I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction 2 years ago and have not had a proper fitting bra since or ever apparently. Lol. I needed a bra foe a wedding. Dominique was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel heard, because she brought me exactly what I was looking for. And they just so happened to be having a sale on all bras, so I got 3. Left the store feeling beautiful, special and empowered. Who knew the right bra and excellent care could make me feel that way. Thank you Dominiquefor the care, thank you Aimee for ringing us up and thank you to the other lovely lady (whose name I didn't get) for complimenting my hair and making me feel pretty. 😍😀😁🫢

I just wanted to praise Gabby who helped me on Saturday. I had ordered a bra from the website. I didn’t think it was fitting correctly so I brought it in to be checked. Turns out when I went in a few weeks prior to be bra fitted, the associate who fitted me didn’t fit me correctly. Gabby was kind and patient with me. She could tell I was frustrated. She allowed me to go get the bras I had just purchased and show her how they fit. She immediately knew I was fitted wrong. She exchanged them for the correct size. This was the best customer service I have ever had. I couldn’t thank her enough. I am unsure of her last name but I feel like she needs some recognition.

I really love the bras but shipping and tracking is terrible! I have reached out so many times and I get the run around. The tracking only say in process. But I’ve called and they told me it was getting delivered last week. Called the in store in Shreveport,LA manager was rude and short and told me to be patient. It’s been 3 weeks. My first time ordering online has been a terrible experience

The manager, Jessica is an absolute delight! She was very knowledgeable and patient. You don't have to fumble through racks and racks of bras and clothes to find your size. The store was very neat and organized. One of the items I wanted was out of stock in my size. She didn't hesitate to check in the back and online.

Managers need new training on proper size measuring and bra fitting. I came in because my usual size was getting tight in the band. Jessica, who I assume was the manager, measured me with my bra on and insisted that the band was fine but I needed to go up TWO cup sizes. So I decided to try the size because the workers should know what they’re talking about. Of course, the bra didn’t fit and was uncomfortable but Jessica insisted it fit fine. I told her I wanted to stick with my cup size but go up in a band size and all I got was attitude like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was able to get help from Mary and she was a delight. She listened to my concerns and brought different sizes and bras without complaint. Jessica needs to be retrained or at least get over her ego enough to listen to customers. I probably won’t visit Soma for a while.

Very nice customer service associates, I went to exchanged my online order, my size wasn’t available in store and they offered to order it and send it to my home. Approximately 10 days later I realized I didn’t have a tracking number, I called CS they explained I had no active order. I was definitely frustrated, the CS rep refunded my money & offered me the same price whenever I decide to reorder.

I went into this store today and I can definitely say I won't ever shop anywhere else for bras. Crystal (sp?) was AMAZING and helped me so much. I've never actually been properly fitted for a bra and after working with her, I looked at my body differently. I'm so grateful for the positive experience.

Absolutely LOVED my experience at this location!! I have recently been on a tough journey of finding the correct bra size for my frame and size. I am a somewhat small frame with a very large bust. After a few disappointing trips to another "plus size" bra store, lots and lots of measuring, ordering bras online that ended up being the wrong size, and a TON of late nights doing lots and lots of research, I found this location and decided to pop in for a professional fitting. I was greeted and helped by Angela and her pro-in-training, Bethany. Angela immediately took to getting my measurements and discussing how a bra should actually fit, pointing out why the bra I was currently wearing was not the right size. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what types of bras would be a better fit for my size and shape. She then met me up front with a packet that the manager, Krystle, put together herself personally. Angela took the time to explain the information in the packet and highlighted what breast shape I had, which included what types and brands of bras that would best fit me. The packet was full of information, including how a bra SHOULD fit and where to shop for bras in my size. I am BEYOND ecstatic that Krystle took the time to put all of this information together! I know I am not alone in the small frame/big bust world, but it makes me so happy to know that there is someone out there that is educating women on their breasts and sharing her experiences and expertise with the community! Although Soma doesn't carry bras in my size (yet, hopefully), they have gained a client for life! I will be back to this location in the near future! Angela even told me that if I ordered some bras online and wanted to bring them up there for fitting advice, they would be more than happy to help me! Thank you so so much ladies!! I am so thankful that I decided to visit this location! Keep up the awesome work!!

Who likes shopping for bras? While I honestly don't know anyone who does (though I'm sure there's someone does) shopping here was actually a GENUINELY good experience. I often feel like purchasing clothes an arduous task. But Kristle and Gabby made the experience so pleasant I can say with not irony, or apprehension that I WILL be shopping here for all intimate wear! The ladies were knowledgeable, kind, and PATIENT! They were not only well versed in their product (I ask a LOT of questions) but kind enough to give in depth answers and help me find items that were flattering and that I LOOK FORWARD to wearing!
