I had really high hopes for a recommended restaurant. Waitress was mildly mocking, basement was a bit gloomy and its atmosphere kind of uncomfortable. Food was good but not outstanding, a B tier bimbimbap.

There were nine of us with the reservation. The menu was quite limited and the service was slow. it was quite pricey for Korean food, but food was decent. Not the same experience we had 5 years ago.

Very nice korean restaurant that have Halal meat! There are 2 restaurant in Paris and another one in Créteil. The staff is very friendly, the ambiance is very calme and relaxing, we were served quickly and the food was good. We obvisouly chose the barbecue meal with beef and lamb. It is always served with side dishes such as radish, seaweed, marinated onions, carrots, potatoes cake, etc. The staff cooks the meat for you and asks how do you want your meat done. The cheesecake dessert was a little too sweet for me but the yuzu souffle was great. I LOVED the yuzu-honey tea. Overall we paid 124€ for 2 persons which is a little overpriced but we will definetely go back there.

Upon entering, welcome and seating service was not too pleasant. Once seated, the experience changed. The gentleman who took care of us, Jacob, was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious. Ordered "La Terre" menu. Great variety with perfect flavors. Many thanks to the Chef! Highly recommended

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The beef was nearly impossible to chew—tough, not at all what you’d expect at a Korean BBQ restaurant. The service was even worse. The staff showed no hospitality and were outright rude. We asked to switch tables because we were seated in a cramped spot, but they told us all the other tables were reserved a week in advance. Strangely enough, no one came to claim those “reserved” tables the entire time we were there. It felt like they simply didn’t care about accommodating us. Overall, the combination of terrible food and poor treatment made this a restaurant I’ll never visit again. If you’re looking for good Korean BBQ, avoid this place!

Google
Very good styling and presentation of food, can see why is repeatedly listed in Michelin Guide. Had the set menu, excellent value for money. Very good service. Only downside was that on a hot day and cooking at table they didn't want to turn on AC. If it's a hot day suggest asking to be seated downstairs as its much cooler 2nd visit: Again had one of the degustation menus, the Mountain, starters and side dishes were excellent. They had issues with meat supply, presumably due to it being Boxing Day, and quality was a bit mixed. Chocolate fondant for dessert a bit cool, but have increased my service and atmos ratings to 5 star

This Korean BBQ place in central Paris is a fun spot to eat with friends. I'm used to thin slices of meat at BBQ restaurants, so I was surprised by the thick cuts here. The taste was even better than I expected - really flavorful and savory. My only suggestion would be more generous sides. The amount of condiments was pretty small for our group of five. Also, be prepared for a crowd! Even on a weeknight, it got busy fast.

Best Korean food I’ve had outside of South Korea, great service, and good value for the price ! The restaurant was Michelin recommended for a few years in a row, we didn’t know that before going there, so it was a good surprise for us ! The food and service did not disappoint. We have ordered a lot of food for only 2 people, it was very delicious and authentic. Each dish was mind blowing. I never eat chicken wings, but these were so delicious I couldn’t get enough. We also had the dumplings, pancakes, bullock, and dessert. Everything was delicious and the portions were big. The food also came with a variety of side dishes. Definitely worth the price. The staff were also very nice and friendly. They were welcoming and gave us proper advice when we asked questions about the menu and quantity. I

Yelp
Michelin Star Korean restaurant ~ contemporary service serving traditional cuisine. French accented waiter illuminating throughout the tasting menu was a unique feel of quality service elevating the common Korean dishes to a higher level of appreciation. Beautiful interior design, a thoughtful layout of French & Korean style. Surprised not to find a newer selection of today's craft Korean soju & makgeolli. Serving the common budget brands at this establishment was décevant.

Yelp
Seated without reservation at 7pm but they filled up quickly afterwards. Seating was new experience as we sat on ground with table was ground level. Food was fresh and delicious. Server cooked food for us--only downfall was electricity kept dying at the restaurant--due to a short somewhere. Other thank that A++

Yelp
This is an elegant, up-scale Korean bbq restaurant. It seems reservations are recommended but I was able to be seated immediately on a Wednesday evening at 7pm. Everything is strikingly clean. They serve with gorgeous gold utensils and stone plateware . To start, I had the kimchee pancake; the consistency was not quite what I remember from ktown in NYC and oddly reminded me more of an American pancake. Nevertheless, not a bad dish. For the main, I had the bulgogi, which was fresh and absolutely delicious! The marinate was so good, I even preferred it without the spicy dipping sauce. Sometimes the meat can be very fatty and it was not the case here. It also came with a number of banchan dishes including kimchee, radish, potato, lotus root, broccoli, and seaweed. I did find it a little odd that the rice is not complimentary with the meat entree; an additional 3€ if you like. Note they didn't mind speaking in English, which was a relief given my god-awful French. Overall, great experience.

