Sonder Coffee

I needed a spot to bunker down and get some work done. I agree with a lot of people that the vibes are nice! There is lots of seating and plenty of outlets (about 6-8). The seats against the wall may not be designed for long term use but the high chairs may be better. The barista gave a wonderful recommendation with the cookies and cream latte as well! Definitely excited to come again!

My wife and I love this coffee shop. It pristine, with good atmosphere and the coffee and food are great! I ask the Burrito with extra eggs, and OH my God, isn't this awesome, not only the taste but the perfect amount of food (protein/fats) for a great start to your day. Thank you, Dalia, for always having the coffee at the perfect temperature. If you live in the Wendell area, you need to visit, and if you don't, you need to visit as well.

Absolutely incredible spot. My boyfriend and I each got a coffee flight he did hot I did iced they were all so delicious. We got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the yogurt bowl and both were awesome. Large portions. Can’t wait to visit again!

I love this coffee shop! The coffee is fantastic, and their weekend mimosas are the perfect treat. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I am allergic to dairy, and they are extremely careful when preparing my coffee and the amazing Power Press Wrap. The ambiance is excellent and cozy. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved visiting Sonder Coffee with a couple of friends! The atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing with plenty of seating options inside and shaded seating outside. My food and drink were both delicious! I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was packed with protein and easy to adjust for my food sensitivities (i.e. no cheese or ranch because I'm lactose intolerant). Service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I love the coffee here! so cute and fun. it does get busy though so be prepared! the seasonal drinks are always awesome! Or just a classic vanilla latte. the staff is friendly too 🩷

Breakfast Biscuit - far better than Bojangles. Wife loved her breakfast burrito. There was a line but the girls behind the counter were so fast.. making drinks almost every 30 seconds. Friendly atmosphere, delicious food, not far off 64.

One of my favorite places since relocating here. Have invited a few out of town guests who are coffee shop lovers and they raved about the place. Added bonus: Saturday Run Club

I ordered online for pickup. Service was a little slow, not ready at the expected time frame. That is okay, since it was busy. My biggest issue was the quality of the food. Ordered a sausage biscuit. The biscuit was burnt. The online service was excellent, they immediately apologized and offered a refund.

I really loved Sonder Coffee! I had the Blueberry Latte, a strawberry muffin, and the Sonder Smash sandwich. All of it was excellent. My husband got the Mint Chocolate Chip Latte and loved it. The service was good. I noticed after ordering that they offer a latte flight, which I definitely want to try next time. The whole place is super cute and aesthetic, with both indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back.

The biscuit was so flaky and yummy! The burrito was outstanding! The service was prompt and friendly. The coffee was terrific. But could have been a little hotter--. We asked for extra hot and it was barely hot! But very flavorful! Great place for a breakfast treat! Family friendly. Very clean and temperature was awesome.

I'd been seeing this place on Instagram for a while and finally got to check it out on a day off. The employees were a little slow to greet me, but were helpful when I asked for suggestions on what to get. I sat outside and there was plenty of seating at tables for four (with umbrellas) and two. The flies were a big problem though. I think if they installed some fans it would really help. I was having to shoo them away the entire time. The breakfast burrito was very good! It had lots of different meats and was filled with egg, and came with salsa. It may have been the best part. The latte flight was just ok. Mint chocolate chip was probably my favorite, followed by the orange creamsicle, and banana bread. However, the blueberry latte was just bad. It had zero blueberry flavor. Disappointing. They were also a bit watery...my suggestion would be to make ice cubes out of coffee so your drink doesn't get all watered down when it starts to melt. I will say it's pricey. The latte flight and burrito was $28. If Yelp would let me give half stars I'd rate Sonder a 3.5.

I came back again , but during the week for some breakfast. they were only one person ahead of me in line. I decided to eat there and it took maybe 10 minutes at most for my food and drink to come out. my bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was delicious. I had previously gotten the banana bread latte on a coffee flight and enjoy it so I decided to get it as a full drink. it was very tasty and had a good banana flavor to it.

My absolute favorite coffee shop In the triangle area. Everything I've had here has been delicious. I love that their syrups are homemade. The staff is phenomenal and service is always great. I can't rave enough about Sonder!

I was here for 5 days and came here 3 times. The cookies and cream seasonal latte was absolutely insane. The biscuit was wonderful and so was the raspberry danish. Service was fast for how packed out they were. Cutie space. Love it there

Oh how I wish I had a Sonder Coffee in my neck of the woods. The drinks, the location, the vibe, the people, and the overall place would be somewhere I would absolutely frequent! I'd bring m laptop and work for hours. I ordered a blueberry lavender latte and it was divine! Literal heaven in a cup!!! The ladies working were so sweet and welcoming and answered all my questions. They were wonderfully kind! Next time I'm up this way I am already looking forward to visiting! I want to try EVERYTHING!!!

