Daughter woke with what appeared to be a cluster of bed bug bites on first morning. Sonder said the bed would be inspected & cleaned asap. NOTHING happened. We waited some more, and were then given another room. Initially, the access code wouldn't work, so we waited some more again. After re-packing, moving unpacking, we ended up in a smaller room with 2 bedrooms rather than the 3 which we had booked and paid for. There was a sofa bed with a mattress ready for the bin, so 1 of us slept on sofa cushions for the remaining 2 nights. No more response from Sonder. Wasted a full day of a 3 night stay and ended up with inadequate accommodation, all because they couldn't manage to clean a bed! Offered $100 refund for all of the wasted time, disruption and staying in a completely unacceptable room! We were given a 1pm checkout (an extra 2 hours - massive thanks!), and still ended up arguing with cleaners in the corridor at 11am as Sonder hadn't told them. Apartments are big, but only if you get the one you booked. And if you need any service assistance, god help you. Still waiting for a resolution a week later...
