Avoid this hotel – worst service ever!|I booked a family room at Shonder Hotel JBR two months in advance for my family of nine, including young children. Just days before our flight, they cancelled saying the room was sold out — even though I had already paid in full. This left us completely stranded, and by the time we found out, other hotels had increased their prices, forcing us to cancel our entire holiday.|Customer service was terrible — no apology, no alternative, just “sorry, go elsewhere.” I’ve stayed before and even recommended them, but this experience was shocking. I’ve raised a formal complaint through Dubai’s travel authority. Please avoid – they do not care about their guests.
