Great coffee drop in Monroe! Definitely vibes to the feminine, but the “Sisters” cafe is being discovered by the bros as well. The espresso drinks are a highlight, but the chill and peaceful space is also a strong draw. Nice indoor seating, but don’t miss the street or back patio hang outs! Upstairs is a great option. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

Love exploring this place with my friend, the area is very historical and cute looking. They allow us to go upstairs to talk and play some games they have while we chatted. I didn't try their baked goods this time but for sure will next time I visit.

We were driving through Monroe and decided to stop and try out this coffee shop. I'm glad we stopped. Very easy to get to. Parking could be tricky but we got lucky to get a parking spot across from them. The shop is very bright, clean and airy. The energy is very relaxing and peaceful! Tyler and Tucker were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! They helped us out and answered our questions! We ordered 2 mocha lattes and a matcha latte. They were very delicious! Looking forward to coming back again and try some other coffees!!! I loved their take-out bag!

Absolutely love this coffee shop! The atmosphere is so cozy and charming, with plenty of comfortable seating indoors and out. The drinks are consistently great, and they always have very interesting and creative seasonal drinks. The staff is very friendly and they really care about making good coffee. You will not leave this place disappointed!

I really enjoyed Sorella Coffee in Monroe! Great coffee, cozy atmosphere, and beautiful interior. I love stopping by in the mornings to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. Wonderful spot — highly recommend!

I could speak on how very beautiful this place is and how much thought is put into everything they serve, I could talk about the amazing atmosphere and the fresh new vibe it brings to downtown Monroe, or even the staff being so very friendly. BUT I really want to give credit to the amazing coffee! They are consistent! From coffees to matchas, even their seasonal menu. You can tell everything is well thought out, purposeful, and consistently perfect!!! I will drive 25 minutes just to get a cup of coffee because they are worth it! European cappuccinos in small town USA🤍

For making a quick stop this places is really amazing on time efficiency. The inside is beautiful. Parking might be hard when it’s busy but when it’s not it’s pretty easy to find a spot.

Love this little coffee shop! I’m personally not a coffee drinker so I can’t comment on that but I did enjoy the matcha here! One of my friends had a latte and she enjoyed it but another friend had a cappuccino and said it’s not good so do what you will with that information. The customer service was great and they were really caring when I asked if they could make an unusual drink. As well, the aesthetic and decor of the coffee shop is cute and very pleasing to the eye!

First time visit although I've walked by several times. Tastefully decorated, airy, and bright. Somewhat disappointed at the few offerings for food--only about a half dozen of pastries. No sammie's or other things that pair well with coffee. The coffee cake, however, was excellent as was my cortada. Service was prompt and friendly by the girl at the register, but the non-smiling guy should stay in the kitchen. I tipped at the register and was surprised I had to walk up to the counter to retrieve my drink and food. They weren't busy and I was only 5 steps away. Their closest competitor always delivers to my table even when busy. Overall, a nice addition to Main Street in downtown Monroe. A few adjustments could take them from good to great. Support local. Inside is SO cute! I love how they kept the old while still making it inviting fresh an new. So many coffee choices - I went with the recommended favorite Oatmeal Cookie Latte. So perfect and was very tasty. Loved coming out to Monroe it was worth it! People were great as well - only 1-2 people making drinks at a time and they were so quick and rocking it

I think Sorella was overall pretty good. I traveled their from the Charlotte to Monroe. While I think the coffee is good, I might not make a special trip just to try it again. The aesthetic of the shop is extremely cute and the space is large for friend gatherings or to work. I had the seasonal strawberry latte. I think it was good and the strawberry sauce was not overly sweet!

I went to Sorella for the first time after moving and it was sooo cute! The staff was super nice and recommended their favorites. I ended up getting the iced lavender matcha latte which was really good, not too earthy but not too sweet. I can't wait to go back and try something else!

I have been to Sorella Coffee a few times now. Honestly, the first time was weird. My mom & I weren't greeted for at least 3 minutes so it felt super awkward coming up to the front to order. Once we got over the awkwardness & ordered, the service was felt like it took a 180 & everyone was super nice & ready to help the drinks were even better! They recently added a Matcha Fruitloops drink & it been my go-to (just no cereal on top bc i'm gf) They have a whole upstairs seating area, but it's sometimes rented out, & a whole area downstairs. They have been switching some stuff up, but let's be honest. They NEED more couches. They have 2 in one of the corners & it's like a prized possession to land them. The rest of the tables aren't big enough to have more than one notebook out & chairs are cute but not too comfy. The whole aesthetic is super nice & comfy. The big windows, hence the natural lighting, definitely pulls the whole place together. I love coming here to study & edit, just wish the seating was thought through a bit more, i get they're trying to fit as many people as possible?? but i vote team comfy

Team was a little preoccupied with their personal conversation. I love talking to the team and getting recommendations and trying any limited time specialty drinks. But due to the lack of customer engagement I ended up with a vanilla latte. This spot is cute and quiet enough to work in. Plenty of space. Coffee was good. You can tell it's a family oriented place.

