Sophia’s Lounge is an absolute gem in Charlotte. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, with unique and beautifully designed interiors that make it stand out. Perfect for a cozy night out, especially on a cold evening like when we visited. We stopped by for drinks on a Saturday night, and the experience was fantastic. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We tried a bourbon and a whiskey-based cocktail, both well-crafted and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxed yet stylish night out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chic lounge with great drinks and ambiance!

This restaurant feels like home. It's decorated with different sized sofas and the cutest light fixtures. The waitress was absolutely adorable and super helpful. The food is absolutely delicious. Prices are fantastic. This would make an amazing date night-- definitely would help you make it past the friendship stage. Highly recommend!

I had the chance to go on a mother/daughter date to Sophia's and got a great history lesson on the Ivey's Hotel, its transition to a restaurant, hotel and living space while at the bar for a drink before getting seated. We tried the surf and turf which was amazing, the sliders and the three piece crème brûlée (cookies and cream for the WIN!) paired with a wonderful red blend. We even got to go check out The Library, a private, guest space that would be perfect for a small dinner party or gathering. I look forward to taking my friends and visitors here!

Nice comfortable place to get a good drink. Atmosphere is great. Did not eat so can’t speak to that. Drink prices are steep so be prepared. Bartender was great! Real pro.

My friend daughters had her a beautiful birthday party this past weekend. Everyone seem to enjoy themselves. I know I did. My first time there. Beautiful atmosphere. Great service. All the workers extremely helpful. The food was excellent. Im going back one day for a lite lunch and I'm not particularly a downtown person. Check this location out if you haven't been there.

We closed our night out at the Sophia lounge and I’m so happy we did. The hostess and bouncer at the door were super nice, welcoming, and helpful. They found us a nice table for my wife and I to close out our night. Our waitress Ashley was super sweet and very attentive. The drinks were fantastic. Grateful we decide to stop in. It was a great change from all the chaos going on the street.

Brandon at the welcome desk was amazing! When we arrived and there were no tables, he welcomed us with the right words, had us wait at the bar, and kept checking for availability. As soon as one opened up, he cleaned it himself and got us seated. That kind of service deserves recognition—Brandon is a rock star!

We stayed at The Ivey’s Hotel & made our way from our hotel room to the lovely staircase down to Sophia’s Lounge. We also did a review of the Ivey’s Hotel. If you love art deco & the extraordinary, you absolutely must reserve a room for the night or two because you may not want to leave. There is a reason why Forbes has verified this property as one of the finest in the world. Everything was adorned in Christmas “the season” & it felt like a scene from the movie-The Holiday. Enchanting! The staff greeted us immediately. As a guest of the hotel you can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine in the lounge between 4 and 6 PM. Foodies! I recommend trying several dishes to “taste.” The menu does change after 10 pm on weekends so ask your server for details. The service was first class, with Carrie & also Jordan! We enjoyed the entire experience! My husband & I nearly fought over the handmade cookie dessert with the vanilla gelato on top! It was that good! In the late evening we returned to try the charcuterie and I had a mocktail. In the morning, we came back to have breakfast and Lynn our server made sure that we had everything we needed to make our breakfast, PERFECT! It’s hard to leave Sophia’s Lounge. I want to go back with a lovely journal and write a poem, or begin a novel. Yes, it feels like that. This place inspires! We highly recommend reservations! XO Josephine

Yelp
Charlotte has seen a large influx of cocktail bars and longes over the years, giving our city a boost in elegance and class. No where better exemplifies this phenomena than Sophia's Lounge. Located in the gorgeous and historic Ivy's Hotel, Sophia's lounge is a sleek and sophisticated lounge tailor made for a night out. Without trying to sound pretentious, this just feels like an adults only cocktail lounge. Their drinks are fantastic, without being over the top and gimmicky. Just solidly made classic cocktails by skilled mixologists. The walls are adorned with art, and there are comfortable seats and cushions throughout, along with chandeliers, soft leather, and dark wooden finishes. At times it feels like stepping back in time to the opulent days of turn of the century Europe. If you want to impress a date, or have a wonderful night out with friends and family, I highly suggest coming in, and dressing to impress.

