We were surprised to see such a wonderful place in a relatively small town. The outside was modest but the inside was very artistic and the ambience great. We tried several Of their dishes and they were all pretty good. The prices are also quite reasonable. The waitress was very patient and accommodating to our dietary restrictions.

The outside is modest and the interior courtyard is beautiful. The owner stopped to chit-chat, which was nice. The bread was a nice touch but didn't taste that good with either the garlic butter or the other condiment. The food was a little bland, but adding lime to the caldo Tlalpeño made it perfect, and we dipped the quesadilla in it to give it some extra flavor. The naranjada was delicious and refreshing. This place is worth a try.

Incredible restaurant!! The vegetarian enchiladas are so hearty and filled with vegetables you don’t often see around taxco restaurants. Can be made vegan if you just ask for no cream and cheese! Try it with the mole sauce if you want a rich Mexican flavour. The fresh juices are also delicious and huge. The service staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a beautiful courtyard with a jacaranda tree growing within it. Extra beautiful when the flowers are in season. The hotel it’s within also supports/feeds street dogs! Great people!

The restaurant has a very elegant and historic appearance on the inside, and the menu is very reasonably priced considering it feels like a fine dining experience. Some of the dishes however seem to have unusual combinations of flavors and sides, which I thought were a bit plain such as the fries and steamed carrots that came with my entree. Overall the four dishes I ordered all seemed a bit plain, but nothing terrible.

I had an early lunch here before going out to the madness of a holiday Monday. It was so serene and peaceful in the gorgeous courtyard with the sound of the fountain. I had enchiladas verdes and it was really delicious and presented beautifully. I appreciated the vegetables in the dish to make it lighter and more delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Excellent setting in the atrium of an old, quiet building. Lots of artwork on display. Food is better than at many nearby places.
