We stayed in this apartment for two weeks while looking for a new home in Dublin. The apartment was beautiful and very quiet. Very nice design and very competitive compared to a local hotel option. It was secure and close to shops and restaurants on the Grand Canal dock. Only 10 minute ride to central Dublin with multiple public transit routes available. We highly recommend this place for short or long term stays.

We have stayed in Sonder’s across other cities and are never disappointed.this was exceptional. The area was fantastic. Within walking distance to Trinity College. Plenty of restaurant options as well as supermarket options nearby. The staff is always helpful and responsive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The building is very secure and we always feel safe when staying here. We will definitely stay again.

This place sells itself as an Airbnb alternative, more corporate/luxury. However, it is just as unsafe as your average Airbnb. During our stay, we had contractors permitted to enter the apartment without any warning in advance. If my husband hadn’t returned to the apartment and found them inside, I doubt we would have been informed at all. We had no opportunity to secure valuables etc. The response by the customer service team was dismal. They simply said that it wouldn’t happen again. However, we felt so unsafe in the property that we left early. Despite informing them of this, we were still receiving emails about check out etc so clearly they didn’t record our early departure. They simply didn’t care. The whole experience was unbelievably stressful and I cannot recommend this company/apartment for any stay. For a much lower price you could easily find a better property with similar security issues. This is not the corporate/luxury rental that it appears to be.

We rented the 2bdr 2 bath suite for 2 weeks for our 3 adults and one infant and it was really nice! It was much bigger than I anticipated with a full kitchen and living area and the bedrooms were roomy. The staff was very responsive via chat in the app and was able to get us a few more items as requested (dishwasher and laundry pods etc). The location was really great as well, many coffee shops and supermarkets nearby, including public transit options and taxis. Really easy walk to anywhere in town and we found Dublin to be very accessible friendly (we had a stroller). 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay for a while in Dublin!

It was my second time at the same property! Besides the most perfect location, I have to appreciate the promptness of staff & the maintained high standard of the building and the apartment. It has all that you need for the most comfortable stay ! Any help you ask for, the team assists in less than 30 seconds with a solution! Super happy with my stay at the Sonder!

Apartment was nice, but no one on site to take care of issues. Kept running out of toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. Problems with toilet seat and dead bird on patio took multiple calls to resolve (toilet seat now completely detached instead of loose on checkout, 16 days after first reporting issue). Some things are overexplained (heating), but others have zero directions (lobby door). Coffee pot had a plug for different country and was unusable. Eventually bought an adapter after waiting 11 days for them to drop one off.

Great location near the docks. Very clean and high standard of the apartment. Kitchen appliances were superb…

[The elevator in the building has now been broken for over 24 hours! Really? I am paying thousands of € for this level of incompetence???] A very strange check in experience, I am not sure I like everything to be based on an app. I actually dislike it. But once you are in the unit, it's fine. Nice building, but has some strange quirks. Following is my review of Opus (the building): I am curious: What architect puts a cardkey reader on the PASSENGER side of a garage entrance? What kind of management accepts that? What fire marshal allows a scheme where a vehicle can EXIT from the garage ramp only with a cardkey - so the car is parked on a steep incline while the driver is out walking to open the big gate? Is that the same fire marshal that allowed the scheme for exiting the building requiring use of an unmarked button, and where the door then opens INWARDS? Otherwise a pretty nice building. Quirky but nice.
