Can’t get any better with the location. Parking is free which is a huge plus as you’re within walking distance of so much. The rooms were comfortable, smell wasn’t the best but bearable. The pool was great. Wish they had breakfast included, very limited breakfast options. But overall would definitely stay again.

Just a perfect hotel in a perfect location, the staff at the front desk were amazing and very friendly in particular Vanessa. our room was incredible, so clean and very comfortable.|The bed was also comfortable and the sheets were very soft.|My wife and I were here from the 1st May to the 15th with our son and his girlfriend before flying down to Miami for a week and the 5* hotel we stayed at was awful compared to the Sonesta and we wish we had stayed a 3rd week here. |You are literally 20 mins from every theme park.|I would be very happy to come back and stay here again.

The room was perfect for me and my daughter. It was nice to have a separate bedroom from the rest of the area and a kitchen to meal prep for the long tournament days. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Julio, the overnight clerk, was a great help to me for rebooking my room for an extended night. He was patient and was able to get me in the same room.

**Review for Sonesta ES Suites International Drive** From the moment I walked into Sonesta ES Suites International Drive, I was greeted with a warm smile that set the tone for my stay. The manager, Vanessa, truly stood out with her bubbly personality and inviting demeanor. Her excellent customer service made me feel right at home and was a highlight of my experience. The suites themselves are beautiful and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend Sonesta ES Suites International Drive for anyone looking for a delightful stay. The combination of outstanding service and lovely accommodations makes it a standout choice!

We come here every year for water polo. Last year, we stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. I booked this place and then read the reviews—I’ll admit, I was a little worried. But honestly, this place is great. We stayed in the two-room suite with a kitchen. It’s clean, spacious, and pet-friendly—we brought the dogs. It’s actually nicer than the Holiday Inn next door. I’m not sure what those negative reviews were about. There’s no musty smell, the beds are clean, and everything was in great shape. We’ll definitely be staying here again next year.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Es Suites for 15 nights with my husband and toddler . We have stayed here previously as location is ideal and easy to navigate around with I trolley .|Apartments are a little dated now and bathrooms could really do with modernising . Towels are changed regularly but full room clean only done after first week - we did have to chase this up with reception as wasn’t done . The floors in the room are filthy - white socks ruined so you have to wear your sliders in room otherwise feet get so dirty and fridge is very loud.|Pool and communal areas are kept very clean but feel rooms need a clean every 3 days at least -and floors definitely need a good scrubbing !|Overall hotel is okay - nothing fancy but great location and great reception staff.|If your looking for a reasonably priced hotel in international drive then this is great , but I don’t think we would stay here again in the future.

Google
Lovely place to stay, would definitely come back again. Great central location, and rooms and services available also very good. Highlight was the staff, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist, when they didn't have to. Thank you!

Google
Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as part of a multi-city trip. 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and cool. Beds are comfortable - though I was a little surprised the bedsheets only get changed once a week, given how hot Florida gets (towels every few days). ||Cafe on site is good, serving Starbucks. The pool looked good (though we didn't use it). Gym and games room basic. ||Our apartment was ground floor and facing Icon Park - we did get a bit of noise into the evening, but it wasn't excessive.||Staff are friendly and helpful. Proximity to Disney and Universal is good, and good road links out to Canaveral (lots of toll roads though.) Lots of places to eat nearby.

Yelp
Clean big spacious rooms, friendly staff, great location with lots to do and many restaurants to choose from and there is a car rental center practically in the parking lot of the hotel. They have plenty of amenities including an exercise room, an arcade room, restaurant, and in outdoor pool that stays open until 10 pm. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My party was only staying for 2 nights, so when the stay is shorter housekeeping won't stop by and tighten up like they traditionally would. However, just ring the front desk for anything you need and they will bring it right to your door. This hotel is located right across the street from Icon park. So it is an excellent location and you will have plenty to do. This hotel also offers free shuttle services to Disney World. Which is so incredibly nice. It's always nice when you don't have to waste money on an Uber! When I come back to Disney I will definitely come back to these hotels!

