Sotto Pinsa Romana Valletta

We had a wonderful dinner tonight at Sotto Pinsa Romana in Valletta. A very atmospheric location, situated in a cellar. Tastefully decorated and a really fun experience. The food was amazing!! If you ask us, the pinza is much tastier than pizza! Light, crispy, and made with fresh ingredients. Absolutely top-notch! Make sure to have a dessert! We had panna cotta and tiramisu. Delicious!!! Friendly staff and clear explanations of the menu. As soon as we’re back in Valletta, we’ll definitely visit again. I later realized that in the confusion of paying cash via the machine, I forgot to leave a tip! I’ll make up for it next time!

If you want to enjoy the best pizzas in Malta, this is the perfect place. Located in the Valletta, this bohemian and very cozy place has a variety of dishes on the menu and an exquisite wine selection. The waiters' service is 10/10. I love this place. Note: It's important to book before going.

Went to Sotto for pizza last night. The place has a very minimal and clean design, which gives it a nice atmosphere. The pizzas were tasty, with good quality ingredients and a great crust. A nice spot for a quiet and relaxed dinner.

The food was delicious and my server, Kevin, was super attentive and kind! I was sat on the ‘social’ long table as all others were reserved so I’d definitely book if you’re a larger group. Would come back here again😊

Just arrived in Valletta and were recommended this restaurant by our accommodation, decided to go for a walk and find...be careful it is very easy to walk past. Down the stairs and you are greeted with the wonderful smell of Italian food. It was a Thursday lunch (however a public holiday here) and the placewas full. We ordered the Fungi and Prosciutto pizza which was very yummy and enough for the two of us for lunch, washed down with a glass of the local wine. If in Valletta worth finding this one.

If you were passing from the street you wouldn’t even notice the shop we found it by good reviews and was it good it was the best pizza romana i had we enjoyed every bite and the tiramisu after was perfect especially the pistachio one.

Pizzas are yummy. A traditional place serving the best food. Ambience is 10/10. Don’t forget to try the BEST tiramisu in town.

This place was the best pizza we had in Valletta. It's a thin flavorful crust with just the right amount of char. We all got different pizzas so we could try several of them. All of them were great, so let your personal taste determine your choice. A single pizza is a pretty full meal for most people, so if you are a light eater, want appetizers and dessert, or are not very hungry you may get by with a half or take some home for later. The service was also great. Be sure to ask if you have any questions. They are super helpful. Note, their front door is a little tricky to open. It's probably not locked like it seems.
