The food here is phenomenal!! I tried the wagyu flat iron steak, and it was so tender and juicy. The whole meal was awesome. The ambiance was so relaxing and calm with the waterfall background. The service was a little slow at first. It was really busy, though. The server Kevin was running his tail off, trying to satisfy all. So, props to him. I asked the manager in the beginning about adding my bill to the room, and he said no problem. However, it took about an hour to figure out the process. It was disappointing that the manager didn't rectify the issue the server Kevin did. Maybe promote him to the manager. He probably saved me from getting upset over this issue. Kevin, the server, called the front desk and figured it out. Thanks to Kevin, I will repeat business here. I strongly suggest you try this place for the food, sevice,and atmosphere.

Food was very mediocre for the price. Due to the christmas holiday weekend, they weren't offering their regular meat options and was pretty much forced to get their prime roast which was tough and dry. Only thing that was good from our order was the calamari.

Went there with my sons and had a memorable meal. Everyone in the group enjoyed the food they ordered. When you order your steak and seafoid, get a couple of different sauces to bring out different flavors. Service was efficient and took care of our needs and questions.

Great drinks, short ribs, escargot, mahi-mahi and dessert for my wife’s birthday. Thx to all for making it special.

Atmosphere & service was excellent. Classic steakhouse vibes and menu. My ribeye was good and cooked perfectly. Wife got the shrimp scampi. I only gave 4 stars for the price & the fact that our sides came out 8 minutes after our main entree. That wasn't a big deal, and I wouldn't expect a hotel steakhouse to have low prices. Overall 8/10, good spot!

It started out amazing… we were 2nd to be seated on a busy Saturday night! Waitress was very informative and helpful. For 6 people we planned to spend some $$$. I say lamb chops were the highlight even tho it was a steak house. Never can go wrong lobster tail and they made a couple to perfection. Wine a delight. The Syrah 2018 was as good as I remember it. It was just service. We were interrupted in middle of dinner by running water behind us and wet towels on the ground which for the place you would expect that to be picked up. And also by another waiter saying another group was buying us a round, we assumed since my friend just got married and it was their celebration dinner. Nope. This then endured another 3 interruptions providing excuse for nothing THEY suggested we have. Limoncello nope, wine we wanted, out, port we wanted, not available…. It was like a plane screaming mayday. Then… to come and find out the waiter picked us wrong. It was a different table and they didn’t do anything to make up for it. Which is fine but thought at least some interaction. The boys got frustrated and went to the bar while they ran the card. Bar manager did get me 2 SamBucas when the groom and BM (myself) went to the bar to take a shot and work through it. Lol. It barely was half an ounce but they “comped” it gee thx. $1000 bill later and no dessert we were just disappointed, bride was not happy. I took pictures but almost don’t want to share them… And for the record the second star is for the food. Like I said the lamb was good and they didn’t mess up a salad. 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️

When you first enter into the steakhouse you can just tell you are in for a treat. The view with the waterfalls, the swans, ducks, and ocean is just amazing. The service was very attentive and friendly. I ordered an old fashioned from their great list of spirits but it wasn't great. Past that the food and dessert was phenomenal. I had the tomahawk steak with lobster, tried the rack of lamb, and lobster ravioli. Afterwards finished with the Kona Coffee Cheesecake. All of it was made to perfection!

Really love the Son’z Steakhouse located at the Hyatt Regency Maui. Is an open-air restaurant overlooks the warmly lit lagoon, and lush foliage of the beautiful Swan Court, affording gorgeous view of a waterfall and stunning sunset. We had B&B Ahi which was quite the catch, also some Lobster Ravioli topped with a creamy Citrus Beurre Blanc, and of course some meat for my husband, at this time juicy rock of lamb with grilled asparagus. I certainly can say that this is the place where steak and seafood lovers assemble.