Yelp
Place is located centrally. Staff super friendly. Room floors sticky. AC cold. My room had a loud ticking from the ceiling every night.... Tick tock tick.... Not sure I would come back. Tub dripped all night as well.

Yelp
It was a delightful experience. Clean rooms and facilities. Professional employees. Definitely would come back.

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful! The suites are so much larger than I expected. The air conditioning system in suite was so magnificent

Yelp
Came to Orlando for a quick get away weekend. The hotel is very clean and maintenance free. Checking in was a breeze and we they were waiting for me. The Hotel is very well located and there is plenty to do in the nearby vicinity. Actually right across the street, Icon Park is located which offers a good variety of things to do. The room was spacious and clean. Getting in the room initially required a second trip to the dront desk for rekeying the key, however, the front desk attendant took it a step further by sending maintenance. Nevertheless the key worked on the second try. Entering the room was awakening as it provided ample space. Easily a large family can fit there. Kitchen was moderm with some silverware available and all was in working order. The bathroom had the essential items and the shower was perfect In size with the hot water working. The room has a safe for your valuables and a work area for your clothes. The mirror in the room was an excellent addition. The front desk store has a few drinks that satisfied the guest with some beers available. I would suggest you try the Vodka Mule with Ginger and lime. The pool is open until 1000 and the space is good. Not deep with the maximum at 4 ft. There is Jacuzzi next to it so after the pool and a long day walking is a nice addition. The AC is quite interesting. The room felt cold but later it was constant since there is not cold button only auto. Eventhough the temp was at 65 the room did not reflect such temperature. The Hotel offers a small gym, laundromat (which I actually used this time), and small arcade. There is free suttle service to major theme parks but you must check the online web to check times. I recommend this hotel if coming to the Orlando area specially with the family. Is close to Major venues and simple to navigate. I want to recommend this hotel if in the Orlando area for a quick get away.

Yelp
I stayed here for 20 years before Sonesta purchased this property. Free parking always. i checked in last night and was told the parking was $15 per night. This charge was not on the opening page of the property, not on the room choice page and not on my confirmation page. I asked the clerk why there was no notice of the charge and he had to click on three places to get to the wors "parking" then click again to see there is a $15 per night charge for a park near your room, plenty of space parking spot. If you were not trying to hide the charge, why do you make it nearly impossible to find when making a reservation? Bad form. We will never stay here again while you are charging to park.

Yelp
I came to Orlando on a quick weekend trip to enjoy a day at Sea World and Busch Gardens Tampa. My sister found this hotel and booked a two bedroom suite for us. It is very centrally located on international drive, very close to one of my favorite spots to eat in Orlando, Giordano's Chicago style pizza!! But there are several restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. Our room was great, had a big common area, full Kitchenette, each bedroom had it's own full bath and we had a TV in every room. We were on the first floor right by the pool, and hot tub. The Hot tub was awesome, so relaxing after walking in a park all day. They also serve breakfast and have a bar that offers happy hour drinks. Ah, and the lobby smells so good!! Staff was friendly and came immediately when we called the front desk to ask for something. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Orlando

Yelp
Our room smelled strongly of mildew. The sofa and carpet were very dingy. Everything else was ok, but the dirty upholstery and carpet bothered me.

Yelp
This property was very clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The office stay was excellent. We had a little trouble with our keys and A/C but someone came to get things squared away immediately! The location isn't far from Disney and in walking distance of several restaurants and a gift shop. Would recommend and stay again upon visiting Disney or any other attractions around. Breakfast was grab and go, the pool was open, plenty of towels in the room. Bathroom is small, toilet right at the door beside the shower. We stayed from November 20-24th and will be back.

Yelp
Great hotel to stay at. The room was great very spacious and clean. The access to the pool is nice as you can get to the pool area from just about any area as they have multiple entrance's to the pool area. Nice being able to walk and explore international Drive without having to drive anywhere. The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again when we're in the area.

