Absolutely do not order things from their online store because theres chance you will not get the product, neither your money back. Their online store operates on sending you online bill (very unusual for icelandic business).. which many do not notice if you dont have notifications on your online bank every time you get bill(my bills are only in end of the month for electricity, internet etc). So in about week later when I started to check wheres my order I found out that they sent online bill that already compounded interest rates in 20% of value of total order so I sent them email asked to cancel order or remove interest rates. They said they will cancel order and asked to pay the bill on my online bank and refund me back money afterwards. I did that and then they stopped replying on emails. After beeing really persistent 2-3months later they replied with :”we already refunded you”.. Which was a lie so I had to talk to bank, bank sent me to speak with Valitor and Valitor confirmed they never refunded money as they said. So I sent them email with all conversations with them.. no response again. After nagging them on instagram finally someone responded and said someone will contact me. I got email if I can provide bank info for them to refund the money. I provided info and still didn’t get money back today. Its been 10 months since I made order and did not get product or money back. Legal robbery at daylight.

Impressively disappointed unfortunately… great products still but I’d rather buy them online or elsewhere that in that store. I’ve never had the feeling that I should apologise for entering a store in Iceland - until I entered that store. Impolite customer treatment when your store is so off-site should be a no-go but maybe they don’t want customers there… however: I certainly won’t return and bother them ever again.

We visited this store 4 years ago and again 3 years ago. Both visits were great. This year I left with the feeling of abandoning Soley brand all together. The customer service was ok, nothing to rave about, but the fact there was no price whatsoever on any of the product was ridiculous. I did not think I was going to overpay about 20% comparing to local stores like Hagkaup, and smashing 30-40% compared to Duty Free on Keflavik airport. That’s ridiculous, do not buy there at all cost.

This is my favorite icelandic product .. natural organic skin/body care that is the essence of Iśland, with plants harvested in the Icelandic countryside! Sóleys' shop is an experience in of itself!

Love the products and the store is great with knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and even got some goodies and discounts. Highly recommended

I like Varmi. The scent reminds me of Iceland. They use it in Vok Baths.

Closed at 4:45pm when it says it open until 5pm….

Shop’s closed. Though it should have been open. Disappointed.
