If you are looking for a typical classic hotel, move on. If you are looking for something modern and of good quality, this hotel may be something for you!||We booked the hotel for three nights, and decided to extend our stay with one night – a clear indication we liked it. This for several reasons: facilities, staff, location, breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you enjoy your stay. Martin Pupp made us feel welcome and guided us to the hotel, and made clear we could enter the restricted area to reach the hotel. He was waiting outside and immediately explained how to reach the garage and helped us with the luggage.||The room itself is very nice, very clean, and with an unusual layout. It also as a very good shower, good soap/lotion/towels,… You also have a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine (but no original Nespresso coffee). Unfortunately, there is no water heater to make your own tea in the room.||We booked a hotel with a private ‘garden/terrace’ that includes a hot tub (not a swimming pool!). This hot tub will be fun in winter, but with the +35C during our stay, we only used it once. Apart from that, it is really nice to enjoy the sun in the morning and relax to start the day (hey, we were on vacation!)||There is no airco, hence it was warm in the room, but still OK.||You are in the city center, and some rooms have more privacy than others. Ours was reasonable, the ones in the middle and left will be better. The rooms on the first floor/street side have a balcony, but because of the glass ‘wall’, less privacy.||The parking is easily accessible, and the parking spots are of decent size, this is how it should be.||Breakfast is very good, with a lot of choices, eggs cooked to order, fresh bread, fruit,… ||You also receive a Brixen card that can be used for several activities. We used if for the cable cars that bring you from +/-500m to +/- 2000m in the mountains (Plose). ||We really liked the location of the hotel, as it allows to walk into the city center and have some dinner or do some site seeing/shopping. Only drawback: you may hear some noise from the surrounding bars, but that is something you can expect if you book in the middle of city.||If we return to this area, we will not hesitate and book again in this hotel!
