I think what sets this place apart is its interior. Personally I thought it was very tastefully designed and the place just allowed me to be at peace and relaxed. Like a really beautiful cozy home oozing with healing vibes. Staff were really friendly too, giving us a tour of the place with lots of enthusiasm. We booked a sweat and freeze session. First time going for an ice bath and was nervous but excited too. Not gonna lie, it was numb and painful for a first timer but it got easier after we did it a few more times. The infrared sauna felt great, different from the conventional saunas, we could breathe without having to open the door all the time. And the lighting was perfect too. We felt our pores open and were able to release I went with my husband and it was nice to have a private room with our own pool and private shower and dressing area. We’re thinking to definitely go back for more and try out the other services

Lovely studio, and my therapist Angelia was wonderful - so intuitive and kind. With her, I had a bodywork massage session. I left feeling lighter and well-rested. I recommend this for anyone unsure about what would make them feel better (like me) - after trying so many types of massages and body treatments, this one at Soma Haus has left me feeling cared for in a way I didn’t expect. Seek the penny farthing bike and you will find Soma Haus. Came with my wife for the couple’s ice bath and infra red sauna. You’ll have full privacy with tour own room with ensuite shower. Great place for couple retreat 😊 Also kudos to Sasha for making us feel at ease. Always attentive to what we need

Love how the environment of the place is really welcoming and chill. For the session of the sweat & freeze after the session, there is the facility of bathroom for you to clean yourself up. And definitely no hard selling & love the team for their patience in just ensuring we are rejuvenated.

Did a sweat and freeze with 3 friends - thank you to the team for being so patient with our rescheduling, was tough aligning 4 of our cycles. The team was friendly and welcoming. It was such a fun experience and we had a great time (our first ever ice bath session). Felt relaxed and refreshed after!

Shasha was attentive from the first time I called in to enquire about their services. She greeted me warmly when I arrived and took me on a quick tour of Soma Haus - cosy and clean. As a first timer, I was intrigued by what craniosacral therapy entails and decided to give it a try - to my surprise it was very good. Dr Ruth’s gentle touch was able to feel the pulse of one’s body, helping to unlock hidden tension points, allowing me to get a good night’s sleep (I haven’t slept in a long time!). I also tried their float therapy in a private room which allowed for peace of mind.

Lovely detach and detox experience here at Soma Haus. Started with a tour of the place and then I got to try the hyperbaric oxygen chamber (where I fell asleep!) and the sweat and freeze (equal parts energizing and relaxing). Slept so well that night with energy levels sustained the day after. Soma Haus is such a lovely refuge with holistic services and a supportive community. One other thing to love about it is location - browsing the Joo Chiat stores and cafes is part of the self-care experience!

We were reading about the benefits of Ice Bath and chanced upon Soma Haus' Sweat & Freeze session. We decided to go ahead and try it out of curiosity. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Rachel and the coach, Luke. Their friendly vibes made us feel very comfortable despite it being our first visit. Rachel introduced us to the whole studio, shared the classes and services they provided. She then gave us tips and guided us on our sessions. The whole one hour was relaxing, safe and clean.
