Outstanding Hotel Experience – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their kindness, warmth, and exceptional level of service truly made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were excellent, modern, and very useful throughout my stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed – a perfect place to relax after a long day. Breakfast was another highlight – delicious, fresh, and very diverse, with something for every taste. But most of all, it was the incredible team that made this stay unforgettable. Every single staff member I encountered was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It's rare to come across such exceptional service and hospitality. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and found it a useful base for tourist activities throughout the city.||The location of this hotel is pretty good, being a few minutes walk from stations on 3 separate subway lines, and there is an airport bus stop almost at the door. Reception was staffed 24 hours which was a relief when a delayed flight saw me arrive at 2am. Streets to the west provide a number of restaurants and cafes if you want to eat nearby, and the large Namdaemun Market is across the road. Be aware that this hotel is a few hundred metres from the main Myeong-Dong area but a short bus or subway ride, or 15min walk, will get you there. In addition it's not far to travel to major attractions of northern Seoul.||My room was well equipped. Two design gripes - the shower design meant that it was almost inevitable you would flood a 'gutter' area around the lip of the bath; and the only seating provided in the room proper was a long bench behind an immovable desk. As a solo traveller this was OK but couples in particular might find it difficult. And a third - the bed placement was some distance from the principal light switches on the headboard meaning I had to get out of bed to use them - I suspect the placement works when the room has twin beds but didn't for a queen bed.||I was also puzzled why my linen wasn't changed when I asked my room to be made up - then realised belatedly there were detailed instructions on this on a card I hadn't read properly when I arrived dead-tired at 2am. That's really my fault but do make sure you read the instructions and don't expect a linen change unless you specifically request one.||The hotel offered a lavish buffet breakfast that catered for western, Japanese and Korean tastes at a reasonable price, if you don't want to find your breakfast elsewhere. There is also a vending/recharge machine for the WOWpass if you want to use this.||The hotel seemed constantly bustling, with the reception busy at all hours. A little incongrous, though very popular, was the large display of characters from Line Friends which greet you as you enter - and if you're a fan, there is a floor full of themed rooms themed after these guys.

Highly recommended if u r looking for great service. Five of us booked to stay 5 nights with the hotel 29/6-4/7/25. Staff around the reception area were always friendly and helpful. We are writing to especially complement Lee Byeong Chul a waiter with the BST Restaurant. He is alert and attentive and renders first class service. On 30/6/25 morning there was a slight accident with spilling and Lee Byeong Chul was very quick to provide napkins and wet wipes. And when my daughter became sick, he was again patiently helping us with the mess. We are so impressed by him and are very grateful to his kindness. Thank you, Lee Byeong Chul.

I was in search of a cozy place to stay in Myeong-dong, and this hotel was the perfect fit! I booked it last minute, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly, and my room was one of their Line friends-themed rooms. It was so cute! It felt like I had stepped into a different world. The room was super comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop that takes you straight to the airport in just 90 minutes. Oh, and there’s even a currency exchange station at the front desk. I’m definitely staying here again!

Great lobby area. Self served check-in. Room: Japanese style futon mattress. Desk and chair is not present. Luggage storage area is not present. It could have been much better design if the bed area is elevated so that luggage can be stored underneath the bed. Shower room: Overall OK. Shower room drainage is very slow to drain. Bottom area of shower wall glass shows yellow stain. It needs to cleaned better. Washoom: Faucet area needs be brighter. The light is not above the faucet. When shaving, better lighting would be much safer. Breakfast: Good buffet. Cafeteria was decent size. Ramen booth is good idea.

Good location as airport limo bus stops close by. Bus 6015 from airport and bus 6001 to airport. The WOWPASS machine at the lobby is great convenience instead of having to get money value loaded and currency converted at decent rate. The free self locker saves time carry luggage around. However, the shower and tub area accumulates water so it’s a hit poorly designed. The room has enough room but the design seems a bit odd for use of space. It could use more clothes hanger. The coffee and amenity tray take up useful space. The bathroom plastic hooks fall off easily.

Perfect, central location in Myeongdong. We loved our stay here for 6 nights in Seoul. Room is very clean, love the Japanese style/themed bathroom with the Japanese toilet. There’s a humidifier in the room as well. The long wooden shoe horn was the best thing for me, simple stuff, but helps a lot, makes putting on my shoes easier every time we went out. The staff are very accomodating and helpful. We visited in the New Years so it was freezing outside, but the room and hotel lobby was nicely warm and they gave us free heatpacks. Gamsahabnida!

Stayed at this hotel in Myeongdong — not exactly central, so be ready for a 10-minute walk to the action. It’s manageable, but not ideal if you’re lugging bags or in a rush. The biggest surprise? No free toothbrush! They charge 1,000 won for it, which feels a bit stingy since it should really be part of the basic toiletry set. On the bright side, the Line Friends decor in the lobby is super cute and makes for great photo ops. Just wish the rest of the experience matched that charm!