Visiting from Texas and was really craving a smoothie bowl! Stopped here and also got a coffee, I must say this is the best smoothie bowl I've ever had. Definitely try this spot out, it's a treat!

Coffee: 3/5, some of the latte syrups were pretty artificial, but others were good. Space: 4.5/5, good amount of seating and very open. Vibe: 4/5, it was good but missing an X factor.

We went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy. The inside seating area was pretty loud, I think future visit I would need to sit outside. We got our coffee quickly but the avocado toast took quite a while. The server apologized when he brought it out saying they had run out of avocado that was not frozen so that was why the wait. I was ok with that, an apology like that goes a long way. My friend didn't care for the flavor of her mocha but I really enjoyed my iced coffee. And, the avocado toast was delicious. Loved the capicola topping g which was really generous! I'm staying close to this shop for the next month so will go back on a weekday for certain and hopefully enjoy a less busy experience. Definitely worth trying this place out.

Flights were literally amazing. They were busy but worked so quickly to get things out. Will be going again. The decor is classic and clean.

Coffee is pretty good here and the workers are very nice. I recently tried the seasonal latte flights, but those were okay. Most of the lattes tasted watered down, especially the pink matcha. The orange mocha was pretty good though - I'd probably just get that by itself next time!

Amazing local coffee, tremendous staff, and quaint atmosphere. Their seasonal rotation keeps things fresh and has us coming back for more. Cannot recommend enough!

My goodness I want this place to make its way to Charlotte. This was absolutely delicious. I ordered the breakfast biscuit with apple butter. The biscuit literally melted in my mouth it was so yummy and the apple butter was extremely fresh. I literally went back the next day and got the biscuit with bacon egg and cheese. The bacon could have been a bit crispier but again, the biscuit stole the show. Inside and out had plenty of seating and lots of outlets for a nice work from coffee shop vibe. I would recommend to anyone in the area!

I got in my car and drove an hour and 30 mins for bad service and my order was messed up. I asked for 3 cookies and cream, 3 brown sugar, 3 bread, 1 small lavender. They just gave me 10 can of what they wanted to give me. The register host was awful. It was a line full of people she took their order and then when it was time for me to order she walked off and started stocking after standing there for 2 to 3 mins she comes and take my order. I would have left but I had driven so far and promise people I would bring them coffee back.

Experience - the staff are all very friendly, and I appreciate that they're willing to make recommendations for food or drinks. Not too full of a coffee shop, but not too empty where I feel like I'm the only one there which I think is good. The aesthetic of the place is lots of tans and neutrals, which I think is a very cool, modern decor inspo. Food/drink - great, I forget where they get their donuts from but I would get those again. The biscuit was only slightly dry but the other toppings were good.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the Raleigh-ish area! The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is always friendly, and the drinks are great!! I love that they have seasonal offerings in addition to their "always" menu. Extra bonus points for aesthetically pleasing glassware!

got this place reccommended to me from a coworker. ordered an iced banana bread latte and the breakfast burrito! everything was just alright... breakfast burrito was kind of disappointing. i would not recommended it. nice decor inside though!

When you walk in the vibe is very calm and the decor is so nice. Came in while I waited for my nail appt next door and ordered a biscuit with apple butter and a hot chocolate. The staff had friendly demeanor and smiles upon my arrival. The hot chocolate came out very fast but the biscuit took a long time which I wasnt expecting. Everything was okay nothing was spectacular that would force me to come back.

The espresso was fine, but nothing special. It was a bit too bitter for my taste. The cafe is clean and cozy. Staff were friendly.

This place isn't necessarily close to me, but it's become my special occasion coffee shop. Their lavender latte is one of the best in the area, well worth the drive! I don't love super heavy flavors in my coffee, so I always request a small amount of lavender, and it has been perfect every single time.

I always love coming to Sonder, their iced blueberry latte is addicting and so worth the trip!!! I will say that the prices are a little higher than most, but they also make their own syrups so I'd rather pay extra for the better quality anyway. The staff is always friendly and the food is also delicious, especially the breakfast burrito. Definitely recommend

Okay the sonder breakfast sandwich has the most amazing pesto like sauce on it. The after taste is incredible too. Went back and ordered another after I had to split it with my husband because I wanted a whole one to myself lol . The normal breakfast sandwich was good but the sonder was my favorite because it was unique from the sauce! So we ordered 4 coffees to sample which ones were our favorites. The fruit loop latte, mocha, London fog, and raspberry latte and our favorites were the London Fog which had the perfect amount of vanilla and the mocha.

