Had a fantastic stay here. Would definitely recommend for longer stays and families. Amazing staff! I stayed here for almost two weeks and they were always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it got. My room was clean and well-furnished, plus they were able to provide a pack n play and high chair for no extra charge. It was also easy to get extra supplies (e.g., dishwasher pods, coffee, etc.). I had a few glitches with the Sonder app, but the lovely people at the concierge desk sorted everything out.

We had a good stay. The appartment was clean for the most part and had everything we needed. The washing machine an dryer are a plus. You can hear the other units very well, which can be disturbing at night. The blinds in the bedroom didn't work.

Love the place. Good location, close the hip neighbourhoods, easy to reach, nice gym, nice space. Only problem, constant noise coming from the ventilation even if the AC/heater was closed.

When I booked the place, I was told that they did not provide cleaning service even u stay for long time like more than a week. That is very disappointing as they asked to charge $84 to clean it once! They do provide fresh towels and garbage bags for free. Still I think they should provide cleaning service for long stay beyond 3-4 days. The staff at front desk are very friendly. The place is not very clean in terms of dining area and floor.

Bed was hard and lumpy. sheets were scratchy. Location is awesome and it's beautifully decorated but I just needed a good night's sleep and couldn't because of how horrible and uncomfortable the bed was. If they replaced the cheap mattress would have rated higher.

We had a great stay at this building—perfect location and easy to walk anywhere! Atisha at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations that made our trip even better. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t always someone at the front desk in the afternoon, so we had to figure things out on our own a couple of times. But overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

First time staying at a Sonder. We had a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom with a pull out couch that was perfect for our family. The view from the balcony was amazing! Completing the pre check in made it easy for us to get into our room quickly after our arrival. Very quiet and within walking distance to many restaurants on Queen St. My only complaint is the signage to get to an elevator from the parking garage is confusing. Someone at the front desk explained the directions and we didn’t have any problems after our initial arrival.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sonder as first time guests. The room was clean with updated amenities and having a washer and dryer came in handy to wash our clothes before returning home. We appreciated the clear access and check-in instructions. What stood out about this Sonder was the location. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and parks. It was great being able to park our car and walk around the neighborhood. Although there are many restaurants around, the actual street where Sonder Artesa is located quiet and peaceful which was nice. We will definitely recommend Sonder to friends and family as well as consider other locations during future trips.