Yelp
Enjoyed the vibe! This is a nice and laid back establishment where you can enjoy good quality food and cocktails . Equally as good for a first date, a date night or a gathering with Friends.

Yelp
Sleek opulence comes to mind when walking down the grand staircase and entering Sophia's Lounge. This spot is an elevated spot inside Ivey's hotel in uptown Charlotte. It has fantastic cocktails, wines and decadent desserts including that cookie in a skillet that I can't seem to say no to. Turn on the lights and let the sunlight in and we're transported to an elegant breakfast spot. Loved it. I get here every time I stay at the Ivey's Hotel.

Yelp
I am a huge tea person and will always take the opportunity to have afternoon tea. When I found that they are doing a special afternoon tea menu of course I had to go. The lounge is absolutely beautiful and classy. The decor and service are both top notch. They had a cute photo station set up that made for adorable pictures. Cocktails were good and high quality. The tea tray was excellent. All of the items were well made and I liked the self serve dessert section. I can't wait to come back and do tea here again!

Yelp
Visited here for happy hour drinks. The ambiance is very "speak easy"-ish. Comfy sofas arranged into conversational areas and a couple of small tables. A fireplace completes the cozy atmosphere. The servers are friendly. The cocktails were DELISH! I had an Old Fashioned and a margarita flatbread - yummy and fresh. I will definitely be back here!

Yelp
The ambiance was great for a date or hanging out with friends. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious and hot... i can't say enough good things about this place! It's the best lounge I've been to in CLT, hands down!

Yelp
Swank. Classy. Regal. Sophia's Lounge is not your every day hotel lounge. Come dressed appropriately and be prepared to have an upscale lounge experience. Attached to the fabulous Ivy's Hotel, Sophia's has three entrances; one from the street, the hotel lobby, or from the stairway connected to the upstairs hotel room. During my stay at the Ivys's (see my review here https://tinyurl.com/3d6pwxu7), I stopped into Sophia's each night just so I I could try a new signature cocktail. All were amazing! * Her Majesty * Lady in Waiting * Ivey's Margarita Note that after a certain hour the full menu is no longer served. I forgot what the cut off time but flatbreads are available and are very good! Good food. Good drinks. Excellent service. Fab decor. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Sophia's...okay, let's go. GPS will NOT take you to the front door. I ended up at the side entrance of the hotel but the valet/security guard was helpful and let me walk through the hotel area. I was told on the phone that Valet was $25 but found it the price is actually $20 if you use Cashapp. Booking online was simple enough but nowhere on the website or the "know before you go" is this important detail. I actually was browsing photos and read it on a menu. 22% gratuity is added to checks on parties of five or more. Don't love it but okay. But the kicker is..."checks can only be split in even amounts." What isn't included here is that you can only use a total of three payment methods. That is literally a mess! I would love to hear more about why this policy is effective. Either way, this information should be at the front of your website as it affects planning and possibly your guest list. Onto the food...I do appreciate that you can make any beverage a mocktail. I didn't appreciate that the manager was also serving as the bartender and when we were charged for an additional mocktail-had to eat the cost because of how the bill was split and because the manager was bartending and couldn't tend to us. There are literally two vegetarian items on the menu and the chef can't create anything nor can you sub the items on the menu. That being said, the fries were tasty and you could tell they were fresh. The aioli was a bit thick-personal preference. Everything is designed to be shareable and that is accurate-I took half of my food home. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't worth reheating. It almost seemed undercooked and the sauce lacked flavor. When we tried to order dessert, two of the items were sold out. ‍ The place is absolutely for the vibes. The furniture is ornate and the artwork is beautiful. There's a couch area with fireplace and a beautiful staircase for photos. The bathroom is even very pretty. The service was pretty good but sadly understaffed which affected our experience just a bit. I would go back but maybe just for drinks and dessert.

