I had an incredible experience at Soltara Healing Center in Costa Rica! The accommodations were impeccable, offering a serene and comfortable space that made it easy to fully relax and unwind. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options to suit every taste. I felt completely safe throughout my stay—from the retreat space itself to interactions with wildlife—which was especially important to me as a mom. The facilitators and shamans were truly exceptional—Sasha, Matthew, Erin, Vivi, Tati- and the 2 shamans guided the retreat with profound compassion, authenticity, and care. I couldn’t have imagined a more supportive and nurturing team. Transportation to and from the retreat was seamless and safe, allowing me to focus fully on the experience. Most importantly, I met lifelong friends among the other attendees, which made the retreat even more meaningful. Soltara is a safe, transformative, and heart-opening experience—I can’t recommend it enough. I can't WAIT to go back again one day!

My time at Soltara Ayahuasca Retreat was truly life-changing — a once-in-a-lifetime experience… until I go back. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The facilitators, staff, and healers created an atmosphere of safety, comfort, and reassurance that allowed me to fully surrender to the process. The accommodations were beautiful, the food was nourishing and delicious, and every detail felt intentional and heart-centered. The medicine itself was an unexplainable experience — deeply transformative in ways words can’t quite capture. I left Soltara with a renewed sense of clarity, healing, and purpose. The connections I made there have become lifelong friendships, and the positive changes have been evident not only to me but to everyone around me since returning home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — I’m already looking forward to going back.

My time at Soltara was likely the most beautiful experience I’ve ever had, both spiritually and physically. On top of being in a breathtaking, lush location at Goddess Falls, the expertise and thoughtfulness of all of the facilitators made me feel so cared for and safe. I would highly, highly recommend embarking on your plant medicine journey with them.

Soltara at Goddess Falls was a really amazing experience. The journey itself was awakening and healing and the location was stunning. The staff was great, the food was enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable despite the heat and mosquitos. Even in the rainy season, the sound of the rain on the tents was calming and cleansing. Showering outside with views of the waterfall and the panoramic view of the valley was something else. Plus the excursions to the waterfalls really was the cherry on top.

My time at Soltara Healing Center was nothing short of life-changing. As a novice plant medicine participant, I felt completely supported, safe, and cared for from the moment I arrived. The staff’s expert knowledge—especially from Nicolas, Frieda, and Bonnie—helped guide me with patience, wisdom, and deep compassion. Their professionalism and warmth created a nurturing environment where healing felt not only possible but inevitable.||Nestled in the lush Costa Rican jungle and just a short walk from a serene beach, Soltara offers the perfect setting for spiritual exploration and inner work. The center itself is stunning—upscale, modern rooms with air conditioning, spacious bathrooms, and large outdoor balconies make it easy to relax and focus inward. Every corner of the property is infused with intention, from the sacred ceremony spaces to the beautifully curated communal areas.||The food was another highlight—vibrant, healthy, and prepared with such love and care. Every meal prepared by Jessie and his team supported the healing process, aligning with the plant medicine work and leaving me feeling nourished in every way.||Most importantly, the traditional Shipibo Maestros are the heart of this experience. With decades of experience, their approach is deeply authentic and unlike anything I’ve encountered elsewhere. Their presence, songs (icaros), and spiritual insight opened up levels of healing and connection I didn't know were possible. I felt truly held in a sacred tradition, honored with integrity and respect.||Soltara is not just a retreat—it's a sanctuary for soul-level healing. I left feeling more connected, whole, and empowered than I ever imagined. I will absolutely return for my next plant medicine journey.

Soltara at Goddess Falls has been absolutely incredible. If I could put a million stars, I would. I was here for the 7 day retreat with 4 ceremonies, and I got everything I needed and wanted and more. The whole team is so attentive, so caring and hold so much love and space for healing. The food is so nourishing and the land is beautiful. The waterfall trips were really magical. A special thank you to the maestros and the medicine as well. I always felt so safe and so supported which made my transformation possible. Thank you thank you thank you.

My second time to Soltara and first time at Goddess Falls- my now favorite location! What a great week! The facilitators I simply cannot speak of more highly- Stefania, Paola, Keith, & Leah. Our entire group loved them all and bonded over this retreat. Top notch experience. Top notch humans.

I just completed my 7 day retreat at Soltara-Goddess Falls and it was the most incredible!! It is said that the set and setting are so important to the success of your journeys and that is why coming to a place like Soltara-Goddess Falls was the best decision for me. It was my first time experiencing the medicine, and I felt so safe, so held within the beauty of the land and the wisdom of the facilitators and the maestros. I will definitely be back again!
