After we missed our connection because of Flight Traffic, American Airlines put us up in this hotel. We were waiting for the airport shuttle about an hour before they picked us up. They then took us to this really nice hotel and lobby. There was some confusion, when they only gave one voucher for the two of us, but the receptionist let me stay the night anyways. Now my wife is traveling with an Electric wheelchair, and we were assigned a 2 bed room on the 10th floor. Unfortunately it was not handicapped equipped. So we had to switch to a handicapped room with an open shower. Alas the bed was too small for two plus sized people such as my wife and myself, and the inroom phone wasn't working so I had to go to the front desk to ask for a Rollaway bed. That took 2 hours to arrive. So service here is a little slow.
Outside of that, the hotel is pretty clean, and the people who work here are very friendly. Still, as a place of refuge, the hotel is very nice, and though the rooms seem small, and the staff, a little slow to finish requests, I think if I was offered a chance to stay here, I would take it. My wife just asked me to add that, in the handicapped shower stall, there is not enough grab bars.
Edit: 1/11/2026:
After I wrote the above review, I met the morning front desk lady named Brandi, I believe as I have misplaced the stickit note I asked her to write her name in. A complete reversal of energy from the night staff. She was very attentive, called us up promptly when our food and sundries arrived, and when a delicate situation arose she was both discrete and demonstrated excellent problem solving skills. A true credit to her profession. So I raised the overall rating from 3 to 4, and Brandi carried the team with staff ratings, in that I gave a 5.
