Came here with my mom for new bras and Molly was wonderful! She helped size her and walked through all the options that could be great possibilities for what my mom was looking for. She found some favorites and I’m so thankful for Molly’s help and knowledge, she is truly wonderful!

If I could give them NO STARS I would. Visited there last week & was in the store alone w/ to workers, one of which told me she was the manager & her name was Samantha however on my receipt the name was Zorione. Was in store for 10 mins & neither girl approached me or said anything to me. I went to Samantha & asked if she could size me & she said "what size are you wearing", I told her but said it was to big here and too small there & she said just size down, I asked if she could just help me with sizes & she said to just pick a few different sizes & try them on. So I did and was in the dressing room for 15-20 mins & no one ever came back to ask if I needed anything (still only person in the entire store). When I came out I asked if she could help me find a size that wasn't on display, thinking they had some in the drawers beneath & she would know right where to look. Nope! She just said to look through all the bras hanging up, which I had already done. After I guess she saw my reaction she was huffy & SHE began to look through the bras on display even after I told her I had done that. I went to check out and her attitude worsened after she had already totaled my purchase & I showed her my rewards to apply. She huffed again. I paid and I asked if I could have the next size bag up if it was the same price as the small bag because I was going to shop some in the mall. She said no because I had only purchased one bra and that was store policy. WHAT?!? Seriously? At that point I told her that this was NOT a pleasant experience & their customer service was lacking- no welcome, no sizing, no help in dressing room, no help finding a size, attitude at the register & now not giving me a larger bag that I paid 10cents for. She just replied with the same phrase about 5 times in a snarky voice, "I'm sorry you feel that way, you have a nice night"...when I asked her if there was a manager I could speak with she said, I am the manager. She said her name was Samantha. I responded, Wow! ok...well, your store needs to really address their customer service. Again, " I'm sorry you feel that way, you have a nice night". No apology, just more attitude. WILL NEVER GO BACK & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND as long as "Samantha" is there.

Shopped here yesterday for bras. I was having trouble using an e gift card at payment. Lily went out of her way to help me. I was blown away by here level of care and willingness to help. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Lily.

I have been in search of a good quality bra. I also needed to get my daughter's and myself refitted. I went online to the Soma website to set a fitting appointment for the 3 of us on July 6, 2024. We arrived a little early for the appointment. At our appointed time the doors were opened and we were warmly greet by Lilly Chandler. I have to say that she is an outstanding employee! She provided professional and expert advice on the type of bras for us to try before making any final decisions. She was a great listener and caring in her approach to fit 3 women all at once. Due to her extraordinary care and professionalism, we were able to find what we needed and purchased 2 bras each. I can say that I am happy with my purchase (Stunning Support Smooth Balconette Bra). If you have not ever been fitted or are just due to be re-sized, please set an appointment for this location and ask for Lilly Chandler. She will take great care to make sure you find what you need!

I am a mom to a four year old and haven’t updated my bras since before being pregnant. Brooke helped me figure out my correct and true size after about four attempts in sizing. She was so helpful. She took her time, making me feel very comfortable. She was able to multitask me and a few other customers. She taught me how to adjust the bras, including a razor back for one of them. Soma and Brooke, especially were fantastic! Highly recommend! Very grateful. Pa

Went in with my wife to purchase bras. When we walked in the lady behind the counter just ignored us. We started looking but my wife wasn’t sue which style to purchase. The lady could see that my wife was struggling to find what she wanted but did nothing to help her. The lady came up on the next section, still she did nothing to acknowledge us. Finally I said to my wife. Let’s go elsewhere where they want to help you. At that time the lady said to us, “. All you need to do id ask for help. I responded, That’s your job not ours you couldn’t even say hello when we walked in. The lady continued to tell us it was our fault as we walked out

I went in today to get some help finding new bras that fit and Josie delivered! She measured me, found a bunch of selections and overall did a fantastic job! She was so helpful, patient, and thorough. I probably tried on 15 bras. I ended up with 3 winners. It was a really great experience!

When I first purchased these bras, in colder months, I loved them. So when they were on sale I bought a few extra that remained in their original package with the tags attached. Once it got really hot, I realized they were giving me a rash. By then the return timeframe had ended. Even though their product gave me a rash they refused to accept the return refund my money. I could tell the poor customer service rep even knew it was wrong, but her supervisor, who outranked her, said no. VERY poor customer service. This is a bra that is still being sold for full price so they would be out nothing to offer good customer service, but still refused. I will never shop here again. Watch out for the summertime rash!

