I loved it here. It was my first time staying in a Dormitory and I liked it a lot. The curtains on the bed provided me with enough privacy, the air in the room was nice and fresh due to the Airconditioning. I really liked the common areas as well and the lemonade I bought at the bar was delicious. The breakfast was perfect as well. I will definitely come back here.

A very good place to stay. Has what a backpackers needs. Good place to sleep, good ablutions, good safe, secure environment, decent breakfast, pub, place to cook and to buy food, swimming pool. The only criticism I can find is their prices change from day to day.

By far our best accommodation in Ghana. The staff ‘gets it’. Breakfast is beyond imagination. Soft big beds. Nice atmosphere. Hot showers (rare in ghana). Wish I could meet the owner to understand how he does it.

We had a lovely time at Somewhere nice. The place is easily reachable with a taxi/uber. The room is spacious and clean. Food was good. Breakfast was lovely. When our shower drain was not functioning they fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here while working remotely from Accra and really enjoyed the experience. The place is calm and peaceful perfect for focusing during the day and unwinding in the evening. It’s located in a quiet residential area, which feels safe and relaxed, but it’s still easy to get to all the main parts of the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is quite international, which made it easy to feel at home. The rooms are reasonably clean and comfortable. The only small downside is that towels aren’t always changed daily, but that wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast is definitely a plus: fresh, homemade, and simple but tasty, a good way to start the day. All in all, a very good base for both work and downtime in Accra. I’d stay here again.

Nice hostel located in the center. Good base for your travel. Rooms were a bit expensive and above the average. A lot of other tourists and expats, fun vibe!

Somewhere Nice is a really special place. A home away from home for all travellers. The staff are consistently beaming with happiness and willingness to help or just to chat and share stories. The place is so well maintained, with skilled people consistently making cool upgrades. The pool is a dream for being in Accra, the food is sensational and served at all times of day. Somewhere Nice lives up to it's name, and is truly one of the best hostels I've stayed in globally. Thank you especially to ChiChi, Robert, Regina and Ni for making my time here so special - I can't wait to see my Somewhere Nice family all again!

I stay at somewhere nice, every time I’m in Accra. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Most of them have been there every time I’ve visited for the last three years, which makes me believe that the NGO that owns somewhere nice is treating staff well. And they are willing to help with everything from figuring out how to get a phone card to travel by bus van to other parts of Ghana. If you go, check out. Na’s noodle stand across the street. It’s a delicious and inexpensive. Stirfry with veggies noodles and an egg. Perfect after a long day of travel.
