If I could give them NO STARS I would. Visited there last week & was in the store alone w/ to workers, one of which told me she was the manager & her name was Samantha however on my receipt the name was Zorione. Was in store for 10 mins & neither girl approached me or said anything to me. I went to Samantha & asked if she could size me & she said "what size are you wearing", I told her but said it was to big here and too small there & she said just size down, I asked if she could just help me with sizes & she said to just pick a few different sizes & try them on. So I did and was in the dressing room for 15-20 mins & no one ever came back to ask if I needed anything (still only person in the entire store). When I came out I asked if she could help me find a size that wasn't on display, thinking they had some in the drawers beneath & she would know right where to look. Nope! She just said to look through all the bras hanging up, which I had already done. After I guess she saw my reaction she was huffy & SHE began to look through the bras on display even after I told her I had done that. I went to check out and her attitude worsened after she had already totaled my purchase & I showed her my rewards to apply. She huffed again. I paid and I asked if I could have the next size bag up if it was the same price as the small bag because I was going to shop some in the mall. She said no because I had only purchased one bra and that was store policy. WHAT?!? Seriously? At that point I told her that this was NOT a pleasant experience & their customer service was lacking- no welcome, no sizing, no help in dressing room, no help finding a size, attitude at the register & now not giving me a larger bag that I paid 10cents for. She just replied with the same phrase about 5 times in a snarky voice, "I'm sorry you feel that way, you have a nice night"...when I asked her if there was a manager I could speak with she said, I am the manager. She said her name was Samantha. I responded, Wow! ok...well, your store needs to really address their customer service. Again, " I'm sorry you feel that way, you have a nice night". No apology, just more attitude. WILL NEVER GO BACK & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND as long as "Samantha" is there.