Yelp
Weather stranded me in Orlando for a couple of extra days, and Loews Royal Pacific couldn't accommodate my family and I for the extra time. While Loews was very nice and modern, it was essentially just one big room with 3 beds in it, which kind of sucks when your kids are older. Sonesta was 1/3 of the price of Universal, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus a sofa bed in the living room and a kitchen. Holy crap, why didn't I stay here the whole time? Its basically like a condo that was converted into a hotel. The decor is slightly dated, but everything is immaculate and sturdy. It had a nice pool, a laundry room, and a fairly nice breakfast spread (bonus points for NOT being continental). Everyone who worked there was attentive and friendly. It is conveniently located along International drive, which is the off Broadway of Orlando. Lots of stuff to see, do, and eat. There is also a trolly stop right in front of the hotel for getting to shops, restaurants, and SeaWorld. The concierge there hooked us up with a ton of really great deals. Absolutely couldn't be happier!

Yelp
Well...as one of my suites-mates said, the room does have AC, beds and a kitchen. The rooms are nice, the hotel...not so much. I asked for sheets for our o pull out sofa at 8:00am this morning; and I asked again at 6:45pm. This time they managed to succeed. This morning, we saw a full breakfast on offer which moons at check in bothered to mention. When we returned to the hotel this evening, I ordered a gin martini at the bar. The bartender said "nope. We don't have martinis". I asked if they had vermouth and she did not. I then asked for just gin to be shaken and strained. After fumbling around for a while, she showed me the shaker she found but it had no top; so no shaken gin. I offered the solution of using the base of the shaker with a glass, but she said "nope". Looking for a useful suite in a poorly run hotel, this is the place for you.

Yelp
I have never been to a hotel before where I wanted to live in. Even a fantastic hotel is never home, but this place certainly was. The layout of the room is very unique. The living area is connected to the kitchen area which has a little table nook. The bed and bathroom is in a separate area as well. Everything really felt like you are were in an apartment rather than a hotel room. We were in Orlando to visit the theme parks and decided to stay offsite to save on money. This hotel is right between Disney World and Universal Studios. Even better, there are free shuttles that go to both parks. The hotel is also adjacent to many shops and restaurants. All in walking distance which makes it nice just to take a stroll. No complaints. I would no doubt make this my choice of hotel when in Orlando again.

Yelp
Spacious, clean, modern, comfortable accommodations. Living, dining and kitchen area are open concept. Full kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. The bedrooms are a great size also with an on suite. There are large tvs in both bedrooms, a spacious closet and 6 drawer dresser. Excellent location right off I drive, walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. However, if you need absolute quiet to sleep, this may not be the place for you. I was trying to sleep Sunday at 1:40 am and I could hear the bass from the neighboring clubs. It wasn't anything excessive, just notable. The pool leaves a little to be desired, but I did appreciate the option to purchase beverages pool side and the 2nd tier lounge chairs to get away from the noise / kids in the pool. I would recommend this suite and stay here again.

Yelp
I had a great stay. My room was clean and the hotel staff were fantastic. If you are looking to stay on I drive with kids then this could be the place for you. I had a suite that had a private king/bathroom and a private double queen/bathroom with a moderately sized living and kitchenette area in between. There were plenty of electric outlets for all of the cell phones and electronics. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a complimentary breakfast. The hotel was booked solid on my visit. Breakfast was a zoo at 10AM. Eat earlier. Parking is ample. We could have used a few extra towels in the room at the start but we were able to get extras at the desk.

Yelp
Really nice hotel for the price. Enjoyed staying here during our trip to Disney. Plenty of room for everyone. Liked how the rooms were separated and the beds were quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
No frills. Very clean. Wonderful space. Perfect for our family of six. Our suite was so roomy! 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area/kitchenette. Location can't be beat! Would most definitely recommend for families. Pros: comfy beds! 2 showers with good water pressure. Lots of storage areas so we all had our own space. Well stocked kitchen, bowls, cups, silverware. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good parking, friendly staff. Cons: Opens to outside. Elevators outside. One of our sinks didn't drain well.
google avatar

Laura P.

