Sonder JBR The Walk Apartments

We had a very enjoyable and memorable stay in Sonder JBR. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the reception team. Our room was very spacious and very well maintained. We were well taken care of from the team of fast and observant staff. At the pool we were served by a wonderful waiter named Musa. The reception team also helped us to check with the airline about the temporary closure of air UAE airspace. Overall a very good experience in Sonder JBR. Highly recommend to pay them a visit. |

The quality of this hotel was exceptional. Ryan was the best receptionist ever. Very calm very well worded and explained. Made our stay a whole lot easier. The rooms were clean and amazing. Reception calls were immaculate and all in all from the ambiance of the reception to the calm comforted bedrooms it was an amazing place.

The hotel was fantastic—much better than what the photos convey. That said, the reservation process could definitely be smoother. My card was charged for the security deposit at the time of booking, not check-in, which was a first for me and wasn’t given a heads-up. Then, I had to wait over two weeks for the refund and eventually had to call to get it processed. For a place with premium pricing, I expected the service side to be a bit more seamless.

Stayed at Sonder JBR Walk in Dubai for my mum’s very special milestone birthday and I won’t be staying anywhere else when I visit Dubai. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment with 1 single bed room all with an en suite.||Can’t recommend this apartment enough. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The chat device, pre stay, post booking is very responsive and exceeded by expectations honouring all my requests,||The apartment had everything we needed, whenever we requested anything extra for example fresh towels, the reception was extremely attentive when we dialled the front desk.||Early check in and late check out really started and ended our stay with smiles all round.||The entire family were wowed by the amazing view of the Ain from all 3 bedrooms. ||The apartment was extremely spacious and very clean. Private access to the beach and numerous pools was a wonderful addition to an already fantastic stay. The staff out front were very helpful with location and hailing our Ubers. Location is great with easy routes to the marina, mall, creek and wherever else might be of interest. ||We’re already planning another holiday and will be recommending Sonder JBR Walk to everyone we know.

Great location , big rooms and living hall. Parking is in basement and Receiption is on ground floor. Few suggestions : Can increase dustbins in common area. A morning check at apartment by housekeeping staff on any requirement of guest would be good gesture Alternative day supply of bed sheets and towels can be offered as per guest need , instead guest calling for it Kitchen / Amenities equipment supplies shall be filled up for the tenure of guest stay, example if stay is for 7 days then washing machine and dishwasher detergent can be put there for the period of stay Best wishes

It is the best place to stay in JBR area, you are walking distance from multiple restaurants, the promenade and the vibe of the area is just amazing! We booked a 4 BHK apartment, the view from living hall was mesmerising and rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen too was lovely, we stocked it with a lot of snacks and RTEs. The service is also good, I experienced it when we called the housekeeping staff for specific queries or to resolve minor glitches.. they were prompt and helpful. The amenities within the property especially swimming pool (3 pools - kids, adults only and a family pool) were really wow. The beach access was another great feature. Would definitely love to stay here again, best option for a family holiday. Only minor con is the traffic in the area, that can be annoying sometimes.

What a place to stay! We had an apartment on the 34th floor, what a view! Great team standby to assist and arrange whatever you need. Good stable WiFi for our teenage boys was a blessing. Good private pool with great beds, if all occupied we laid down on the beach side beds. Great security and bartender team there as well! The pool in the middle you have to pay for bed's, but get food and drinks for that amount. From 17:00 till 19:00 easy listening music on the background, sun on your skin all with relaxed atmosphere.... Very enjoyable!

My family stay here now every time they visit. I think they’ve stayed here at least 8 times now, it is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here - previously stayed at the Sonder Downtown by City Walk. We got the 3 bedroom apartment - which has an extra small single room - on the 35th floor so the views were incredible. The apartments are large, spacious, modern and beautifully designed with everything that you would need. Beds are comfortable and the apartments are very clean - as they’re serviced apartments, for an extra small fee, you can pay for daily cleaning. You can ask for extra towels and other amenities as you need them and staff are usually quick to respond. Set in the Rixos building on JBR so a fantastic location to explore JBR as well as all of Dubai - plus you get to use all of the Rixos facilities. Customer service is excellent and staff are polite, friendly and always willing to assist.