Yelp
This is an awesome Korean restaurant in Le Marais. Good ambiance, great presentation of the Korean food that is yummy. Maybe on a little expensive side if you compare the price to the AYCE BBQ places in the US or those in Saint Anne. However it's worth visiting. We ordered two 'Mountain' set menu and it was good. A couple of downside: service gets slow when it's crowded. The ribeye was not so tender although galbi was good.

Yelp
My wife was craving Korean in Paris, so we decided to come here for dinner. Tried to get in without a reservation on a Wednesday night, but was told we had to wait 90 minutes. Came back the next day with a reservation. Pros: 1) Modern Looking. 2) Clean. 3) Good Service. 4) Good quality food. 5) Banchan is included. 6) Korean speaking staff, so if you have someone that speaks Korean in your party, it is easy to order food. Cons: 1) Pricey. 2) Charges extra for rice if you order a meat dish. 3) Dinner reservations start at 7PM, so if you are used to eating early, forget it. 4) They do not speak English, and since my Korean is lousy, had to use my wife to order. If you are craving Korean in Paris and can't wait to get it in another city like LA, NY, Seoul, etc..., this would be a place to visit. Also, decent amount of Korean clientele, so if true Koreans are eating here, you know that it must be at least somewhat decent.

Yelp
This is not just a Korean bbq restaurant. Just dropped by for lunch and had their lunch special. The food was absolutely delicious and the price was more than reasonable. I daughter ordered the Kimchee jigae off the regular menu and that was delicious as well. Please try this place!!'

Yelp
Amazing KBBQ in Paris. Good location in Le Marais. Steep prices, but worth it for the quality of meat and quantity of side dishes.

Yelp
Friday night, diner date and I choose to go to Soon Grill and what a good choice! I booked a table for 2 calling at lunch time. It was middle of August so no much issue but while in the restaurant people came to ask for a table it was full so I really advice you book before you go. Arriving there, I was surprised by the decoration. This is so nice and really classy. I do recommend it for a date if you try to impress someone but make sure you know how to handle the chopsticks We ordered a bottle of wine to start. If you have question ask to speak to the sommelier because the other waiters had no clue about wines. We then ordered the food: starter and then lamb and sea food. All came with a mixed of vegetable so no really need to order more rice or vegetables. They opened the barbecue in front of you and cook everything for you, they even cut the meat with scissors and you just need to eat! The lamb, I highly recommend. It was sooooo good! Well seasoned and tender. The seafood needed more seasoning for me but you add lemon and it does the job. We were tempted by the desserts. Especially me with their chocolate fondant. Excellent! I could have 2 ! My bf ordered the rice cake with beans. Really weird but was not too bad at the end. The service was really nice, the waiters even if they do not manage too much French or English sometimes were smiley and happy to help and serve you in a wonderful way. We had an excellent time there and I will definately recommend and go back at some point!

Yelp
I have been to korean restaurants all over the world and this was one of the best experiences. The restaurant is very clean and very stylish decor. The utensils are very traditional korean sttle. The quality of the meat was very fresh and delicious. The side dishes were very tasty as well. The servers are very friendly, very unlike paris.

Yelp
I ate dinner here the other night and the food was solid. It was during the week and busy around 9pm but we were able to get a table without a reservation. We ate in the side section that had you kind of step into your seat (platform around table, made it a little tricky for servers due to lack of space. They had to crouch down to do everything). You were elbow to elbow with other diners and the barbecue is in the middle. We each just got an entree (lamb for the bbq and bimbibap) and the meat was perfectly flavored. Very tender. My bowl was pretty good but very light on the meat and heavy on the rice. The desserts were inventive and great. I had rose ice cream, really refreshing, and my husband had a beautifully presented tiramisu. Prices were pretty average for Paris, slightly high. Our bill was 72 euros for a main dish and dessert with 1 glass of wine. Had to ask twice for water to be brought over. Got really hot in the area we were seated yet they didn't open the window. Overall, good meal. Not the best ever but I'd go back.

Yelp
Best Korean Bbq ever. Very rich and generous The staff are super friendly and the interior is so nice

Yelp
For me it's the most convenient, easy Korean to get to with a good ambiance. The interior is well designed and the food is good. The bbq isn't completely authentic and the portions are small, but it's much better quality than something on rue Sainte Anne. It's a good place to bring first-timers to Korean food. It's better to confirm the reservation....one time I went with 12 people after reserving in advance and they didn't have the reservation in the system from their website.

Yelp
It's a relatively new restaurant in le Marais, so it was clean. The food and service were all great, so I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Excellent Korean restaurant, we had the lunch set menu and everything was delicious at a reasonable price for Paris. The service was outstanding, friendly and smiley servers (a rare thing in the capital).
