I recently stayed at this property and had an extremely disappointing experience:
• After sleeping in the room for the first few days, I discovered blood stains on the mattress and no mattress cover, only a thin sheet separated me from it.
• The room’s ventilation system was broken, forcing me to keep the window open in the middle of winter.
• I reported these issues immediately. Management inspected the room and assured me they would resolve everything by evening. This did not happen.
• After multiple follow-ups, I was promised repairs and a mattress replacement the next morning. No one ever came. I ultimately had to book another hotel.
• When I requested a full refund, I received only a partial one for unused nights and a $400 credit, which I will never use. I will NEVER stay here again, and this credit is just insulting.
I escalated the matter to Marriott Bonvoy (I’ve been a member for 10 years). After weeks of delays and repeated promises of follow-up, I was told they could do nothing to help.
Bottom line:
Do not stay here. The furniture is cheap and uncomfortable, and if you encounter any issues, expect zero accountability. Marriott Bonvoy members should note: their customer service offers no real support when problems arise.
