Crystal was so very helpful taking my measurements and fitting me. Provided the three styles available without underwires for me to try on. I also needed underwear and she was helpful in that as well. I ended up with two bras and eight underwear, spending just under $100 for everything with BOGO sales, clearance prices and coupon value she applied at checkout. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!.

I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction 2 years ago and have not had a proper fitting bra since or ever apparently. Lol. I needed a bra foe a wedding. Dominique was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel heard, because she brought me exactly what I was looking for. And they just so happened to be having a sale on all bras, so I got 3. Left the store feeling beautiful, special and empowered. Who knew the right bra and excellent care could make me feel that way. Thank you Dominiquefor the care, thank you Aimee for ringing us up and thank you to the other lovely lady (whose name I didn't get) for complimenting my hair and making me feel pretty. 😍😀😁🫢

I was in today, and received assistance from an absolute *angel* of a human being named Gabby. She was so professional, and so helpful, and I truly feel like she loves her job and what she does. She is a veritable fountain of knowledge. She had me looking *amazing* I will absolutely be back soon!!

I just wanted to praise Gabby who helped me on Saturday. I had ordered a bra from the website. I didn’t think it was fitting correctly so I brought it in to be checked. Turns out when I went in a few weeks prior to be bra fitted, the associate who fitted me didn’t fit me correctly. Gabby was kind and patient with me. She could tell I was frustrated. She allowed me to go get the bras I had just purchased and show her how they fit. She immediately knew I was fitted wrong. She exchanged them for the correct size. This was the best customer service I have ever had. I couldn’t thank her enough. I am unsure of her last name but I feel like she needs some recognition.

I really love the bras but shipping and tracking is terrible! I have reached out so many times and I get the run around. The tracking only say in process. But I’ve called and they told me it was getting delivered last week. Called the in store in Shreveport,LA manager was rude and short and told me to be patient. It’s been 3 weeks. My first time ordering online has been a terrible experience

The manager, Jessica is an absolute delight! She was very knowledgeable and patient. You don't have to fumble through racks and racks of bras and clothes to find your size. The store was very neat and organized. One of the items I wanted was out of stock in my size. She didn't hesitate to check in the back and online.

Great help with choosing the correct size and fit. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Who likes shopping for bras? While I honestly don't know anyone who does (though I'm sure there's someone does) shopping here was actually a GENUINELY good experience. I often feel like purchasing clothes an arduous task. But Kristle and Gabby made the experience so pleasant I can say with not irony, or apprehension that I WILL be shopping here for all intimate wear! The ladies were knowledgeable, kind, and PATIENT! They were not only well versed in their product (I ask a LOT of questions) but kind enough to give in depth answers and help me find items that were flattering and that I LOOK FORWARD to wearing!