Yelp
I like that the rooms are organized into suites. Our suite had two bedrooms a sleep sofa in the common area and a full kitchen with glasses and silverware. There is a heated pool and large hot tub that are open from 8am to 10pm. The included breakfast offers lots of healthy options like fresh fruit salad and hard boiled eggs. Four stars because we only had one hair dryer for two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was a pain and the bus affiliated with the hotel that goes to Universal Studios was consistently 15 plus minutes late both directions.
google avatar

Yelp
Nicely organized floor plan, two separate bedrooms each with their own end suite do maximum privacy is nice, and shared living space and kitchen... it's like a nice 2 bed 2 bath apartment...except you can't control the fan soeed/temperature separately for the 2 bedrooms... I only wish it was cleaner and more sanitary. Maintenance staff was kind, prompt and speedy when I learned that my door wouldn't stay shut causing a huge security and safety concern for myself... he came by after midnight while I was getting ready for bed and fixed it quietly, I was ever grateful to this man. The bathroom is another story. Not very sanitary... I am seeing bugs flying around, many spits where black, curly, straigjt, long, short hairs of all kinds *shivers* seem to litter the shower walls, the floors inside and out of shower and into bathroom.... I am really put off by all the black curly hair on shower walls in multiple spots, and just all over the bathroom... the floor... everywhere.. doesn't even seem cleaned... and it freaks me out how my door didn't shut & lock properly.... they need to clean better, I feel like I will need flip-flops to enter this shower... ... skipping the night shower, hoping I will be more brave in the morning...the sheets look like someone with dirty/dusty feet have been dancing on them... The TV stand is not anchored properly and wobbled when touched, almost like it was warning me it would easily topple over, crushing me or a small child... seriously.. children could easily be crushed or harmed. Hopefully this bed is comfortable and the breakfast to be edible.

Connie K.

Yelp
Not bad for the price. Rooms are clean, but there are a few things they need to improve on. Need tissues in each bathroom of a 2 bedroom suite, and for the kitchen need spare roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap and sponge or cloth for washing dishes plus ice makers in the fridge that work, and/or have ice machines for the customers to be able to have ice. The internet is not good, can't stay connected, need better wifi.

Yelp
A few hiccups here! They are going through a major renovation! There were no pools and certainly no quiet times in here! From hearing the banging and drilling to late night bars on International Drive, the noise pollution is certainly evident here! So if you are willing to just party - I guess it's OK to sleep here. But if you came here to relax, seek other places until the renovations are complete! * For an alternative they gave us a business card to use the pool two hotels down the road! Yikes! The rooms were clean. The beef that I have is this, the bathroom faucet handle was loose and hard to turn on the water. The toilet was too close to the shower - so beware how you step out!! The soap and shampoo dispensers were practically empty! Hardly enough for two guys, can you imagine the bitch'n if it was two girls needing to shower? Other than that, it was a decent stay!
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love this hotel! Especially for the price. Here are the good things: the place is super cute. The decor is nice, and the place is clean. Our hotel room itself was amazing. We had a two bedroom suite for a very reasonable price. It was too full bedrooms, with 2 full bathrooms, a full living room and kitchen area the kitchen even had a small dishwasher. They also had a microwave. Now the downsides: there seem to always only be one person man in the front desk, and it seems that the person in front of us always had a problem when it came to checking in. There's also lots of construction going on at the time, so one of the elevators always seem to be broken. Regardless this is definitely hotel I'll return to. elevators always seem to be broken. Regardless this is definitely hotel I'll return

Jannelle R.

Yelp
Do not stay here! Hotel was very dirty, unacceptable, so we returned to front desk to tell them we could not stay there and we were told that we would not be charged. We left and stayed at another hotel nearby. A month later we realized we were charged and called the hotel many times and we were told they would take care of it and never did. Disputed with my credit card company and hotel lied and said we stayed there.
google avatar

Mahdis B.