Yelp
The last Sunday we decided to try the afternoon brunch at Sophia's lounge. It was an amazing experience! If you decide to have afternoon tea, be sure to dress up and book reservations the first Sunday of every month at Sophia's lounge in Charlotte, North Carolina! The atmosphere is perfect for a girls day brunch! We started off with a variety of tea selections. the teas were, amazing they were not cheap at all and you get bottomless tea selections. You get bottomless servings of the savory course my favorite part of the savory course was the smoked salmon on top of cucumbers! They were so tasty! I want to try this at home! Then they had a wonderful whimsical selection of different desserts that you can pick and select on your own. I also like the fact that they offered a variety of mimosa flavors and these can be paid for separately. our service was amazing as well. We truly enjoyed our server who was very friendly and helpful when making any of our selections and she answered every question we had.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this spot and was let down quite significantly. The ambiance is lovely and I would think could be a great place for a date night. The service was extremely poor and when we commented on how long it was taking to make a few drinks (an hour!!) the waiter ended up raising his voice and blaming my friend - it was shocking. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the manager did the right thing and apologized for his staff and didn't make us pay for the few drinks we actually received.

Yelp
Had such an amazing Saturday night here! Our server C(K)arrie was amazing. Drinks and atmosphere were great. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Yelp
Came here for a drink before seeing a show at Belk Theatre. The space is beautiful, the drinks were good and the truffle fries were on point. I also enjoyed the tv was on a hallmark movie, so I was easily entertained while at the bar alone! Ha!

Yelp
This place was so nice and cute! Drinks were superb and the service was awesome. I'll be coming back here every time I'm in the area!

Yelp
Such a cozy little lounge and bar! I know it's been a staple here uptown for awhile, but this is my first time here. Great place for pre dinner drinks, walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants. They do serve small plates here as well. The bar was well stocked, but short staffed. So drinks came out slow to our party of 15. But we were it in any hurry. The seating was very quaint, couches, chairs, throne type seats! Also great date night spot. The staircase to the Ivey hotel in which it's located it a great picture spot. Decorated really nicely for the holidays. I had a empress G&T, which was as always great. Then I had a southern nights, mezcal, patron, lime, pineapple and Tajin rim, yum, totally loved this ! drink. We had the truffle fries, which were so good, great aioli, and the Margherita flatbread, delicious, nice with the Gruyère cheese, the chicken, bacon ranch flatbread, also was very good, fully loaded, they don't skimp on the toppings. The lamb meatballs, I didn't try but was also told were tasty, nice sauce. Like I said service was slow, but we had a crowd. They had a great wine list, and the cocktails were varied with great choices in liquor. We loved our area that they reserved for us, plenty of room to converse, and tables , and very cozy like I said! I will definitely put it on my uptown list again.

Yelp
Sophia's lounge is the absolute best. The atmosphere, music curation, decor, and service makes it a must visit for the uptown area. We love making this our first stop to grab great drinks before a night out

Yelp
Sophia's lounge is a cute lounge located inside of Ivey Hotel . It's crazy how Sophia's lounge had been on my list like forever , then when I finally made my way here myself or anyone from my reservation party did not feel compelled to order food . Reason being the food menu didn't excite us at all so we played it safe & ordered drinks and charcuterie boards & had dinner somewhere else . What I won't take from this place is the customer service and beautiful vintage decor . Our drinks were really good and we enjoyed our time here I would recommend Sophia's Lounge as a girls night for cocktails . I would love to come back & stay in the actual hotel .My sister stayed one night & stated she loved the rooms and the service she received at the Ivey Hotel .

Yelp
Dinner: the menu is small but everything we ordered was delicious. The escargot had two in each area instead of one like most restaurants. You can't go wrong with garlic butter sauce. My husband and I split the pork belly and scallops. I ate all the scallops and he ate the pork belly. Both were cooked well. The crab cakes and sauce were excellent with a lot of crab meat. Breakfast: I got eggs Benedict over hash browns instead of a croissant. I'm not sure if they forgot the sauce or maybe they were out but there didn't seem to be any sauce on it. It was still cooked perfectly. I also ordered the crepes. They came with Nutella filling and strawberries with some powdered sugar. This alone would definitely not have been filling for breakfast. My husband ordered the omelette with a side of hash browns. The omelette was huge and the cheese inside was nice and melted.