The coffee is excellent as well as the food. Portion size is perfect! Avocado toast you can skip but the yogurt bowl and breakfast biscuit sandwiches are amazing

This is a new little coffee shop in Wendell Falls and it is wonderful! I've tried their Almond latte, mocha latte, and dirty chai and all are so good! I've also tried their breakfast biscuits with bacon and sausage. Love it all so far! I came in day 1 and their service was slow. But the wait was worth it. Came again on day 2 and it was clear they figured out all the kinks. Service was fast! I definitely see myself coming here to get work done. Can't wait to enjoy it more and try more options!

Fantastic news coffee shop in the heart of Wendell Falls. Friendly staff, and service is great. They have several food offerings and a variety of Gluten Free baked goods. They also offer a variety of milk options.

The coffee is delicious. The waitstaff had smiles and very helpful. Loved the outdoor seating.

Okay, what's all the hype about this place? I get it, everybody loves a new modern coffee shop in the area. But I think this place lacks character. It's too stiff. Maybe I'm being too critical, but if I'm being honest it feels like a carbon copy of Jubala. Not that that's a bad thing, I guess I just would've liked to see something with a little more spunk. But I will give it to them, the coffee is tasty. It's high quality, and it won't disappoint. The rose latte is the best in my opinion. But I think overall the food and beverages are overpriced. I tried the green goddess flatbread, and it was yummy, but not $14 yummy. I appreciate that the menu is creative, but I think if it's going to be that pricey, it needs to be shwae quality. All in all, I'll probably be back, just to try out some different menu items, and since it's new, I'd love to see how it improves over time. I also have to give a plug for them because they sell tin roof teas...my favorite tea shop in town!

This place is unreal! My favorite coffee shop near Raleigh. The staff is super nice. Lattes are absolutely fire and the to go cold brews are a home run. Not to mention the ambiance in this place yummmm. Highly recommend!

Great local coffee shop in the newly developed Wendell area. I enjoyed their yogurt and granola bowl with a well done iced latte. Great space to work from throughout the day with tons of nearby eateries. I'll definitely be making the trek to Wendell again!

One of my two go - to coffee shops in the area!! You always need a solid coffee shop to get your caffiene fix and go do some work at if needed. Vibe here is great and chill and in a beautiful area. Owners are real cool too!!

This is a fantastic coffee place! Just had the most amazing cappuccino I've ever had they drip coffee is off the charts. Awesome too I've eaten some of their flatbread they were just amazing especially I think it's the Cali baby that has pepperoni and pineapple on it with this jalapeño creme. It is just so amazing. The bread is so crunchy. It's incredible and everything is affordable and clean environment. Very bright and airy and the staff is incredibly friendly. I will be going there a whole bunch now we've been needing this for very long time. !

Just off the beaten rainy road of Wendell Falls Parkway, there a new coffee spot called Sonder. Visiting a new coffee shop can be a risky endeavor. Thankful that this one is in the area because it turned out to be an absolute delight. I was impressed by the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the place. The coffee is pretty good, and the lattes are great. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, which made it easy for me to navigate the menu and find the perfect drink to enjoy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop and would definitely recommend it to others. Give it a try if you're in the area!"

Love Sonder! So grateful to have gluten free options and delish lattes in the neighborhood. Everyone who works there is kind and approachable. I highly recommend the mascarpone toast for something sweet and the espresso tonic for something unique and refreshing.

Sonder not only has the most beautiful store but also high quality offerings and service! The staff is friendly and all have smiles on their face. My butter pecan latte was so delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back every time I am in the Raleigh area!

Amazing coffee!!! The ambiance is magnetic and vibrant! The service is customer first which I appreciate but it took awhile to receive my coffee.

i'll admit I love the ambience even though the place is pretty small. New coffee shop in Wendell North Carolina. We go to every new espresso place in every town we frequent. This is within eye shot of a Starbucks but love to help support small local businesses. For ordering one small drip coffee and one Cortado with skim milk cost nine dollars. That would've been half the price at Starbucks. At Starbucks I order an espresso macchiato comes to be about $2.68 and I can always ask for extra foam for free. Here was a very small cup Cortado about the size of a espresso cup for nine dollars (and a small drip) We will not return even though the menu had interesting sounding food.

What a welcome addition to Wendell! The coffee is some of the best I have had. The chocolate muffin was delicious. The atmosphere is lively and modern. And the customer service is fantastic!

So excited to have a local coffee shop in Wendell Falls to work from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the menu is great for the whole family. Definitely found my new go to spot. I love the vibe and decor that was chosen for the place and can't wait to watch this place thrive.
