Excellent value, good location on the beach. We stayed in a Sea View room with a fantastic sea and sunset panorama . The buffet breakfast consists of a variety of local and Western dishes. Staff is friendly and efficient. Currently, the hotel has several weekly events to entertain guests, e.g Sunset party on the beach, Karaoke and Wine Night, etc.|J. Savill & Chue

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The service was excellent — the staff were all very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay so comfortable. One of the best parts was the beautiful view of the beach right from our window — it was truly relaxing and unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Decent hotel to stay for a layover and easy to reach from the airport. Might have the best pool facilities in Kupang and you can watch the sunset straight from the pool. The beach in front of the hotel is public and therefore sometimes crowded and a bit dirty but that gives it the real local vibe. Food and drink selection is excellent. Would come back anytime soon if on a layover between island hopping.

It was one of the great hotel I stayed in Indonesia during the trip. The hotel manager and the front staff was very supportive and also helped in English-which I appreciated a lot!! It takes a bit time until receiving the meal, so better to order early. The other young staffs do his/her bests for survice. Some other hotel users are being loud until late night or early morning (either karaoke or just talking in the room), which made me trouble to sleep in, but it is not the fault of the hotel. Location was perfect, next to the beach, perfect location to see a sunset. I liked a lot because locals also enjoy the same beach. During the weekend there is a street food festival which is held by hotel, and not just hotel users but also locals can enjoy. I can highly recommend to stay over. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made our stay truly unforgettable.||The hotel itself is beautiful — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the ocean right outside your window is something special. The food was another highlight: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like it was prepared with care.||But what really made our stay stand out was the people. Melky and Clara made us feel like family. They were always available to help, offered great local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.||If you’re planning a trip to Kupang, I can’t recommend Sotis Hotel enough. It was a great experience to stay here. The staff are very polite and friendly. Food are delicious specially sate ayam and ikan kuah asam. I loved the sunset view, It's perfect. I will recommend you to stay here when you visit Kupang|Thank you Sotis

We were greeted with no air conditioning in the lobby, the overwhelming smell of dirty socks after exiting the single operating elevator, a hot room with a strong smell of cleaning chemicals and stained furniture and curtains. No hand soap and only 2 towels and a bath mat. The sounds of heavy chairs dragged across the tile floor and the neighbours arguing with their kids are an added bonus. Just what you want after a long day of travel. The hotel is blessed with a beautiful beachfront hotel that is tainted by a beach of garbage. The idea of swimming with the garbage is unappealing. They don’t put loungers on the beach, it’s even hard to access. The best part of the hotel and they ignore it. Sad The pool is nice but no cushions for the rattan furniture. Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but the biggest disappointment. The only thing that saves it from a worse score was the friendly staff and the low price.