Yelp
We stopped in Sofia's while looking for a post dinner spot during a weeknight. They were not very busy, there was a large group for a birthday, and a few other tables. This allowed us to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere (I would expect they are busy on weekends and finding a spot may make it less enjoyable). The lounge is beautiful: velvety couches, intimate groupings of chairs, glittering chandeliers and a montage of art on the walls. A grade staircase divides the spaces, during our visit, lit with fall decor. They have a short list of cocktails and a more extensive wine list. The drinks were good, but a bit pricy, though likely on par for the area. The service was a struggle, likely due to short staffing and attention demands of the larger group. It's good that it is such a lovely space as it felt like a fight to get, and then pay, the bill. Worth checking out if not busy.

Yelp
Probably one of the coolest and most underrated places in Charlotte! I have been wanting to come here for years but never had the chance. I'm so glad I finally did because it's sooo nice! For a Thursday at 8, it was pretty quiet and we were able to grab a seat right away. But by 10:30 it was packed with people! Our server was very nice and checked on us often. I started with The Crown drink. I loved the presentation! It was a really light and fruity drink which I loved. Then I had the espresso martini. It was also very good and very strong! Everyone enjoyed their drinks a lot! For dessert, we shared the half dozen assorted macrons. They were very good. My favorite was the raspberry one. We also shared the cookie skillet. It was very tasty as well! Overall, this place was amazing!!

Yelp
Cute & cozy is how I'd describe Sophia's. If you love a craft cocktail this is the place for you. Perfect for a chill night with friends or a date night. Perfect lighting and couches/chairs provide an awesome vibe. Service was a tad slow on a Wednesday night but my group was in chill mode so we didn't mind.
google avatar

April S.

Yelp
Ambiance is lovely. Service is slow and unfriendly. 22% gratuity was added without notifying me or ever presenting a bill. After running my card, I added a generous $90 tip. Server changed it to $120 because I made an addition error on the grand total, which brought my total tip up to over $200 for a $300 check. Beware of this unannounced auto gratuity and shady check practices.

Yelp
This bar is a great addition to the restaurant. I brought my fiancé here for his birthday on NYE for dinner at Supperland and this bar was attached to it. We spend so much time here that we didn't even mind waiting on our reservations for dinner BECAUSE the vibes were so amazing. Our sever was so sweet and even the apps we ordered were so tasty. Great for date night or even a birthday party.

Joey P.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere. Very relaxing and mellow. Enjoyed just sitting back and enjoying the drinks.

Allison S.

Yelp
Ambiance - a nice set up for a date night. Lighting was good. Food could have been better - ordered Waygu beef sliders (dry) , chicken and waffles (dry), both flatbreads (good) truffle fries( good), crab cake (good). Service was good, seated without a wait time.

Yelp
Came here on my birthday absolutely amazing service and drinks nice cozy atmosphere and carrie was and amazing server and her music choice might I say was excellent! And Savannah was a great help as well shout out to them highly recommend this place

Yelp
Very interesting decor-- the lounge itself is rather small, but the whole ambiance is very creative and there was an assortment of unique and cozy conversation spaces. The service was excellent, and the drinks are worth the hefty price tag. I would definitely return in the future.

Yelp
Stayed at Iveys. Nighttime- Went for drinks. Sat at the bar. Servers weren't extremely attentive. Wasn't impressed. Breakfast in the morning. Very good. Didn't like that no entrees come with bread or biscuits. Kinda odd. It is still the south lol. We ordered toast for the table and it was good. We had pretty much every breakfast entree. Everything was very very good. Price is great! Coffee is very good. Breakfast staff is very sweet and attentive.

Yelp
Was it worth it? This is the question I have to ask myself now that I'm on health kick and my weekly reward is a cheat meal. I decided to celebrate a friend's birthday and she chose this spot. I got there later than the others and decided to buy the crew a round of drinks. They looked unenthusiastic and said they just ordered drinks and it was trash. Basically it tastes like juice and no taste of alcohol. I finally talked them into getting a Moscow mule and sure enough, it was like drinking nonalcoholic ginger beer. I told the waitress and she snuck a shot of vodka for all of us to add to the drink. Did it make a difference? Not really. What's the point of going to a lounge where the drinks are watered down? Will that make me come back or recommend it to anyone else? Absolutely not. These unnecessary calories in their nonalcoholic Moscow mule was not worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
Great atmosphere, good drinks, okay food. I may come back but on a full stomach. Food was expensive but slightly disappointing. Thankfully the staff were friendly and the space was inviting!

