I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their outstanding assistance during my stay in Vietnam. They were incredibly helpful, calm, and supportive. Special thanks to Jerry for going the extra mile. Thanks to Vivienne and Phong for helping.Their professionalism and kindness truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Aside from the excellent service, the hotel itself was also a wonderful place to stay. The environment is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, strategic location, and great facilities like the swimming pool. It was the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return in the future!

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 5 in a 3 bedroom premier apartment. Firstly, I just want to say the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. |Our apartment was very spacious and clean. |All the facilities including gym and pool area were also very clean. The pool area was a very welcomed retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Once inside the complex it was not noisy at all. The apartment is about a 20-25 minute walk into the main tourist spots or you can take a 10-15 minute taxi. |There is a restaurant on site that we ordered from everyday to eat around the pool and also there is a mini supermarket on site (next to the pool) for picking up essentials, snacks, drinks etc. This was very convenient!|We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for larger families looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel.

Highly recommended to stay! I stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, equipped with washing machine and microwave. Great facilities for family with children: pool, outdoor and indoor playground. Good location and nearby to lots of tourist attractions. Appreciate the front office staffs for their hospitality. Lots of convenient stores nearby and the local Highland Coffees just across the street. Breakfast is quite basic and can be improved. Overall is a satisfactory stay.

This hotel cum service apartment is located on a quiet street about 15 mins walk to central HCMC. The walk is pleasant on tree-lined streets with wide walking pavement. Along the way, there're many cafes & cheap local food outlets. Grab is plentiful & easily available if you don't feel like walking. There're 2 convenient stores opposite the hotel & one within the hotel compound, that makes buying of snacks, drinks super easy. Judging from the facade, the hotel must be around for quite some time but regardless, the facilities i.e. swimming pool, gym is well-maintained. We stayed in a one-bedded apartment which was spacious, cosy & comfortable. The washing machine made laundry easy & convenient. There's also a small kitchenette with all the necessary utensils & crockeries available in case you want to prepare a simple meal. There's also a small restaurant next to the pool which serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. We had 1 meal there & it was OK. Vivian the person at the reception is friendly, helpful & courteous. She gave us excellent service. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Somerset HCMC & will come back again in the future.

Stayed during Christmas Period in 2024. Upon arrival the driveway was jammed up. With cars dropping passengers and luggage..||Check in was smooth and reception was helpful and friendly. The reception area was full of luggage everywhere. 😆 ||Our room, a two bedroom was on the third floor , living area and common bedroom facing the pool. Our master bedroom was facing Paris Garden Cafe. Couldn't see the view. There was afternoon and evening sun so you need to draw the curtains and 5pm onwards..music pump up. Either you love it or hate it .||Apartment came with the necessary toiletries..and they provide the big tank of drinking water FOC. ||Master bedroom air conditioning design was weird, the AC was above the door. So when AC was on , it's cooling on the entrance and facing the wardrobe. The bed area, especially the far right of the bed was pretty warm 😌 in fact half of the room was warm.||Our booking came with Breakfast. Nothing fantastic, you can skip if you want. Finding a table for 4 could be challenging too. The restaurant itself was very small, so most families seat by the poolside. ||Apartment was nearby the zoo and Paris Garden Cafe and many restaurants. Highly recommend food at the Chinese Restaurant "Dragon Palace " we did lunch and dinner at the restaurant, food was really good and so was Tim Sum.||Would I return to the same accommodation again. Not likely.

Once you arrive, you will be greeted by the security staff who act as porters as well. Your luggage is well taken care of.||Reception staff are friendly and speak relatively good English. Special commendations will be extended to FO Mr Bryan, who not only takes note of your personal requests, explains everything you will need to know during your stay, or even offers personalised service if you need it. ||Amenities are great and plentiful, with playgrounds for kids, swimming pools for fresh dips, gymnasium for good workout, K-Market convenience store for daily necessity purchase, F&B outlet by the poolside for your meals.||In-room amenities are adequate, ironing board and iron were provided, a washing machine was made available in my 3 Bedroom Apartment, good soft linens and most comfortable mattresses and pillows ensuring your good night rest. Air conditioning was cooling, especially on hot, sunny days. Kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator, and cutlery. Basically, there is nothing to ask for more. ||Overall, in terms of amenities and service, the team deserved a well noted compliment. Kudos to all of you, Somerset Ho Chih Minh City, for the teamwork, hardworking and passion to serve your guests. ||It is a most memorable stay indeed.

Quite a decent place to stay, rooms are dated, but are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped even had a large fridge/freezer. The bathrooms were very good. Bed hard as a rock, but was in a quiet environment, so had a good nights sleep. Excellent pool and surrounds.|There is a convenience store on site, which is reasonable priced and has a very good range of items. ||Cafe on site is OK, see separate review.

Great stay for couples and families alike. Property has a Korean mart which sells Korean and Western products, very convenient. Rooms and amenities are clean, staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had a very good vacation. Will visit again!