Yelp
The suites are large and roomy but nothing has been properly cleaned. There was floss in the sink, ants in the main room, the shower water wouldn't drain ( it went up to our ankles), wall paint was chipped, there was dust and other stuff under the window, and the overall experience was gross. Would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about the cleanliness of the hotel they stay in. On the plus side, location is pretty ideal and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. This place gave off a good first impression and had good reviews so I was expecting a better experience so I don't know if it was just my suite that was not well kept.

Yelp
Stayed four nights at this hotel. The first room we got was on the first floor. It had some weird noise inside of a bedroom. Like ticking noise. When brought it up to the front desk, they said they will look into the problem. In few minutes got phone call and lady (Can't remember her name) said the problem is not fixable and if it bothers us we need to move to another room. So we moved to second floor. The floor plan was same as the first room. Very spacious two bedrooms and living room/ kitchen. Kitchen had full size fridge, microwave and toast. Dishes, spoons, cups, glasses and utensils. On the living room was foldable couch. One bedroom had two beds and full size bathroom another bedroom had one big bed, walk in closet and full size bathroom. Room service was minimal. They didn't remove the trash from the kitchen. Fixed beds, restocked clean towels and that is all. Which would be ok if they took trash out from the kitchen. Front desk staff was very friendly. Vanessa helped us a lot. Breakfast time from 7am to 10am. Great breakfast buffet filled with lots of carbs. Eggs, sausage patties, pancakes were the main staple. Also lots of different pastries and whole wheat and white bread were offered. Overall great clean spacious hotel. Would recommend for families with kids.

Yelp
Bought a Groupon deal for this place and we really enjoyed our stay here! It's located on International Drive (I-drive) and it's convenient to everything (food places such as Joe's Crab Shack, YardHouse, Brick Tavern..etc!) -Universal Studios is no more than 5 miles away -Disneyworld is about 15 miles away which really isn't that bad! Some parts were still under construction during our stay but the staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. It was nice, spacious and clean. They have complimentary breakfast from 7 or 730am to 1030am Complimentary shuttle service to both WDW and Unisersal Studios I would stay here again the next time I decide to come back to Orlando and I would recommend this place if you decide to pay Orlando a visit!
google avatar

Mara S.

Yelp
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel for the 4 days that I stayed. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I would stay at this hotel again when I come back to Orlando. I love that fact that it was on the strip and walking distance to a lot of restaurants are bars.

Kalynn A.

Yelp
I think it's an ok place for having so many rules. The sofa bed had bed bugs and the sheets were dirty and ripped but but besides that it was really quiet and the back was really nice. Also the internet connection was horrible couldn't connect to the wi-if. You have to be 21 to stay here, also I thought it was really annoying you have to pay a parking fee each night.
google avatar

Nik V.

Yelp
Wonderful experience, friendly staff, fitness room, hot tube / pool, and clean rooms .. This place has everything you need including a hot breakfast even for the healthy-conscious. I bit on the pricier side but hey, you get what you pay for and at this place, you have everything you need! I would definitely stay here again

Yelp
Our suite was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen area was nice to have. Plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Elva M.

Yelp
The Suites are close to the Disney Parks and most restaurants , the facilities are ok to take a break after a long day at the park or closest beach. Their Staff are rude and not helpful; they won't tell you up front of hidden fees , like daily parking fees, security fee, reservation confirmation fee which is deducted with days in advance and they don't have cameras in case someone breaks into your room or car .
google avatar

Nathan E.

Yelp
Pros: Lots of space for the money, and good location. Cons: Intermittent hot water, and when you complain about it they act like you are being unreasonable. How dare I want hot water for $200 a night...
google avatar

Denise S.