Yelp
It's a Vibe This place is so pretty and comfortable. You feel like you have stepped into your cool Aunt's living room who paints for fun and wears like good flowing skirts. We did not have reservations but were just dropping in for drinks. We tried several craft cocktails and enjoyed all the unique flavors. Try this place out but bring your coins $$$

Matt B.

Yelp
Classy, upscale, unapologetically refined. Food (sliders, flatbread) was delicious, and creative cocktails were outstanding - love the new cocktail menu. Hats off to Shelby, our server, who made it happen effortlessly on a short-handed evening. I can't help but make one additional comment - not under the control of SL: T-shirts and flip flops on some (but not a majority) of customers on the night of a Panthers game were an insult to the ambiance. SL has put a huge effort into creating an elevated experience for their guests. I understand the impossibility of enforcing a dress code. Even so, if any upscale bar/lounge deserves the respect that a dress code signifies and the vibe that a dress code creates, it's Sophia's. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary date/dinner - will absolutely return when back in Charlotte.

J W.

Yelp
Awful service. Claimed the bar was full and it was half empty, So many better establishments in Charlotte who actually want the business.
google avatar

Ryan S.

Yelp
Of the 3 drinks we had, the Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned was best. It was a tad syrupy, but by far the best Old Fashioned I've had recently. The Jabberwocky was decent, but nothing exceptional. I feel like it maybe had too much ice, which diluted the flavor. I would pass on the Anna Karenina. It tasted watered down and the lavender they sprinkle on top is hard to avoid while drinking it (we used a straw, but maybe some people like eating dried lavender?) It sounds like they are revamping the menu soon ... Hopefully they keep the Old Fashioned!
google avatar

Yelp
Loved the Atmosphere of This Place and the music was very fitting for such a relaxed but very nice place. You can either dress up or down and you will fit right in(casual dress down). I really liked the relaxed sofa seating by the fireplace. Great little area to have a date. The drinks were fabulous! Unfortunately didn't get to try any food, but there will be a next time for sure. Bartenders are not very welcoming or friendly!!!
google avatar

Brandon H.

Yelp
Years ago me and the wife used to come here often. I used to love coming here for a nice cocktail before dinner. When we visited recently, we waited so long for a drink we just got up. A number of other patrons also left simply due to poor service. It wasn't even crowded this particular night.
google avatar

Katherine O.

Yelp
When I walked in I thought the atmosphere was beautiful and charming. A great place to go with friends or have a date. I went for breakfast during the week. There was one other table there the entire time. They have a nice menu and the food was good. The only reason I would not go back is the service. Our waitress was nice, (she didn't make any extra chitchat or anything but nice enough) but she wasn't a good waitress. We had to search for her many times. She never came to check on us or ask if we needed anything. There is a coffee station where you can refill your coffee. I just happened to see it and then after waiting a long time I finally found her and asked if I could fill my coffee up there. At the end of the meal she gave me the check and I put my credit card in the check holder. She took it and never came back. After sitting at the table and waiting for like 15 mins I finally found the other waitress and said that I never got my credit card or the check back. Finally, my waitress came back and she didn't even realize my credit card was in there. She had left my credit card in the check holder at the waitress station without ever swiping my credit card or anything. She just left my credit card sitting there unattended and I was just sitting there waiting in the empty dining room (at this point there were no other customers and then staff was barely coming in and out of the dining room either). If the service was better I think this place would be amazing.

Yelp
Wonderful cozy anseating areas for the ladies! Not all items on the menu are available.
google avatar

Yelp
The decor here is super cute , perfect for dates and girls night out ...it has that speak easy vibe The food was delicious and the service was great I had one of their house drinks and it was very good and sophisticated..just the perfect amount of buzz to enjoy the night and people watch from the outside

Zach H.

Yelp
Came in to get drinks for a friend's birthday. Carrie treated us so well and made our friend's birthday so special. Beyond impressed with the cocktails and the overall experience.

