Nice stay at this hotel, very close to the heart of Brixen. A super nice breakfast! Only drawback with the room was that there was no aircondition (but double curtains to cover sunlight) and the balcony had no view at all. The room was not that hot, but also the weather on our stay was around 20 degrees. Hotel service was kind and inclusive all the way, thanks Anita! Very well recommended!

Soley Suites exceeded all of my expectations. The modern design, spacious and immaculate rooms, great location, and delicious breakfast made for a wonderful stay. The hosts and owner were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They even helped me with my luggage transfer and took the time to organize everything for me. Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to help truly made a difference. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

If you are looking for a typical classic hotel, move on. If you are looking for something modern and of good quality, this hotel may be something for you!||We booked the hotel for three nights, and decided to extend our stay with one night – a clear indication we liked it. This for several reasons: facilities, staff, location, breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you enjoy your stay. Martin Pupp made us feel welcome and guided us to the hotel, and made clear we could enter the restricted area to reach the hotel. He was waiting outside and immediately explained how to reach the garage and helped us with the luggage.||The room itself is very nice, very clean, and with an unusual layout. It also as a very good shower, good soap/lotion/towels,… You also have a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine (but no original Nespresso coffee). Unfortunately, there is no water heater to make your own tea in the room.||We booked a hotel with a private ‘garden/terrace’ that includes a hot tub (not a swimming pool!). This hot tub will be fun in winter, but with the +35C during our stay, we only used it once. Apart from that, it is really nice to enjoy the sun in the morning and relax to start the day (hey, we were on vacation!)||There is no airco, hence it was warm in the room, but still OK.||You are in the city center, and some rooms have more privacy than others. Ours was reasonable, the ones in the middle and left will be better. The rooms on the first floor/street side have a balcony, but because of the glass ‘wall’, less privacy.||The parking is easily accessible, and the parking spots are of decent size, this is how it should be.||Breakfast is very good, with a lot of choices, eggs cooked to order, fresh bread, fruit,… ||You also receive a Brixen card that can be used for several activities. We used if for the cable cars that bring you from +/-500m to +/- 2000m in the mountains (Plose). ||We really liked the location of the hotel, as it allows to walk into the city center and have some dinner or do some site seeing/shopping. Only drawback: you may hear some noise from the surrounding bars, but that is something you can expect if you book in the middle of city.||If we return to this area, we will not hesitate and book again in this hotel!

I love everything, amazing place to stay with good service in Brixen. The room was clean and modern including all the facilities I needed, the breakfast was perfect and the most lovely thing was that every night everyone got treated with a macaron, which made me feel so special to be a guest here. I have amazing experience in South Tyrol thanks to Soley Suites. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Hotel Pupp is very modern with large rooms and bathrooms. Excellent storage if staying for any length of time. Everything is catered for in an absolutely wonderful city! The old town is right outside the door. All of the staff are friendly and so helpful. The breakfasts … simply amazing – everything is locally sourced and delicious and the woman (unfortunately I don’t know her name) managing breakfasts was fantastic (even though we didn’t speak the same language) - a huge asset to the hotel.

We had such a warm greeting from the staff at reception that we immediately felt welcome. The hotel is ultra modern boutique style. The room was lovely and spacious and their was a public swimming pool 50 metres away which was free with a Brixen card supplied by the hotel. The breakfast was e fantastic probably up there with the best we have had. The hotel was well situated right on the edge of the old town. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly with advise on where to go and directions ect. Little touches such as chocolates every night left at the door and little cakes at reception was a nice touch. Our only criticism is the lack of proper air conditioning as it was pretty hot in the room. Fans would have been great.

We recently stayed for one week in Hotel Pupp and we had a very positive experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as they could speak English, and acknowledged us cordially each day. The rooms were impeccably clean and fresh. The included breakfast was a daily highlight, especially the fried eggs on speck and the fresh fruit, along with excellent coffee. Also if you stay in Bressanone you get a Brixen Card which enables free train, bus and many cable cars for transport, as well as museum entry, including to see Otzi in Bolzano. I can highly recommend Hotel Pupp.

The hotel is worth staying at not so much because of the service but because of its exceptional design. ||A lovely series of interlocking white boxes from the outside, the insides of the rooms are brilliantly thought out. From the beautiful wood floors to the cleverly arranged shower and toilet areas, everything works together to create a harmonious, comfortable whole. ||The service is limited however. There is a manned front desk during the day but not at night. The owner and reception staff were however both very helpful-advising me for example on cycle routes locally. ||Very good breakfast with lots of top quality local produce. ||We would certainly stay again-Brixen is well worth a return visit.