Yelp
The main reason this place is getting 5 stars is the friendly staff especially Vanessa she is a ball of positive energy she a breath of fresh air for me especially because I come to Orlando on business one week every month and Vanessa makes it feel like coming home when I'm away from home! she's a Gem and if I had a company on the East Coast rather than West Coast I would try to steal her to work for me Fast forward to the next month.... It looks like I started this review on my last visit and never hit post Tonight I arrived after midnight and while checking in I asked Marisa if they had any fruit. We got talking I checked in and forgot all about it. Well Marisa did not !! About 15 minutes later there was a ring on my phone and it was Marisa telling me there was a employee outside my door with an apple and banana for me!! Now that's customer service thank you team sonesta it's the little things that make you feel special when traveling away from home!!

Yelp
This by far the best hotel I've stayed at. It's clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet, spacious and clean suites with fully loaded kitchens and 2 private bedrooms with 2 bathrooms at least our room had that layout. They're like apartments. The pool area was being fixed up and was not available that day we stayed :( but it was very nice and they also had a hot tub and the pool area had plenty of chairs for sitting and relaxing by the poolside. The laundry room is open 24 hrs so that was a big plus specially for families with kids. Looking forward to coming back.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (June 15-17) what a great stay. All of the rooms are redone so they are brand new, wood floors, all new bathrooms, all new kitchens and comfy beds. The Pool was also great came here both of the 2 days i stayed and have no complaints. Breakfast was good everyday was eggs and then another hot breakfast item. Always have coffee, juice, muffins, toast, bagels and yogurt Overall i had a great stay here and have no complaits. The front desk staff was great and always greeted you when you came in and out of hotel. I Wish I stayed here longer! I had a great stay!

Yelp
While traveling to Orlando for a work-related conference, I stayed at the Sonesta ES Suites with two other colleagues. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette that included stove, microwave, full fridge, and pots & pans, and full range of utensils and kitchen-ware. We were very impressed with the relatively spacious living room and felt comfortable. The rooms were clean and looked recently renovated. One more thing that I loved was that the showers had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Would have been nice to know that before I went down there ;-) The hotel serves a full, free breakfast every morning with a varying menu. The food was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't bad! The rest of the hotel's amenities were nice and the pool area was comfortable with a variety of seating so that you can either sit right by the pool or in areas surrounding the pool so you're not right on top of other families. I found the hotel's decor to be pleasant and modern as well. There is also a full service concierge that can assist in arranging daytime outings and give information on the city's trolley system, amusement parks, and so much more. However, they are only staffed from 7am to noon so keep that in mind if you plan to have a late-starting day. Sonesta's location is within walking distance of International Drive's shopping and dining areas and is right across the street from the Orlando Eye Ferris Wheel. Also across the street is an AMAZING tapas restaurant called Tapa Toro (a must-go if you're going to be staying in the area). Most of the staff were extremely polite and helpful, which is great when you're trying to arrange transportation to and from the Orange County Convention center for work. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to friends and interested parties.
google avatar

Emily W.

Yelp
I thought this place would be decent, but honestly it sucked. They were doing renovations when we stayed at the Sonesta. Our room was right where the construction was happening and I would hear power drills going off at 7am, making it impossible to sleep in. The carpets and cabinets were old, no complimentary lotion or toothbrushes. The TVs were old, so don't bother bringing anything remotely high-tech. The only good thing about this place was the location. I would skip over the Sonesta and spend a little more to stay somewhere else.
google avatar

Bill H.

Yelp
We shared a two-bedroom suite. The room was recently remodeled to it looked great. The room, bathroom and kitchen was clean. The bed was firm and the pillows fluffy. Great for a family and all the benefits of a kitchen, stove, microwave and refrigerator.