Yelp
Walking in, you will feel sooo grand. The ambiance is relaxed luxury which I LOVE. We started off with a CARAFE OF FLAVORED MIMOSA (ask for the flavor of the day) . We had the pineapple passion fruit which was sooo good. I order the CRAB CAKE AND POACHED EGGS and besides it being a smaller version of what I had pictured in my mind, it was soo great. I will def be back for happy hour.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
The vibe is amazing! It is so beautiful in there! Our waitress, I forgot her name, but everyone in there was super sweet and attentive! The food and drinks were amazing! Definitely will come back there when in town.

Sylvia B.

Yelp
Amazing drinks and atmosphere! Very pricey, but it is what you expect. Just be sure to make reservations if you go on a Friday or Saturday!
google avatar

Angela M.

Yelp
What a classy place to grab a cocktail and dessert! We loved the ambience of Sophia's lounge with numerous elegant velvet sofas, shimmering chandeliers, walls covered with a variety of paintings. The craft cocktail list was impressive. I ordered Higher Education which is a neat twist on whiskey sour. This is definitely a place you want to check out when you're in Charlotte!
google avatar

Kane S.

Yelp
Upscale place, and the craft cocktails are very good. Their prices aren't outrageous, either, lower than I thought and especially for downtown prices. It's a really nice place with a great staff and different vibe than you'll find anywhere else in the city. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice time and something different. Flatbread is my favorite here.
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
Perfect spot for a super late night cap. We had reservations for this place after a game, and it was perfect. We didn't try the food but the drinks were amazing. The ambience is perfect so you can literally sit here and talk for a while and lose track of time. Our waitress was pretty cool and able to help narrow down the cocktails.

John D.

Yelp
Do NOT expect to receive ANY customer service when you call Ivey's front desk for a reservation at Sophia's. A request made to Ivey's front desk employee... lead to a dead end and no reservations to Sophia's for the weekend... 4 days ahead. We sadly anticipate looking ahead to speaking with her manager, Oliver, upon our arrival. Rarely have we spent so much and have been initially welcomed with such disdain...
google avatar

Esther M.

Yelp
My friend and I visited Charlotte last week. We're both foodies. Let me tell you the food here is amazing. Love the ambience. We enjoyed every single bite of our food.

Casey E.

Yelp
I really wish this place was consistent. I was told that that appetizers would be available until midnight. A gentleman ordered an appetizer at 11:40. I continued to try to order food. I was told the kitchen was closed. I still attempted to get my appetizer by going to someone else. She checked and the kitchen still refused to make the appetizer, it was still before midnight. She told me that the kitchen already started to break down. After she spoke to me, one of the guys behind the bar showed his frustration by cussing and talking about how I was completing a review. Hopefully, this review helps make changes. Drinks are very cute and the appetizer was great. I would suggest getting the late night appetizers well before the cutoff time.

Aleaha C.

Yelp
So we came last night on a Sunday with reservation before an event at spectrum center. You guys know what reservations you took and it's on the management imo not staffing or taking too many they couldn't handle. The poor servers were running around frantic. We clearly had a time limit and felt 90 minutes should be enough being its small bites.boy were we wrong. 30mins for anyone to come over. I had gotten up prior asked if we had a server, girl in all black with black hair said me and I'll be over then proceeded to walk past us and never come back. She was clearly not happy and constantly back and forth yelling at the bartender. He looked like he was doing nothing as the two girls were running around. He thought it was funny and clearly not helping. The girl with gray sweater and light brown hair was trying her best and very apologetic. She finally saw we hadn't been helped since she sat us. We ordered everything at once and was another 20 minutes before drinks came, we actually started walking up and checking if they were ours. No water at this point asked about 5 times for some. Food was ok but didn't even get everything ordered but yet was charged. We asked for check well they didn't take off the items we said 5 times we didn't yet and ran the card. Then said can't refund what can we get you!!! Seriously??? You couldn't get us what we ordered in the first placeThen gave me the wrong food to go cold which frankly I don't know why truffle fries was so hard to get out? Never got one of our drinks. Charcuterie was terrible the meat looked like the lowest quality meat from the deli they could find. Sliders were ok but meat was tiny and definitely premade frozen, filet was ok not worth the price, flat bread was ok, charcuterie terrible, never got the fries, hummus was fine. Overall terrible experience other than our waitress who was clearly trying her best and had a very positive attitude.
