Sorobon Luxury Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay in January. A spectacular location right on the beautiful bay with great accommodation and good food. The manager and staff were all friendly and very accommodating. It is one of the best windsurfing spots in the world for beginners and experts alike. It was our first visit to Bonaire and Sorobon, but we will no doubt be back. Thank you!

Great location and food, plus solid service recovery. Beautiful place, and the food delicious too, once it came. Even better: they recognised it took longer than we or they desired to serve the food and made good on it. Quality establishment. To be fair we ordered after 2pm when it's quieter, so staff were likely on breaks. Cool tunes and good vibes despite the food challenge. We'll be back 👍👍

Beautiful place! We stayed in a house on the beach for three days. Idyllic outdoor shower at the house. Rooms are new, spacious and clean with big beds. Sea water is clear and light blue. Beautiful views and nice for snorkeling. Food was also great and staff was friendly. Highly recommended, honeymoon worthy! We will definitely come back.

Staff very friendly and great communication with the manager as I had some spacial requests.|The cabins are confortable and nicely furnished. The only small problem is that the door in between the living rooms lets all the noise from the neighbours be heard. Not a problem in the bedroom though.|At the restaurant we always enjoyed the food and the friendly service.|The massage Therapist has golden hands, I highly recommend to book one (or more!) massage during the stay.|They also have a windsurfing school, with attractive prices.

Paradise! This resort is a true gem, we had such an amazing week during Christmas.|We stayed in 2 connected ocean view houses, beautiful designed, clean with very comfy large beds. Welcomed with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge :)|We stayed all inclusive, the a la carte meals and drinks were all included and very good. Via a whatsapp system any question we had was swiftly answered.|Enough daily coffee cups and toiletries, lounge beds and cabana's on the beach super comfertable with fluffy towels. The ocean is so warm and a perfect place for windsurfing (or learning how to).The team was so sweet and went the extra mile.. A special thanks to Louisa and her parnter manager. Also to Emma, Amber, Jolie, Pleun, Pippa, Elena, Kelvin, Bram, Kaya, Hilde, Joyce, Feline and Angela. I hope I got all the names! Had a great time at the Sorobon resort. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are big and clean. Best kingsize bed we had in a long time. The beach is clean and beautiful. And again with amazing sunbeds. We will definitely come back.

I booked the Kas Secreto villa with the Sorobon for 2 weeks for my husbands 40th birthday with family and friends. It was a seamless and wonderful experience from start to finish. I often said throughout the trip, "well this is mildly spectacular!" ||Louisa, the Sorobon manager and concierge, set up a call immediately after booking to help arrange the car rental, activities, a private chef and groceries. She was available throughout our entire stay as was her colleague Melanie to make sure we had everything we needed. Need yoga mats? Next day 3 brand new mats arrived for our use!||The villa and location were breathtaking. Kas Secreto was beautifully built and very well thought out for entertaining and large groups. Even on our last day, I couldn't get over how fabulous the villa was. We were walking distance (and a very short few minute drive) to incredible dive and snorkel spots which we took full advantage of. It was a 2 minute walk from Pelican pizza and maybe 10-12 minutes from downtown Kralendijk. ||This vacation and stay with the Sorobon exceeded all my expectations and made for some wonderful memories! We stayed one week in the resort and had an amazing time. In my opinion it is the best location in the island, away from the city and in an amazing environment. The rooms are wonderful, you have a very complete kitchen, we had lunch a couple of times and one outdoor dinner. |Breakfast is fantastic and the Reef bar , where breakfast is served is by the ocean with wonderful views.|I am not giving it a 5 because of the following details: the personnel is very helpful, really very nice, especially Louisa who helped us a lot with the reservation and with the car rental and recommended us some restaurants. However, when it came to hiring a boat tour they just recommended to us to look it up in the internet. All worked well in the end because we found a tour and they made the reservations and asked for all the details but it would be great if the resort worked with some recommended tours. Also, the safes didn’t work (in the end also not so important since the island is very safe). And finally we found the Reef bar quite pricey when compared to the other restaurants in the island.|If possible I would give it a 4,5 but overall we are very satisfied with our choice. We went to other resorts to have dinner or take the water taxi to Klein Bonaire and Sorobon is way more beautiful!!! Definitely recommend it as the best in Bonaire
