpful and so very very professional “Leo” and “Jerry” were. They put a smile on our faces every morning when we left and every evening when we arrived back. Loved it xx

After conducting a group tour in Thailand, my husband and I decided to visit Vietnam for research, touring and relaxation. We had a wonderful stay during our time in Hanoi at the Soleil Boutique Hotel. A lovely, quiet property, centrally located to great food and shopping. Upon our evening arrival we met Mr. Ming who was most kind and accommodating. We would see him again in the morning at our complimentary breakfast. The food, hospitality and accommodations were excellent. The property is well maintained and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this property to my travel clients wishing to visit Hanoi.

My Airbnb fell through at the very last minute, so I was pretty stressed about where I was going to stay in Hanoi. Luckily, I came across Soleil Boutique Hotel and managed to book a room last minute and honestly, I’m so glad I did.||The location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to tons of great food spots, shops, and within walking distance of all the main sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after long days of exploring the city.||What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Huge shoutout to James, Allie, and Quan at the front desk. They were super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Every question I had was answered with a smile. Jerry the bellman also deserves a special mention, he was incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly during my stay. My family and I had a lot of luggage. He was able to help all of us with our luggage so huge shout out! ||From the easy check-in to the helpful local recommendations, the whole team went above and beyond. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation turn into a really great experience.||I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Hanoi. I wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. Highly recommend Soleil Boutique Hotel if you’re visiting this amazing city!

We had a delightful stay at the Soleil. Beds very comfortable (room a bit cosy for two single beds so upgrade if you want room for two singles). Gorgeous pillows and everything you needed! |Breakfast was delicious and staff could not have been more helpful. |Perfect location near the Old Quarter and for site seeing. Great Hotel for a stay in Hanoi! The staff was super friendly and so helpful, we really felt well taken care of! We also had a massage which was superb, and great breakfast with vietnamese specialties as well as more western foods. The rooftop pool is beautiful but unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use it. The rooms were wonderful and spacious, with an especially large and luxurious bathroom! Next time when we’re in Hanoi we will make sure to come again.

Not even done with my stay yet, but felt compelled to write about how much I’m enjoying my experience here. The bell boys are very attentive and would take our luggage right away before we get up the stairs, open the doors as we’re entering in and out. All the front desk folks are extremely helpful in seeing what we had planned for the day and providing suggestions for things. Every single person working at the hotel had a calm and professional demeanor and seem genuine with the hospitality they were providing. The breakfast was really good and had lots of options of various cuisines to accommodate even the pickiest eaters. All the waiters were very attentive and asked promptly if we wanted any of the à la carte options. Lastly and the most important for me was the rooms are very clean, for hotel standards. You can tell the cleaners really try to clean areas such as baseboards and siliconed areas as well as you don’t really see any dust getting accumulated. Yes the marble is stained from overtime use but marble is hard to upkeep so that’s understandable. But basics like floor and other surfaces are well cleaned.

The service here stood out amongst all of our experiences in Hanoi. Everyone was very attentive and worked to ensure the best experience for you, whether that's packing you a take-away breakfast for your early journey or remembering some briefly mentioned preference in a conversation from days ago. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was very convenient for walking the Old Quarter. Room was clean and quiet. Shower had some discoloring and there was some gaps in the wood flooring, but overall we were happy to come back to the room in the evening.

Wonderful stay, staff super amenable. Especially Allie who was incredibly helpful concerning my last minute booking of day trip, Cara (sp?) and the kind man who helped get me across the road when I first arrived! Room clean and great breakfast - good food and plenty of choice. Lovely having the spa on-site and great service there too.
