We recently spent ten wonderful days at Serrano Son Moll Sentits in Cala Ratjada and can honestly say it deserves every one of its positive reviews.||From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Danya at reception set the tone – warm, friendly, and so helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble for her and any of the staff really. The hotel manager runs a truly professional operation; everything feels smooth, calm, and perfectly organized.|One of the many thoughtful touches was being able to choose our daily room scent – such a small thing, but it added a lovely personal feel. Our cleaner, Carmen, deserves a special mention too; her consistency and attention to detail were impeccable, and we loved coming back each evening to a turned-down bed and a little chocolate treat.|The staff overall were exceptional – friendly, multilingual, and clearly proud of maintaining such high standards throughout the hotel. The beachfront location couldn’t be better, with stunning views and easy access to the promenade.||If we had to make any observation, it would be that the outdoor pool lounging area is a little compact, so sunbeds are really too close together. We did know this from other reviews we read before leaving. We appreciate the beach is only a stones throw from the hotel but sand isn't everyone's cup of tea!||So we opted for the Bali beds which are incredibly comfortable, though they come at quite a premium – twice the price of what we paid at a five-star hotel in Tenerife. ||Still, these are minor points in an otherwise flawless experience.|Cala Ratjada itself is gorgeous – relaxed, welcoming, and refreshingly less touristy. We loved exploring local bars and restaurants, especially Wikiki Bar for its great service, upbeat atmosphere, and the best espresso martinis we’ve ever had! The Llampuga Festival was another highlight – fantastic tapas, music, and fireworks.|All in all, Serrano Son Moll Sentits exceeded our expectations. We left completely relaxed and already planning our return.
