The room was perfect for me and my daughter. It was nice to have a separate bedroom from the rest of the area and a kitchen to meal prep for the long tournament days. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Julio, the overnight clerk, was a great help to me for rebooking my room for an extended night. He was patient and was able to get me in the same room.

**Review for Sonesta ES Suites International Drive** From the moment I walked into Sonesta ES Suites International Drive, I was greeted with a warm smile that set the tone for my stay. The manager, Vanessa, truly stood out with her bubbly personality and inviting demeanor. Her excellent customer service made me feel right at home and was a highlight of my experience. The suites themselves are beautiful and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend Sonesta ES Suites International Drive for anyone looking for a delightful stay. The combination of outstanding service and lovely accommodations makes it a standout choice!

I recently stayed at Sonesta Es Suites for 15 nights with my husband and toddler . We have stayed here previously as location is ideal and easy to navigate around with I trolley .|Apartments are a little dated now and bathrooms could really do with modernising . Towels are changed regularly but full room clean only done after first week - we did have to chase this up with reception as wasn’t done . The floors in the room are filthy - white socks ruined so you have to wear your sliders in room otherwise feet get so dirty and fridge is very loud.|Pool and communal areas are kept very clean but feel rooms need a clean every 3 days at least -and floors definitely need a good scrubbing !|Overall hotel is okay - nothing fancy but great location and great reception staff.|If your looking for a reasonably priced hotel in international drive then this is great , but I don’t think we would stay here again in the future.

Just a perfect hotel in a perfect location, the staff at the front desk were amazing and very friendly in particular Vanessa. our room was incredible, so clean and very comfortable.|The bed was also comfortable and the sheets were very soft.|My wife and I were here from the 1st May to the 15th with our son and his girlfriend before flying down to Miami for a week and the 5* hotel we stayed at was awful compared to the Sonesta and we wish we had stayed a 3rd week here. |You are literally 20 mins from every theme park.|I would be very happy to come back and stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as part of a multi-city trip. 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and cool. Beds are comfortable - though I was a little surprised the bedsheets only get changed once a week, given how hot Florida gets (towels every few days). ||Cafe on site is good, serving Starbucks. The pool looked good (though we didn't use it). Gym and games room basic. ||Our apartment was ground floor and facing Icon Park - we did get a bit of noise into the evening, but it wasn't excessive.||Staff are friendly and helpful. Proximity to Disney and Universal is good, and good road links out to Canaveral (lots of toll roads though.) Lots of places to eat nearby.

It’s only fair to start with the positives because there certainly are a few. This hotel is well positioned for a family Florida holiday particularly if Universal is the destination and fairly close to the Disneyland Paris also. This hotel also is also situated near many options to eat, drink and shop and is opposite Icon Park. ||Staff were great, really friendly and helpful, pool was warm and allowed to bring your own drinks (and food) poolside which was a nice touch, hot-tub was super warm and both pools were open long hours with free towels. Air-con very good but a little loud. ||The main gripe I had with the rooms was they weren’t very clean and certainly weren’t cleaned often enough, we had an anti-slip shower mat in the bath/shower that was filthy underneath, I don’t know how this had been missed. There is no bar at this hotel which also led to a lack of general atmosphere and gathering areas.||Really depends on your budget, if it’s is cheap and cheerful you are looking for and only used as a base then I would possibly recommend, do check out alternatives though.

This wasn’t the standard of hotel we were expecting after booking with Virgin Holidays but there’s the honest breakdown. ||Pro’s|- staff are great, friendly and helpful |- rooms are very spacious and air con nice and cold|- pool sufficient to cool down after a day in the parks but completely in the shade from 5.30pm |- location was a 20 mins drive from all the different Disney Parks |- lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance on international drive |- 15-20 mins drive from two big Malls for shopping days |- hotel offered a basic breakfast of cereal, pastries and coffees / iced drinks, and some hot breakfast sandwich’s (like a McDonald’s breakfast sandwich) ||Con’s |- staff, no cons |- rooms, were dirty and dusty. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the appt. The drawers inside were dirty and I had to wipe them before we unpacked our clothes. The fridge was noisy and hummed all night. The bedsheets were changed once in 10 days ! This is also the only time the beds were made. Clean towels twice in 10 days. The air con was good but so loud even on the lowest setting. |- pool - if you like sunbathing on your rest day this is not the pool for you. The sun moves around the pool so only a portion of sunbeds get sun as any point in the day. You’d have to keep moving sunbeds if any were free. |- location, right opposite ICON park, so if your tired after a park day you can forgot sleeping until at least midnight when the noise and screams calm down. Friday and Saturday were the worst nights. ||Overall, if you just want a basic hotel for the location to Disney parks and lovely staff then this is the place for you. I would rate it as a 2/3 star hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel, the last being back in 2018. We decided to return as it is ideally located on i drive for both Disney and Universal and its close to numerous restaurants.||Check in was straight forward, they take a $100 deposit on your card which is returned upon checkout assuming you haven't charged anything to your room.||The room was pretty much the same as the once we stayed in 7 years previously. Good amount of storage space, bed was comfortable and the bathroom had shower gel and shampoo in case you didn't bring your own.||They no longer provide breakfast with your stay, there is a Starbucks in the hotel which provides a number of items from the menu ranging from $4 - $7.||The local grocery store is now closed, there are 2 Walgreens within walking distance about 6 minutes away, although the prices are high, although not as high as the prices charged in the small hotel shop.||Hotel has an ATM in case you need to draw out cash, I believe the charge was about $3 per transaction.||We didn't use any hotel shuttles but the price of a lyft to the parks varied, about $8 to Universal and up to $25 to Disney depending on the park.||Aside from the breakfast not being part of the accommodation price the only other downside was the cleanliness of the rooms, if you walk about in white socks you'll notice how dirty the floors are. During our 10 night trip our room was only serviced once. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall and although we reported it on our second day, it was never fixed whilst we were there.||We would probably return as it's a good location and you don't spend any considerable time at the hotel during a stay in Orlando anyway but the rooms could be cleaner and it's a shame the hotel no longer provides the complimentary breakfast.
