Great location and easy to find off the main autoroute, for a relaxing break after a busy driving day, the hotel has lovely views, great rooms, good parking, amazing restaurant with fantastic food with lovely local beer & a delicious breakfast too. The bathroom soaps, gels and lotions were lovely to use. The staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome, I would certainly stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you. :)

Stayed here for 1 night while traveling. Modern hotel and rooms. Rooms are a bit small, but have everything you need. A bit more space would be nice especially when you have multiple suitcases. Very good breakfast with lots of options. We were offered bottles of water while checking out which is a very nice gesture!||Make sure to let the reception know your number plate if you’re traveling by car. The parking place in front of the hotel is paid unless you’re staying there.

First time there and what an experience. It is a great place with fantastic views and great amenities. The restaurant offers a wide range ofquality and tasty foods. I can highly recommend.

We had a beautiful wedding weekend, despite of heavy clouds and thunder predictions. The warm welcome and friendly service in every way and on every floor was very pleasant and it made our stay an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!

At the reception area, there were homemade juice jars on a table and my 4 year old daughter wanted to have a glass of lemonade. I served her and then a rude member of staff appeared saying that “it’s not for you” and then took the jars away! The hotel location is good and rooms are okay if you can bear with the “unfriendly” and “unprofessional” staff.. ***Edit: You can take the hotel’s response below as a proof of the points made in my review ☺️

We planned our stay as a peacefull long Easter weekend. The junior suite was perfectly located facing the lake. The equipments were outstanding (rotating bed, bathtub on the balcony, Italian bathroom with real tropical rain forest shower and push button On/Off. Design and extremely well maintained hotel. Housekeeping well done! And smiling such as the entire staff. Special thanks to Pascal, Martina, and front desk crew.

|Beautiful little place with a wonderful view of the lake!|The town is very small. So, if you are looking for a calm place with few people, this is the place. Transportation wasn't an issue at all because the Sursee train station is only a short bus ride away from the hotel, and the bus can easily be accessed across the street. So, we were able to easily make day trips to Luzern, Bern, and even Grindelwald!||The hotel only has a few guests and does a very good job of keeping things relaxing and calm. The staff is wonderful and so helpful! A room with a view of the lake is a must because the view is perfect! And if you can splurge a bit on the junior suite with the outdoor tub, you will not regret it. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Very modern and clean. But I do have to say that it is not very functional for a family because this specific room doesn't have privacy between the bed area and shower. They are open and visible from one area to the other. This would be the only downside for this room. The regular rooms don't have this issue. Breakfast was also a nice bonus with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, etc.||Amenities include access to the beautiful lake for swimming and paddle boarding, which we really enjoyed! The hotel has a specific area for guests where you can get a beach chair and lounge on the lake and they also have a kiddy area for the little ones with a splash pad and an outdoor play area.||Without a doubt, I would stay here again! This place gave us the Switzerland experience of beauty and nature we envisioned when we decided to visit this country!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! We stayed in the Romantic Suite which was beautiful! The bathtub on the balcony was a real treat.|We had a fantastic Apéro delivered to our suite followed by a delicious dinner. The variety at breakfast was excellent and the overall service was also very good.|I can't recommend this more highly, it was a wonderful weekend!
