Unfortunately it was not a great experience.
The toilet stinking like drains, the carpets that are so tired, the lift that was broken and takes 20 seconds to open the doors, the staff member at the dining experience that took 5 minutes to acknowledge a group of 6 people, although we are right in front of him, like in a comedic theater when the actor tries to ignore the other character, the hot hotel and the aircon that does not work. The noisy rooms that are in the front, the last at the checkout that did not remember that the hotel made us change the room as they could not pair our first day with the rest of the stay, although some friends that came later where added to our room showing they could have actually left us in the same room for the whole stay. The lady at the checkout that was nice but does not have a note that we moved to a better room because we complained about the fact that they did not pair the data and she is not meant to ask for a charge to that new better room. No note about the complaint, no note about not charging, no note about why we moved. The staff is not trained to focus on the client’s unique situations or to own the bookings. I would come to Brandenburg, but not to this hotel.
