The only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient and central.
Where do I begin? This was one of the worst stays I’ve had in years. The A/C did not work during my entire stay, and the heater didn’t function either—making the room stuffy, humid, and extremely uncomfortable. The concierge service continuously gave me false information about repairs being scheduled, only to admit much later that nothing had been done. On top of that, I wasn’t able to get trash bags for over 24 hours, despite repeated requests.
The entry code to the building stopped working and caused major inconvenience. The room was filthy—there was hair all over the floor, under and around the furniture, and in the bathroom. The furniture and baseboards were damaged, and I even found black mold near the shower area (I have the photos to prove it). The bed was terrible, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority for this property.
Unbearable stay in a dirty, poorly managed unit with broken A/C, mold, and lies from the concierge.
If I could give them 0 star rating, I would do that.
