If I could give them NO STARS I would. Visited there last week & was in the store alone w/ to workers, one of which told me she was the manager & her name was Samantha however on my receipt the name was Zorione. Was in store for 10 mins & neither girl approached me or said anything to me. I went to Samantha & asked if she could size me & she said "what size are you wearing", I told her but said it was to big here and too small there & she said just size down, I asked if she could just help me with sizes & she said to just pick a few different sizes & try them on. So I did and was in the dressing room for 15-20 mins & no one ever came back to ask if I needed anything (still only person in the entire store). When I came out I asked if she could help me find a size that wasn't on display, thinking they had some in the drawers beneath & she would know right where to look. Nope! She just said to look through all the bras hanging up, which I had already done. After I guess she saw my reaction she was huffy & SHE began to look through the bras on display even after I told her I had done that. I went to check out and her attitude worsened after she had already totaled my purchase & I showed her my rewards to apply. She huffed again. I paid and I asked if I could have the next size bag up if it was the same price as the small bag because I was going to shop some in the mall. She said no because I had only purchased one bra and that was store policy. WHAT?!? Seriously? At that point I told her that this was NOT a pleasant experience & their customer service was lacking- no welcome, no sizing, no help in dressing room, no help finding a size, attitude at the register & now not giving me a larger bag that I paid 10cents for. She just replied with the same phrase about 5 times in a snarky voice, "I'm sorry you feel that way, you have a nice night"...when I asked her if there was a manager I could speak with she said, I am the manager. She said her name was Samantha. I responded, Wow! ok...well, your store needs to really address their customer service. Again, " I'm sorry you feel that way, you have a nice night". No apology, just more attitude. WILL NEVER GO BACK & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND as long as "Samantha" is there.

I have been in search of a good quality bra. I also needed to get my daughter's and myself refitted. I went online to the Soma website to set a fitting appointment for the 3 of us on July 6, 2024. We arrived a little early for the appointment. At our appointed time the doors were opened and we were warmly greet by Lilly Chandler. I have to say that she is an outstanding employee! She provided professional and expert advice on the type of bras for us to try before making any final decisions. She was a great listener and caring in her approach to fit 3 women all at once. Due to her extraordinary care and professionalism, we were able to find what we needed and purchased 2 bras each. I can say that I am happy with my purchase (Stunning Support Smooth Balconette Bra). If you have not ever been fitted or are just due to be re-sized, please set an appointment for this location and ask for Lilly Chandler. She will take great care to make sure you find what you need!

I am a mom to a four year old and haven’t updated my bras since before being pregnant. Brooke helped me figure out my correct and true size after about four attempts in sizing. She was so helpful. She took her time, making me feel very comfortable. She was able to multitask me and a few other customers. She taught me how to adjust the bras, including a razor back for one of them. Lily was fantastic! I needed help with bra sizing and recommendations on the different bra types. She was so knowledgeable about what colors went best under certain color shirts, which bra styles needed to be sized up or down, which are their best sellers and which are her favorite go-to’s. She’s so friendly and helpful and made the process fun! I’ve definitely found my new bra shop. Thank you!

Went in with my wife to purchase bras. When we walked in the lady behind the counter just ignored us. We started looking but my wife wasn’t sue which style to purchase. The lady could see that my wife was struggling to find what she wanted but did nothing to help her. The lady came up on the next section, still she did nothing to acknowledge us. Finally I said to my wife. Let’s go elsewhere where they want to help you. At that time the lady said to us, “. All you need to do id ask for help. I responded, That’s your job not ours you couldn’t even say hello when we walked in. The lady continued to tell us it was our fault as we walked out
