SOTIS Hotel Kupang

Beautiful hotel lobby and backyard with beach. Elegant design. We stayed for several nights with ocean view. The room is nice with balcony, however inside room the mosquito is everywhere that I basically got fed by mosquito live the whole period even if called staff spraying, horrible experience! I dont know is that because the previous guests or cleaning clerk left the balcony window open let in so many or what happened with the room. We had to switch hotel to Swiss bel thereafter for weeks stay. I will not come back to Soltis anymore, there should be some training provided to the staff on how to prepare the room, its not just bed and washroom, but the pest control needed to be part of the training. No one should left it open for long makes the room not usable to the next guest any more! For this reason solely I give one star for the room.

beautiful hotel right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. ||The rooms are spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Fortunatley we had a room with a seaview. The swimmg pool is good for a cool down.||The breakfast has a large variety of local and western food. All very delicious. And again very friendly staff.

business trip, first time coming to Kupang city, and staying at this hotel, room met expectations, very beautiful sea view. When you are tired and relaxed, the therapist is very helpful with very good prices, friendly front desk staff, and polite restaurant closing bill service in collecting the bill. Received a surprise from Yemima, the Cleaning Service officer, a towel doll which was very cute, very sweet, and I was happy. All the amenities are complete. The hotel was fantastic! The modern design, impeccable cleanliness, and stunning views made it a perfect stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable experience!

The room have a great view of the beach. The breakfast was great, lots of options, hot food, fruits, pastry and so on. The air conditioner worked well, which is appreciated because Kupang is so hot. There is a reason for deducting to 4 stars which is because the room we had on level three had no closets.

The stay was wonderful, I’ll be stying here next time my kid wants to spend another night at hotel. For higher room opt please add more condiment or snacks than just standard water, tea and coffee. Please also checks those pillow freshness and comfy standard, you may need to change to new pillow.

Hotel by the beach, lovely ambience, nice staffs, great service, clean, good amenities, haven’t tried the food yet but looking forward to try some. Very affordable. The location is also strategic, one of the main road in Kupang. The hotel also has restaurants with beach view.

** *** Rooms are fine, altough there is only two minutes of hot water for showering. ** Express check-in is far from express. Besides waiting for 15 minutes, the check-in also took 15 minutes and after this the room was not even ready (at 3 pm). And you need to pay a deposit as well. ** When we came back later in the day, the front desk stated we booked without breakfast, and they insisted on it even while our reservation clearly showed it was included. It took half an hour to sort out the hotel made a mistake. * The breakfast looks nice at first site, but all the bread dishes were not fresh. * To check out, you need to wait again as they check the room. As our driver was waiting we incidentally left and forgot to have the deposit returned.