Yelp
Great and affordable price we were looking for something with 2 private bedrooms and this was it both rooms are private and have a queen bed. Full kitchen living area 2 bathrooms; hotel is being renovated by December they should be more fancy with new appliances, great location also deff would come back
google avatar

Yelp
Very impressed with the room. Clean, plenty of space and comfortable. It is a modern set up but very home feeling in the room, almost like your own apartment. We look forward to staying here again. Great location

Holy mackerel--I could live here! The renovations are almost complete and I can't wait to come back when they are complete. I feel fairly confident that I was the first person to stay in a newly renovated room--the plastic was still on the dishwasher and all appliances were shiny and new. Everything was clean and the staff was so friendly! I went to turn on the shower and there was no water, but maintenance came up and fixed it right away. The layout is easy to navigate and complimentary breakfast is a plus when you're traveling on a budget. The pool area was closed, but is set to reopen soon. The hotel is conveniently located to Universal Studios, about a 5-10 minute drive and there are tons of restaurants/shops close by. I can't wait to stay here when I'm in Orlando again!

Yelp
My fiancé and I always stay at the Sonesta when we go to orlando. We love it's location to many restaurants within walking distance, the cleanliness of the rooms and great staff. We will never rent anywhere else. It's very close to Universal Studios and about 10-15 minutes from Disney which still isn't bad.

Yelp
Great location!! Right across from the Orlando eye and SO many food and activity options right by. Perfect for trips to universal (about 10 minutes on shuttle) which the shuttle was free to universal studios and to Epcot which really came in handy. The free breakfast was a little rough, hard pancakes, stale fruit loops, etc. but it's "free" so who can complain! They had a nice pool area with a hot tub the hours of the pool ended at 10pm which I thought was a little too early. They have a nice bar area and have recently updated the entire hotel with new floors, decor, paint, kitchen areas, etc. heh did a great job to say the least. Definitely looks more or less like the pictures online. Staff was friendly. Our room had two rooms a king and a full bed, with two bathrooms, a living room area and a small kitchenette. It was the perfect amount of space. Highly recommend this hotel for longer stays, even a week is perfect, you can buy food and cook it there. Just be sure to prep dinner early because the stove top takes a while to really heat up. Otherwise this hotel has some really great qualities definitely recommend!!

Yelp
I'm not impressed. We stay at Sonesta in Hilton Head which is amazing and how we earned points for free nights that we used to stay here. We arrive and are told we have to pay a $15 resort fee for each night AND a $120 hold that will be returned at check out. We were upgraded because we are loyalty members however once we stepped into our room it smells of mold/damp/mildew. The pull out couch mattress is stained and filled with crumbs, absolutely disgusting!!! We are stuck here for 4 nights because we don't have the money to move locations. I'm nervous we will become sick from the smell in here not to mention all our clothing smelling like it. My first and last trip to this Resort and Orlando in general is a horrible city!!!

Yelp
Great hotel room for a group of 4. The place looked like it had recently been updated and had a modern feel. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The free morning breakfast was large. There is also a bar in the lobby. I would definately stay at this place again!!

Yelp
This place would have 5 stars if our room was cleaned. The floors were dirty and hair was everywhere! I brought this to the attention of the front office and a member of the cleaning staff even came in the room to see it for herself, but the issue was never corrected. They also have live critters in the room so heads up on that. Other than those issues, this is a very nice place. It's also in a great location. If they make a better effort at cleaning and abating the critters, it'll be the perfect place to stay!

Yelp
Broken furmace, stoppedup sink, tiny toilets, old moldy showers.... need I go on? This place needs to be remodeled or demolished.

Yelp
I can't believe there isn't a review for this place yet. I stayed here with my family and we were a total of 9 including one child. We all fit super comfortably in a two bedroom suite that ha three queen beds and a sofa bed. And for the price it was waay cheaper than two hotel rooms for one night. The room itself was clean. Esa it super brand new looking? No. was it clean? Yes. the kitchen in the room was equipped with everything to cook and its a place i will go back to.The best part about this place is their breakfast. Their breakfast buffet has everything you would pretty much eat at ponderosa. They have fresh made oatmeal, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, Danish and fresh coffee along with hot cocoa. This place will def save you money on going out to eat breakfast and on the room when you think about cost per person.

Yelp
O love it love it love it! Clean, the room has a very good taste in decoration, central air, nice soft bed and pillow. I will definitely go back and stay there next time i'm in orlando.
