We recently spent ten wonderful days at Serrano Son Moll Sentits in Cala Ratjada and can honestly say it deserves every one of its positive reviews.||From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Danya at reception set the tone – warm, friendly, and so helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble for her and any of the staff really. The hotel manager runs a truly professional operation; everything feels smooth, calm, and perfectly organized.|One of the many thoughtful touches was being able to choose our daily room scent – such a small thing, but it added a lovely personal feel. Our cleaner, Carmen, deserves a special mention too; her consistency and attention to detail were impeccable, and we loved coming back each evening to a turned-down bed and a little chocolate treat.|The staff overall were exceptional – friendly, multilingual, and clearly proud of maintaining such high standards throughout the hotel. The beachfront location couldn’t be better, with stunning views and easy access to the promenade.||If we had to make any observation, it would be that the outdoor pool lounging area is a little compact, so sunbeds are really too close together. We did know this from other reviews we read before leaving. We appreciate the beach is only a stones throw from the hotel but sand isn't everyone's cup of tea!||So we opted for the Bali beds which are incredibly comfortable, though they come at quite a premium – twice the price of what we paid at a five-star hotel in Tenerife. ||Still, these are minor points in an otherwise flawless experience.|Cala Ratjada itself is gorgeous – relaxed, welcoming, and refreshingly less touristy. We loved exploring local bars and restaurants, especially Wikiki Bar for its great service, upbeat atmosphere, and the best espresso martinis we’ve ever had! The Llampuga Festival was another highlight – fantastic tapas, music, and fireworks.|All in all, Serrano Son Moll Sentits exceeded our expectations. We left completely relaxed and already planning our return.

We had a lovely holiday at this great hotel. The views of the sea & beach are amazing. In fact you don't need to go to the beach you feel like you are there but instead admiring the view from the lovely infinity pool! It's just a shame the sunbeds at the pool are too close together.||The staff were all very pleasant, efficient and helpful. We received a lovely welcome on arrival from Danya on reception. She was very welcoming and informative and we were given a welcome prosecco and had our bags taken to our room and all the facilities explained. Lea on reception was very helpful too. The cleaning of all areas of the hotel was exceptional. ||On my birthday the staff made a real fuss of me. Veronica brought me some birthday cake and prosecco and sang happy birthday to me! Then there were birthday balloons in our room. It was a lovely surprise.||Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. The bacon was very hard and plastic like but generally there is a good selection. The waitress at breakfast Julia was pleasant and very efficient.||The bar staff are good special mention to the two Ana's always smiling and efficient.| |We also enjoyed the spa and amazing roof top view.

A really nice hotel in a fairly quiet area located on the beach front. I stayed here with a group of friends but I plan to return with my husband next year after enjoying this recent break away. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have a balcony with a couple of rocking chairs. The only disappointing thing was there are not enough sunbeds for the amount of people at the hotel. There is an additional area you can pay to use which has comfy sunbeds and direct access to the sea but this was fairly costly at €25 per person per day. On the plus side, the hotel is so close to the beach that if you are unable to get a sunbed then you can easily walk down to the sandy beach.

Absolutely lovely staff, front desk housekeeping and bar staff. Room was beautiful had a lovely view of beach very clean nice sweets as a welcome. Buffet food was good and breakfast was lovely as well. Roof top bar nice to chill. Downstairs bar had a singer not my taste but good. |Gym was small but maintained. Nice sauna overlooking beach and spa pool. Wasn’t able to get a spa treatment but was only here one night. Actual pool small and sun beds area small and are very close together!! Nice location

So we’ve spent the loveliest time at this beautiful hotel we are the only English people staying here it’s 99.9 per cent German it’s a shame more English people don’t come here as they are missing a real treat. It was my birthday yesterday a surprise birthday cake with candle music by the most amazing violinist and a Buck’s Fizz I felt truly spoilt. From reception to the beautiful buffet breakfast special mention to the front of house lady in the breakfast restaurant who always has a lovely smile to the lovely team serving. The rooms are beautiful make sure you book a sea view room you won’t be disappointed the view is amazing. The lobby bar by the infinity pool is just lovely with a beautiful view over the beach. Going back to my room yesterday balloons were on the bed what a lovely touch thank you for making my day and holiday so special we will be back!

Beautiful view (get the ocean front balcony), great service, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. So easy to walk along the coast and find food/drinks/bars/etc. There is free parking all over the city but the hotel offers parking out front for 12 euro a day.||The only con I found is that they do not offer water bottles at the hotel and we had to go buy some at the supermarket (not a far walk). Not a huge deal.

This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to! Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of champagne to enjoy in the beautiful and pleasantly smelling lobby. Right after we finished our champagne, we were granted a free upgrade to a suite with a much nicer view! The hotel staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and charming! They were always available whenever you needed something. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated with a lot of light coming in due to the huge windows and glass doors that lead to the also very nice balcony with a breathtaking view over the beach and sea! Cleaning staff did a great job aswell! The bathroom had a very nice shower and two sinks! The spa located on the top floor is an absolute dream, with an infinity pool aligning perfectly with the ocean which makes you feel like you’re swimming above the endless blue. The area itself is a gem aswell, it was so nice to see that there’s still people singing, dancing and laughing - the locals were so nice and happy! The food in and around the hotel was very good too. Right outside the hotel is a very nice beach, not even a minute walk. If you do like walking tho, there’s a couple mile long path right next to the ocean on which you can jog early in the morning. And if you’re hungry after that and want to enjoy the hotel breakfast, you don’t ever have to worry about your cup or glass going empty because the staff is very attentive and offers you refills just in time! Also a big shotout to Camila, she’s an absolute Gem! I’m definitely coming back to this dreamy hotel! The location combined with their service and the hotel itself is just a 11/10 experience which I can only recommend.

The personal of this hotel has been very attending to all our needs in spite of the corona virus restrictions. They take all measures of disinfection and work with a mask on their faces all around the clock. ||The rooms could be a bit bigger. There is not enough space for the luggage in the closet. We have had problems to understand how the safe works (its not an automatic one) at the beginning.||We have been offered an upgrade with a room on the 6th floor. Rooms up to the 4th floor that have a lateral sea view are facing the hotel over the street and i guess there is not much of a sea view.||On the other hand the views from the 9th floor where the hotel's restaurant is located are very beautiful. The fitness room is tiny and the infinity pool on the 9th floor is not for claustrophobic persons.||The reservation for a dinner at the hotel should be made at least a day before. We have asked in the morning if we could eat at the evening and we were told its not possible. At that night there were only 4 guests in the restaurant so that we couldn't understand the reason of booking a day before. The ingredients for the menu weren't so exotic (to be found and be prepared 24 hours before) and thats why i still don't get it but those are the regulations. We ate dinner a day later (Mallorca local dishes) and we were all alone after an older couple left just as we have started our dinner. ||The dinner was indeed tasteful. ||I would like to thank the stuff working in the basement during the breakfast time.||They are doing a great job and are all very kind.||||P.S||The lady offering massage is doing a great job but she needs some more space and an adequate ambiance.
