Clean, quiet, cool rooftop. Associates are very attentive & friendly. Special mention to Shenay who’s a customer pleaser. Room touch up every day, complimentary coffee (morning only) and water at the lobby. Studio where we stayed worked well. There’s some wear & tear but everything works and you can fix meals without a hassle. King size bed ultra comfortable!! I’d definitely recommend and stay again

We booked and prepaid a flat with Sonder in August (prepaid through Marriott Bonvoy) for USD 2,470 in order to secure a lower rate and have access to a kitchen so we could cook our meals. In November, we received an email from both Sonder and Marriott informing us that our reservation would not be honored.||Since then, it has been extremely difficult to get the refund back to my credit card. The hotel assisted us in booking another place in the same area for the same price, but with completely different conditions: no kitchen and no breakfast. We were given a gift card and points that do not even cover a basic breakfast.||I had to start searching for new accommodation just one month before flying to New York, and our budget ended up increasing significantly. Overall, I feel very upset and disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I’ve stayed here for work in FiDi, and the service has been excellent. Special mention to Chanei at the front desk - genuinely one of the most attentive and professional people I’ve met at a hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and helped me with my room continuity during a busy week. The rooms are spotless, modern, and perfect for business stays with strong Wi-Fi and great views. Will definitely be returning - huge thanks to the team for running such a smooth and welcoming operation.

Modern, clean, and super convenient. The unit had a full kitchen and in-room washer/dryer, which made the stay feel like home. The building’s rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus. Plus, you’re right across from multiple subway stations and the ferry, getting around couldn’t be easier. Would stay here again next time we come to NYC 🙌🏽

Everything was fine! The only thing unfortunately happened, that Marriott canceled the partnership with Sonder during our stay, ending up being „thrown“ out of the hotel itself but only a few hours before anyway leaving. Marrriott and sonder should have buckled up and at least offer for those who were already in the hotel a good solution! All in all, perfect Area to stay!

Group of three guys, in town for the marathon weekend. Getting to JFK three hours late (heavy rain and wind meant a diversion to Philadelphia) meant a taxi was the best option. A code is supplied that allows elevator control and room access, worked okay once we knew. 12th floor, corner room, had a view out to the bay and Battery Park. Two Mero lines are nearby, Rectory for the red line and Bowling Green for the green. Would have no concerns using these apartments for future stays, our room was clean and tidy on arrival. |Having an early evening departure, we tried the trains to return to JFK and it wasn't too bad. A walk to Fulton Street station and in around an hour you're at the airport.

The property is poorly managed and has a serious problem with housekeeping. We were told housekeeping was not available for days and that we had to clean our own room. Two weeks passed before we could get someone to clean the room. During those two weeks I asked daily for the Manger of the property to email or call or stop by the room. Nothing. Never heard a peep. When we asked for the sheets to change the bed, it took two days to get them. In changing the sheets, we found the mattress covered in dirt and hair. It was disgusting. ||If capable, and experienced management is put in place, the property could be good as it is fairly new with some amenities. But, not cleaning the room or providing linens and towels is not only unacceptable, it is a violation of the NYC clean act. The property will not improve until management is replaced. Not addressing a guests issues timely is poor service but ignoring the guest intentionally for days on end is incompetent and indecent. The property is not cheap. It can afford experienced management trained in the hospitality sector.

The hotel is in an ideal location, especially if you want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan in the evening while also being close to busy areas and activities such as the World Trade Center, Wall Street or the Staten Island Ferry and several Metro lines. There are also plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around, and a couple supermarkets too. The hotel has an amazing rooftop and the flats are fully equipped. There are lockers in Reception to store your luggage after you check out. The staff are very friendly, Shalane and Chanei in particular were very kind and helpful - we did have a couple issues which they managed to resolve promptly. We even received compensation for the inconveniences. Definitely recommend staying here, will be back!
