Although it is not located smack right in the heart of the city, fret not as ride hailing services are inexpensive here. It is also a stone’s throw away from the airport. The service apartments are spacious, and the amenities are great. There is a free-to-use laundromat with 4 washers and 4 dryers, a swimming pool, decent gym, jacuzzi and breakfast service. While the breakfast does not offer an international spread, there are egg and noodle stations in the kitchen.

We booked a 2BR apt. Large and spacious however not as clean as pictures. Loved having laundry washer. No dryer just rack.|Beds are firm. Bedding is clean. Towels are very used and looked dirty, and we were reluctant to use. AC worked too well, gets cold fast.|Terrible WiFi service in the room we stayed in.|Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast is 160,000kip and was very basic.|Location is on busy road, far from night market and other attractions but very easy to hail a tuk tuk or get a kok kok using the app.|Pool is large, nice playground for kids. Starbucks right around the corner about a 5min walk.

I think giving 3 stars is pretty generous. Maybe it is because I moved directly from the Somerset BKK to here but the difference is just tremendous, as if you would come to the backpacker version of this nice chain. I am writing from the tremendous pool, where I cannot sit as the offer only five chairs to lay in the sun. The breakfast is not great but I have seen worse. The staff seems to be scared of guests. The receptionist wouldn't even say hallo without been greeted first, at any given day. The most impressive is the mosquito infestation. The have to spray poison all the time and it is so present in my room that my eyes were in tears. There is also no warning for the fumigation and younmight be unlucky and have your window open. That is something, that really spoils everything for me. I feel I am getting affected health-wise. Other than that, it is clean and a nice structre with generous rooms.

The hotel room is very big. It is very quiet and has swimming pool which is suitable for family travel. Breakfast is not expensive but just so so.

This is my best hotel experience in Laos. The staff is responsible, respectful and helpful. Washing and drying machines are free for all guests. They stored my suite for free during a week. 🥳 💯RECOMMENDED

Perfect, nice garden with a large pool, in walking distance from the center. Prices are now higher than in some neighboring hotels with similar standards.

Best bang for the buck if you want a short stay apartment with kitchen. Quality fittings, pool, gym, sauna.
