Sonesta Silicon Valley

Infinite stars of satisfaction! This experience was better than my four seasons one month stay at the four seasons (Istanbul). The hotel, the location, the service the friendliness of the Sonesta Silicon Valley is utterly fantastic and I simply want to say thank you. It was such a great experience. Essentially a shout out of gratitude to everyone who works here the young man working Night Shift ( football player ) at the counter, dayshift receptionists, housekeeping, and restaurant employees. I was supposed to check out today however I extended it two more days… again, thank you for the experience, whenever I am in town, I will not stay any place else but this place. Big love Big respect! They have truly defined the definition of hospitality!

Rooms are clean, area is quiet, and beds are very comfy. Above all, staff are exceptional! Shout out to Arlin and housekeeping for going above and beyond to retrieve my lost item. Thank you for an amazing stay :)

I ordered food delivery over 24 hours ago and forgot to pick it up from the reception. When I went to the front desk and explained my situation, asking if they might still have my order, the receptionist went to check and brought it to me. I was very surprised that they had kept it. The bag with the food was cold, straight from the refrigerator. I was so touched by the care and attention they show to their guests. I stay at this hotel every month for a week and have been doing so for the past two years. The service, cleanliness of the rooms, and everything else are always top-notch

The front desk staff Pou, Renée and Arleen at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning Eleni always welcomed us every morning with a smile 😊.

Very nice hotel. It’s clean and nice rooms. The staff is very friendly. I would like to acknowledge Ellani in the restaurant for breakfast. She is amazing!! Always friendly, smiling and remembering what guests like to drink. Thank you Ellani for the great service

Great hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Don't like the parking charge without advance notice in the reservation.

It did the job for what I needed. Aka wasn't the fanciest or cheapest. The pool area looked nice. Lots of lounge chairs and space. The hotel has an interesting layout but you will be able to find your room easily. Parking is free. (Just have to find a spot) The bed was sufficient, pillows were meh. Pretty quiet other than a few noises here or there. Didn't even want to go near breakfast after my happy hour experience. Just your average Joe Sonesta.

Really nice rooms. Good customer service, definitely not cheap. They charge parking...I don't think that's fair considering you're already paying a good amount. I'm paying 1200 for 7 days, and on top of that, I'll be getting charged 15 dollars for parking. It's really strange, but I love my Jr Suite. I do recommend. Also, there is 3 Sonestas in the areas, so book the right one.