Walked into the Park meadows store today for a bra fitting. The 2 ladies that were at the counter were having a conversation they made me feel like I was interrupting and bothering them. The girl that fitted me was not very personable, clearly in a hurry and I don't think she fitted me correctly. I did try on 3 bralettes while the 2 ladies sat outside my fitting room chatting. I finally decided on a bralette for ($48) and asked the girl if there were any coupons any specials for first time customers and she told me flat out No. I then told her you know what? I change my mind I don't like the energy I'm receiving here and I'm overwhelmed now. Walked out of the store. I went on the website when I got home I ordered 3 bralettes buy 1 get one half off and I also got 20% off for signing up as a NEW-member. Which also states I could have used in store. None of this was mentioned to me by the employees. I got 3 bralettes for $68 on the Soma website taking advantage of the deals and free shipping. I work HARD for my money I also OWN my own business and would never treat my customers like your employees treated me today.

My elderly mother had lost weight and needed some more comfortable bras. The sales girl and manager both offered assistance and were so kind to my mom! They provided several choices after carefully measuring her. Mom specifically requested no underwire as she had recently fallen and her back hurt. This Park Meadows location patiently waited for her to try on and decide on a style that suited her, then pointed out a sale of buy one, get the 2nd garment half off. Thank you for great service!

That we didn't buy anything in the quality was amazing the bra it's amazing and service was amazing. we are younger than normal we buying bras or panties and she helped us so well like giving suggestions she kept helping Iris and I would strongly recommend the store.

Well, the purchase side of things was fine, but the returns part of it rates at a big fat 0!! I tried purchasing a dress for my wife for her birthday, but from her response after opening the box, I could tell she wasn't too thrilled. So despite our efforts to go out shopping for a replacement and turn it into a fun time, the 30 day return window was nearing and she ventured over to return it, while I went to Football practice with the kids- Well, thats where things got interesting. She brought the item back (with receipt)and the woman with pink highlights in her hair was less than cordial. In fact, when my wife declined the womans help and simply requested a refund, the attendent got snotty and didnt even thank her for her business or try to keep the door open for a future visit.....No thanks, No nothing!!.........Oh Well, we'll take our business elsewhere!!!! I hope the owner takes this review to heart for training purposes!

I went in to Soma today and was immediately greeted by a very kind lady, who's name I forgot to get. I was taken to the back about 5 minutes later by Nancy, and wanted to say that she is a rockstar! Super friendly and helpful even though she was going back and forth between 3 customers. Did a fitting, brought several bras to me and kept going out for different styles until we found the right one. Thank you so much Nancy!!

I love Soma bras and this store blew me away with their customer service today, they went above and beyond my expectations. It was just an exchange but getting good customer service now-a-days seems to be few and far between so just wanted to show some appreciation with a good review.

So I personally did not have a bad experience at this shop. Online they are absolutely awful and I will never order from them again!

I would have to say that this trip to Soma was likely the most successful bra shop of my life. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. There are a wide variety of bra choices here. All are beautiful and well designed. Often if you're looking for a bra larger than a B you have to settle for ugly bland parachute-esque designs, but not at Soma. Great selection for all sizes!

I recently purchased a number of bras for myself and my daughters and after wearing them, they stretched so much I wanted to exchange a bra I had not worn (still had tags). Of course I didn't have the receipt, not anticipation the stretching problem and they refused to return it. I will never go back to this store or Chico's, since they are owned by the same company. It is obvious that they do not care at all about their customers. Their staff is not knowledgeable about their fit, clearly. I will take my business to Nordstrom.

I had such a great experience here. Sharon was so helpful and attentive. I bought the buy one get one half off bra special and panties. I bought one pretty lace bra, and one more casual bra....the casual bra is the most comfortable bra I have ever put on. This is where I will be shopping for all my intimates from now on!

I purchased a holiday gift for my wife and it was wrong size. We returned it to the mall store and they gladly exchanged it for the correct size. I was very pleased with the service and courtesy of the personnel.

I cannot tell you how much this store means to me. I am a 34DD and can never find ANYTHING to fit me, much less something cute, except for here. When I came in for the first time, I thought I was a 36D. The women who worked there gladly sized me up, and now I can find all sorts of adorable bras and matching underwear sets that fit. Every bra is comfy and has amazing support. I never thought I would find a cute bra and underwear set, but I was WAY wrong! :D
