This picturesque, staple landscape of Arizona is both stunningly beautiful as well as harsh and wild at the same time. The characteristic Saguaro cacti grow abundantly here, actually the only place in the world that they grow. Tons of teddy bear cholla and desert wildlife including bobcats, rattlesnakes, coyotes, foxes, mountain lions and many others. When you picture “Arizona”, it’s the Sonoran Desert landscape that comes to mind.

This place is so cool. I must say, the snakes are very polite. Not physically, but verbally. I'd still stay away from them, they got a nasty bite. They are all bite, and no bark. They WILL sweet talk you into coming closer. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE SNAKES. They have crazy charismatics characteristics. Whatever they say, do not listen. Very polite, but with an objective. They can speak English, Polish, and French. Be warned.

All of the negative reviews for this desert are so cheeky and silly. Haha sand and sun. But the desert reads these reviews and does not appreciate the constant teasing. Also, I'm not sure many of these people were actually in this desert. While there is certainly sand in some parts, it's not the Sahara. It's quite lush with vegetation, and the soil is quite varied. Some parts are rocky, other parts have a more clay-like soil, etc. People should think of whose feelings they're hurting when they make their wacky funny comments and leave one star reviews on an ecosystem that humans are destroying through development and climate change. Buncha jokesters!
