I purchased a pair of Tom Ford “TF” glasses from your company not at this particular location to be fair. I noticed an issue with the glasses and spoke with a helpful sales associate that seemed to agree that glasses might have a defect. She kindly offered the manager to come out and see if she could offer her opinion on problem. I showed the glasses on the floor that had same issue in brown, but the black ones were not having issue. Manger explained that that’s just how glasses were made (Making it short), and that’s that. Basically treated me like a person that lacked knowledge on what’s a product with defect. She didn’t offer any other information for me to contact supplier for clarification, nor any Tom Ford customer support email, for me to explain my issue. To spend $430.00 on a pair of glasses to feel like ear piece on them is going to break at any second then to be told that’s just how it’s made is ridiculous. I know your company does not manufacture the Tom Ford glasses but manger could have been more helpful. Speaking with a SunglassHut sales representative, she offered more help on the issue, and also gave me a TF contact email and how to go about my issue.
