We had a great stay at Sonesta ES Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista. The hotel is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, offering excellent air conditioning and a range of amenities, including a laundry room. Our suite had everything we needed—a full kitchen, two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the living area), and plenty of space to relax. While our ice maker wasn’t working, reception staff happily provided large bags of ice whenever we asked—they truly couldn’t do enough for us and take pride in their hotel.||Parking is plentiful, though it may be an added cost. One of the best things about the hotel is its unbeatable location—Disney Springs, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios were just a $10 Uber / Lyft away, with the other Disney parks around a 20-minute drive. Even Cape Canaveral was an easy 90-minute trip, and we were lucky enough to catch a SpaceX launch. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and guest-focused place to stay. We would certainly use it again in future.

To be honest this is a perfect hotel specially if you are going to spend most of the day out on parks or activities. The hotel is perfect for a mid budget stay, it has a nice pool, breakfast service for 15 dollars, game room and the apartment (2 rooms, living room and kitchen) was super clean, comfortable and well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and even a dishwasher. Beds were nice, clean sheets and bathrooms with a good water pressure. It's located 5 minutes away from Disney Springs by car and across the street you can find stores, gift shops and restaurants, location is just great. Pros: locations, nice apartment, price, great staff. Cons: room service is not everyday, they only change the towels. Totally recommend

This is a great place when we have the whole family going to Disney. Location is great, the front desk is friendly, and the rooms are pretty spacious. The biggest issue is they don't have an elevator but luckily we got the first floor because my mom can't walk up stairs. There was also an arcade but all the games were out of service so that was a bit disappointing

First time booking at a resort. First day in, after making dinner for my in-laws, a roach was spotted crawling up the wall by the table as people were eating. My husband (Hispanic) went downstairs with the roach wrapped in a tissue with my 2 daughters while I put our baby to bed in the room and Rob (front desk) dismissed him and told him there was nothing he could do for him. Roaches were normal in Florida. Husband and kids came back to the room found a second roach by the chair where they were eating and the kids woke me up because they felt like my husband was being discriminated based on the color of his skin and thought that because I’m Caucasian, with a better English vocabulary, the outcome would be different. I go downstairs and Rob immediately changed my room and said that for any recommendation I had to speak to someone that morning. It took us 45 min to pack our luggage again and go from building 6 second floor to building 18; second floor again in the middle of the night. This is around 11pm-11:30pm. Manager Diana Chow reimbursed the room for only one night and when I spoke to complaints over the phone they acted like they would provide Disney tickets which when I spoke about it to Julie she said that roaches are normal to have and her cats and dogs play with them all the time in her home completely dismissing everything. When I spoke back with complaints over the phone we spoke to Mini which transferred me to someone else a male older guy, didn’t give me his name and said it was up to management to provide compensation for the roaches in the room, food we had to throw out, the inconvenience of having to move from one side of the hotel to the next, waking up a baby in the middle of the night with 2 daughters across to another side. Julie said that the only thing she can think of was reimbursing me for the rest of the days left and I would work with booking.com to reimburse us (7-10 days later) we paid through affirm so it would take another (7-10 business days) to get money back and I would have to pay out another $1200 plus to move back out of this hotel Absolutely disgusting behavior. Discriminated the Hispanic guy the first time to then tell me roaches are normal inside their rooms. Julie also Offered to have house keeping come clean more often, I called and front desk receptionist told me it was an upcharge to change bedding and just cleaning the bathrooms. So everything stayed the same. Management and claims have zero accountability, acted like roaches are normal inside your suite in the kitchen at that.

