Son Rullan house is a stunning villa in Mallorca, with fantastic views. The Planner Co was lucky enough to organise a wedding here and it was a success.

The property is pretty cool but a lot of issues with itinerant guests on work trade site arrangements coming onto the paid parts of the property and the owners chef giving them our food that we paid hundreds of dollars for. Also telling us we couldn’t shower or use too much water because they were having a drought. Then you shouldn’t be renting the property out for $10,000 a week to groups of people. Buy more water.

Beautiful location. Very authentic building, dating back centuries. We stayed multiple nights with a group. Only three working bathrooms were available. All other bathrooms were under construction. Warm water was out after 1 shower usage. The dishwasher did not work properly. Many lights were not working. Sewerage stank on some days. All in all, the house needs a good maintenance update and a plumber. Then it would be a perfect stay at a beautiful place.