Drinks were so yummy. Service is always 10/10. The outdoor patio in the back is the cutest thing ever!

Loved this spot but I feel like it could have had more to it! Definitely wish the coffee had some sort of cold foam or another ommmmf to it. The staff was friendly. I believe the ambiance is good but could be better.

The cutest little coffee shop with the BEST home made coffee toppings & syrups. Coffee is absolutely amazing and the staff is friendly. They make the coffee in front of you and very quickly. The cup stoppers are also super cute. LOVE everything about this place. The caramel brûlée latee is my favorite, I had it 2-3 times in one day. I was visiting a friend and would come back just for this haha.

Finally made it to this new coffee shop in Monroe. Super bright and open inside with lots of seating. They have a loft area as well that has even more seating. Would be a nice space to sit and work as well. They serve a variety of coffee drinks and baked goods. Coffee is good and staff is friendly. Add to your list of coffee places to check out!

I wanted to love this place, but it really falls short. I've tried it a few times and just am not impressed. -the menu changes seasonally which I understand, but I'm also a creature of habit and want to be able to get what I like year round. -the coffee tastes burnt. Every time. Bitter. Not worth the hype! -the wait time for a drink is always long- too long for what you've ordered. -if you aren't "known" by the owner or workers you are ignored while they socialize and cut up with people they do know. It's uncomfortable. -prices are way too high. WAY TOO HIGH. I'm giving it two stars because it is an aesthetically pleasing place, and appears clean. I also appreciated the rest rooms with a space to change small kiddos. Go elsewhere for coffee- there are so many spots!!

Phenomenal cinnamon toast crunch latte with oat milk! Love this dessert drink and they have a beautiful space in downtown Monroe. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. We walked but they have nearby public parking spaces.

Just saw this place recently opened and stopped in to check it out. Atmosphere is pretty, trendy and lots of seating! The man who took our order was not very friendly but the other two girls were super sweet! Lattes were delicious and overall enjoyable experience. Some (few) baked goods available and a small selection of goods to purchase. Cute new spot right in downtown Monroe!

Was in Charlotte for a couple days and had to come here multiple times I'm a basic coffee person and I absolutely enjoyed the cappuccinos. Decided to get adventurous when I realized they made their own caramel. The caramel brûlée iced coffee was DELICIOUS! Oh and the coffee cake... didn't even get a chance to get a pic of it. I inhaled it The girls were at the register were always a pleasure and super helpful. I loved the atmosphere, it was everything I would want from a cafe. Calm, quiet, plenty of seat (indoor and outdoor) . Then the Christmas decorations were gorgeous, from the hand written decorations on the windows to the tree inside

Been here twice already, I've only tried one drink which is the matcha strawberry latte but it's already a fave of mine. Their pastries are different each time I went. This is a place that was recommended from a friend of a friend and I would def recommend this place to a friend as well!

Super cute coffee place! They don't really have a big menu so don't go in thinking it is going to be like Starbucks. Honestly they don't need a big menu, they have everything most people want, homemade flavors and any style coffee you want! It's also reasonably priced for what you get. The coffee is super fresh and had that quality taste you don't get from other chain places. Other people mentioned they don't say hi when you walk in but what place does that except moes? I would recommend this place to anyone visiting, definitely worth the drive from Charlotte!

My new favorite spot! Such a cute place, and the some of best coffee around. The people are also super nice. If I have a day off, I'll likely be at Sorella :)

The best coffee in the Charlotte area!!! The coffee was excellent and so beautiful! They have a wide variety of selections for drinks and pastries that all looked wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy, trendy, and quiet. I work from home and found it to be the perfect working spot. All the girls working were incredibly friendly! Cant recommend this place enough- an absolute hidden gem!

Place is loud, girl at register was unable to hear my order. I was given what she thought she heard after several times of telling her my order. Wait time is horrible, 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. There was 4 girls standing behind counter talking while 1 guy was making everyone's coffee. Why?? Paid $4 for a coffee I won't be drinking.

Absolutely love this place. I go here to do work at least once a week. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the coffee is good quality! Each visit, the staff has been kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

Do not care about how cute it is or the decore, it is really more plain and sterile like a dentists office than anything. NO price board, and everything is really expensive, when you do find out what the prices are. The employees are nice, as they should be when you're running a business. Truly the coffee is too expensive and has more space than product.