I stayed with my husband & teenage daughter for 2 weeks over Easter holidays. Was a little concerned having read recent reviews which mentioned building works but luckily that was all finished by the time we arrived, just little bits of painting still going on which did not impact our stay. Room was absolutely fine for our needs, we didn't cook but kitchen had all the essentials. All areas of the hotel were well maintained, pool area was nice with towels provided. Really good laundry room, small gym, little shop for essentials & a starbucks open in the mornings. We only used this once as preferred to take a morning walk over the road to the Wawa who do good coffee or a little further was another starbucks. Great location, lots of places to eat within a very short walking distance plus a couple of places for just a drink, plenty of supermarkets, area seemed very safe to walk around, including at night. Close to Disney and short, easy drive to Universal. We travelled with Tui so our parking fee was included, which is a bonus. Didn't have a huge amount of contact with stay but those we did speak to were pleasant & helpful

What a lovely place to stay. Close to a supermarket, restaurants and shops. Not far from tour pick up point. The unit is very much like an apartment. Towels were changed every second day, but coffee (dripfilter) was not replenished - we brought some filterpapers and coffee from the supermarket. The kitchen was well appointed, and while there is a dishwasher, sink detergent was provided but there was no plug or tea towel (let front office know as we were leaving)||Not being familiar with the chain, our agent booked this - take care: there are multiple Sonestas in Orlando

I stayed with my husband over Easter in April this year. We were looking for a hotel that was close to both Disney & Universal. This is not our usual trip format or type of hotel, so expectations were low. We were more concerned with location > amenities. ||However, we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It ticked every box we had and more. It's in a great location (5 mins to Disney Springs, 15 minutes to Disney, 20 to Universal and 25 to the airport). ||The suites are spacious and comfy and have everything you'd need to cook / prepare your own food. The beds are comfy and there is shampoo etc provided. Added bonus of the hairdryer being very good too. Lots of room in the wardrobe and a safe for good measure. We didn't use the oven but there were plenty of plates/bowls/cups etc. ||We had parking included in our trip package, so I can't comment on the price of parking. However there were ample car parking spaces available during the day. ||The staff were super friendly and we also found time to use the pool. Again, we really didn't expect much - however the pool was clean and warm with towels provided. ||We would definitely stay here again when we next come to Orlando. Perfect location and really comfortable stay. Thank You!

Google
A beautiful place to stay. Quiet, very large rooms, self catering but there is a cafe for breakfast if you want it. We had a two bedroom suite for just two of us but it would sleep 8 in total using the sofabed too. Stairs to get to apartment but no lift. So bottom floor if you have accessibility problems. The pool is quiet and very clean and tidy. You'd be need a car ideally unless you walked along the road nearby which had a few restaurants and shops. There's also an abc liquor store right next door too.

Yelp
Honestly, the property seems nice , as do the rooms in pictures - this 1 Star rating is based on service experiences so far and I will update if it changes. This was the least hospitable check-in experience I have had in a long time. Every question / request was met with a challenge and or response that was a non-answer. We arrived early and are aware check in is at 4pm but it was a short drive for us. For example : "Can we leave our bags here ?" "Well, you may not want to do that because this may not be your building." Or "Are you able to notify us if the room is ready?" "Well four teams of people are required to go up and down the stairs to get the room ready" Updating from 1 Star to 3 Stars , end of Day 1 The property overall seems well maintained. The rooms are clean. And include a small kitchen, which is nice for longer stays. The room was clean when we were able to check in. No further interaction so far with staff ( my husband finished checking us in)

Yelp
This place is really solid -- very comfortable, great amenities (pool, laundry, cafe) and good location. We've stayed here for Disney trips when we'd like a little more room, and it's a great value. The staff is always friendly as well. There are a couple of rough edges here and there (chipped paint in some spots), but overall this is a great spot.

Yelp
Stayed for 2 nights and it was ok. It got the job done. I needed to stay close to this area for the weekend, and this place was the perfect size and price. Stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 room had a king and the other 2 double beds with a bathroom in each room. The cleanliness was very questionable in the bathrooms. The beds were uncomfortable to me but seemed clean. Nice size refrigerator and room layout.

Yelp
For the price, this hotel is worth it. It's close to the parks, very clean, and has great accommodations for any family. Having a 2 room king size suites with 2 bathrooms is amazing for families!! The kitchen area was stocked with plates, glasses, and other things. Great for long stays like we made. Loved it!

