Somerset Ho Chi Minh City

Absolute perfection! Our stay at Somerset Ho Chi Minh City was truly outstanding. The spacious room was incredibly comfortable, and the standards for cleanliness across the entire property were impeccable. A special shout-out to the wonderful staff, who were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond. The highlight, however, was the amazing Halloween party the hotel hosted for the kids and residents—it was brilliantly organized and made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this residence!

Great place to stay and experience. Check in process was really smooth and fast. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. They can understand English very well and speak fluently . Swimming pool was very clean and clear. Room were very big and spacious . Washrooms were very clean and hygienic. Rooms were full of amenities like washing machine , microwave, dishwasher , burner , fridge , utensils , etc. They have opened a new cafe inside the premises called The Hype. They also have a small store called K Market inside the premises. Big parking lot also . They have both hotel unit and apartment type . Opposite to hotel you can find 7 Eleven also.Must recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 5 in a 3 bedroom premier apartment. Firstly, I just want to say the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. |Our apartment was very spacious and clean. |All the facilities including gym and pool area were also very clean. The pool area was a very welcomed retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Once inside the complex it was not noisy at all. The apartment is about a 20-25 minute walk into the main tourist spots or you can take a 10-15 minute taxi. |There is a restaurant on site that we ordered from everyday to eat around the pool and also there is a mini supermarket on site (next to the pool) for picking up essentials, snacks, drinks etc. This was very convenient!|We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for larger families looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Somerset Ho Chi Minh City! The property is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and great facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is convenient, and for the quality of service and comfort provided, it’s definitely great value for money. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Plus, it’s much quieter than SCC, which means restful nights are guaranteed.||||🏠 Room & Atmosphere||Modern, cozy, and clean! The furnishings are stylish, and I especially appreciated the standing shower (not just a bathtub – major plus!). Everything felt fresh and well-maintained.||||🍳 Amenities||The kitchen setup is fantastic – perfect for some light cooking. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel at home like this.||||🧹 Housekeeping Excellence||Huge kudos to the housekeeping team who took care of Room 604 from Oct 9–20 – I believe it was Tri and Chuong. They kept the room spotless and welcoming every single day. You made my stay super comfortable!||||👋 Front Desk Superstars||This team is next-level amazing. Friendly, courteous, and always ready to help – whether it’s Grab deliveries, guest registration, placing stuff into my room from deliveries or luggage storage etc.||One morning, I realized I’d left an important document behind. They found it and had it delivered to my office before I even finished my coffee. That’s what I call service! Special mention to Jasper (Assistant Guest Service Manager) for coordinating this.||||🎉 Birthday Surprise That Made My Day||Special shoutout to the Fantastic 8: Jane, Vivien, Bryan, Justin, Ben, Dylan, Johnny, and Soren – you guys ROCK! First of all, my friend and I had no problem with our stay — the room and the hotel itself were both very good, and I truly appreciated that. However, last week I forgot my charger at the hotel, so I asked my friend to leave it at the reception for me. This week, after returning to Ho Chi Minh City, I contacted the hotel and asked them to help send it back to me — I was completely willing to cover all the shipping costs. Unfortunately, my friend accidentally spelled my English name wrong, but the phone number provided was correct. I called the reception multiple times to confirm my information, provided all my correct booking details, and even showed them photos of the item and proof of my stay. Despite all that, they stubbornly refused to send it, insisting that the name didn’t match. I understand they might want to protect guests’ belongings, but when all other details clearly match, it shows a lack of flexibility and professionalism. The item itself wasn’t expensive, but the entire experience was unnecessarily frustrating — a complete waste of time and energy due to rigid and unhelpful communication. Please use a bit more common sense next time. Thank you

Highly recommended to stay! I stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, equipped with washing machine and microwave. Great facilities for family with children: pool, outdoor and indoor playground. Good location and nearby to lots of tourist attractions. Appreciate the front office staffs for their hospitality. Lots of convenient stores nearby and the local Highland Coffees just across the street. Breakfast is quite basic and can be improved. Overall is a satisfactory stay.