Yelp
I stayed at this property for just one night and it was my first time staying at Sonesta. The staff was great and very professional checking me in and out. The property looks like apartments from the outside and each of the rooms open to the outside. For some people that may be a concern but it was fine for me. Some additional expenses to keep in mind: parking is $15 and really check in is $20. The fee for early check in really surprised me because I've never experienced that anywhere else. There's also a refundable security deposit of $150. Parking was easy to find. When I entered the room I was pleasantly surprised at how spaces and well furnished to room was. I loved the separate sitting area, kitchen and dining area. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who is staying awhile or wants to be about to prepare food. They also have two bedroom options available.!The location is close to Disney and plenty of restaurants in the area. Also there is breakfast in the lobby available to purchase and Starbucks as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta and would recommend it.

Yelp
Very comfortable ! Felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Good size rooms with living room and fully equipped kitchen. They have a small gym and even a laundry room. Pools are also a great size. Not to mention the staff, Very accommodating and pleasant.

Yelp
Overall pretty good in the sense that the room was big, the bed was comfortable, and it didn't take more than 15 minutes or so to get here from DisneyWorld's Magic Kingdom. The purpose of this stay for us was solely for a place to crash so we didn't have to drive two hours back to Melbourne after a HUGE day. I don't know if it was fatigue or the bed, but I slept amazingly well here. The rub on this place is that the breakfast is this weird little kiosk Starbuck's with over inflated prices, when in actuality the fare is resembles a typical complimentary continental breakfast. It feels like the kind of thing that's usually offered at a hotel like this. Additionally, they charged for parking despite not being anywhere near anything walkable. Typically the downtown hotels get away with that, but this one just went for it anyways. I might consider staying here on our next Disney trip, but it sounds like the shuttle isn't reliable which would definitely factor in to my decision. But for a night, it was great and the price was fair compared to some others in the area!

Yelp
We had a brief four day stay here at this hotel. It was spacious enough for what we needed. I loved the living room, dining area, kitchen combo. We brought our grandkids and they slept on the sofa bed. Just know that the room door opens to the outside. We had a beautiful view of the lovely pool area. No continental breakfast, but there are tons of restaurants in the area. You have to pay for parking each day, so make a note. Lovely staff. Great place if you don't want to spend a lot of money and a Wawa is next-door.

Yelp
We stayed here for a week for a Disney/Universal trip and it was perfect for our needs. It was a double-bedroom suite that comfortably accommodated a family of five, with one of the kids sleeping on the sofa bed. It's conveniently located just a short drive from both Disney and Universal. The pool is also nice and open until 10 pm, which makes for a good way to cap a long day at the parks. One thing I wasn't aware of until we checked in: There's a fee to park each day. There's also no continental breakfast, but they have a small breakfast bar where you can buy items, including fresh Starbucks coffee. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly and was quick to address any needs we had. Definitely a good value if you choose to stay somewhere other than the resorts.

Yelp
Worst place ever! Rooms are spacious but not worth all this money, they hit you with extra fees when you check out, no housekeeping at all, just change your 2 towels even though you get a huge suite. Honestly, for this price, you can easily get a high end suite at another hotel or resort.

Yelp
Beautiful Rooms! This hotel is located in close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, etc. There is also a gas station/ store within walking distance. The pool area is very clean and spacious. The rooms are cleaned to perfection! All dishes are bleached (Which is a plus for me). When you walk in the room you can smell that it has been cleaned. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen area has just enough space. Stove and oven works wonderfully! Living area is very comfortable and spacious. If you get a 2 bedroom suite both rooms have their own bathroom and rooms are divided by the large living area. My stay was great and I was sad when it was time to leave. I will be returning !

Yelp
Rooms are a decent size. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are convenient. Full size fridge and a small full kitchen. There is a $15 a day parking that seems silly. Just add it into the advertised price of the room. Most of the staff was nice (minus in old man who was quite rude to another guest at check in). Rooms aren't perfect, but not a bad stay at all. Would book again.
